Got a flat tire on the way to Yellowstone from Seattle. Thought it was going to cost a lot to get back on track fortunately we stopped by this location and was taken care of quickly and perfectly. I really appreciate their service and care we we’re back on the road in no time

My experience while waiting in the waiting room to get my tire fixed at Les Schwab….Immediately, as I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice, professional woman who had the biggest smile! She wore glasses and had brown hair in a braided ponytail. I wish I knew your name because I would definitely give you credit! But if this helps, it was the morning of June 21 around 11 AM. They were very busy and she was the only one working upfront but the more they customers came in, she kept the same demeanor with every single one. She was so nice to every single customer, took her time with each one, made small talk, laughed with them, it was very pleasant to see especially in customer service; you just don’t see that kind of service anymore. When the phone would ring, one of the guys in the bay working on the vehicles, would come in to help answer the phone. This gentleman also would help customers waiting if the lady was still helping a customer so no one had to wait more than a few minutes. I was very impressed with the service I got at this Les Schwab! first time I’ve ever been here and this will not be the last! Keep it up guys and gals! you are all awesome!

My car always seems to attract metal objects into the tires, causing an annoying amount of leaks or just straight out flats.These guys have fixed it for me every single time as quickly as possible.Amazing people!

Had a slow leak in a rest tire.....again.... They have always fit me in their busy schedule. They are so friendly, and professional which I find to be an unusual thing these days. Best of all they do not charge for the tire repair even though I didnt purchase my tires from them!! Amazing!! I will be buying my next set of tires from Les Schwab!!

Terrible customer service. I spent extra to get les Schwab tires as I’m on the road a lot and thought if I had trouble I could get help in most places. Will not make that mistake again. Inferior tires inferior service at inflated prices

We had a mixup getting a used truck tire from another less Schwab store but they made it right with a much better tire same day and they have my business for all my vehicles.They may not be the cheapest but they definitely take care of their customers and it shows

Do NOT trust them. Paid over $80 for a tube that came with a hole. They claimed i had damaged it even though i never got to use the tire irons on it.They are liars and thievesWent to Northwest Tire Worx and they beat what Les wanted to charge me again by $25.Edit:In response to your reply, your manager deemed talking to me unnecessary. Wrapping was damaged on the tube when I bought it but your manager told the helper to tell me it was my fault for installing it wrong. Read original, I never got that far!

It was a cluster. Took 2 hours 45 minutes to get a screw out my tire. They stood around 3 and 4 at a time in office laughing and screwing around, could have fix my tire. Had to spend a night in motel because of time l lost. Never again l will buy tires elsewhere

Amazing service! We had a camper trailer stranded in the Jordan Saddle. Came into to town to see about replacing a flat. 2 hours later we had two new wheels for the trailer, even though they warned it might not happen. They worked to get this expedited so we could recover our trailer! Thank you so much for going the distance, even if it was out of the way!

I’ve always gone to Les Schwab for my seasonal tire changeovers. Before Les Schwab started doing online appointments I would spend 2 hours waiting for my car to get done. I finally tried their appointment system online and it is amazing!!!!!!! It shaved 2 hours of waiting off my plate! 10/10 recommend scheduling appointments online with them. It helps out a ton and also helps them out! Thanks Les Schwab for getting me in and out in no time! Also Tyson is fabulous!!

Called in from our Dealership in Sidney, BC Canada to ask for assistance for one of our customers while they were travelling through Idaho. They had a flat tire due to a screw on the travel trailer they were towing. Les Schwab in Hayden had the correct replacement tire in stock.They took in our customers as if they were their own - fixed their tire (no replacement required), moved the spare to the back again and checked the tire pressure on all tires in less than 20 minutes start to finish!Our customers are on the road again! I went in and asked if they could put new tires that I had on my car and they did, but the issue comes with paying. I had in mind it would be around $70-$90 like any other place would normally charge for putting 4 tires on a sedan, the guy told me after they put the tires on that it was $140, when I asked why so expensive he couldn’t give me an explanation, he just stuttered and said that it’s just what they do with tires people bring in. And on top of that they only put 3 out of my 4 valve stems back on. I will not be recommending les Schwabs to anyone I know, and I will not be returning.

I’ve had two flats on my truck in under two months. They happily patched my tire for free each time. They do good work, don’t push services or products on you, and they always are well staffed and polite. They’ve got my business, 5/5 stars

Stopped in to Les Schwab in Hayden a few days ago because my 1 ton dually truck had a bad vibration in the front and was pulling to the right. A guy comes out and after explaining my problem, looks at my front tire and states The weights on the tire are too far apart. I told him that it wasnt the problem since I have had the tires for awhile. The second guy comes out with a torque wrench and torques my lug nuts even though none were loose tells me to drive around the block to see if it fixed my problem. I drove off but did not return. It was my disc brake sticking on my front right tire. I limped home stopping to cool it down with snow every few miles. Thanks Les Schwab for saving me the $600 plus you would have charged me for a brake job had you correctly diagnosed my problem

Ive been a Les Schwab customer my entire life. Every new tire I own has come from there. I have always thought of them as a pretty top-notch service at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I believe that there has been a serious decline in recent years. Ive given them multiple opportunities to keep earning my business by showing flexibility and competitiveness, but they have repeatedly fallen short. Today was the last straw. They refused to offer the same service for tires I purchased through them and match the price from the chain down the road. To boot, the gals I spoke with were rather rude about my inquiry. I take good care to be courteous with businesses and I expect the same in return.

Discovered problems from previous brake work, fixed that without charge.

They say they will Create A Credit Plan That Works For You on their website, yet when I go in to get tires, they after just a few second with the manager the front desk clerk came back and told me there was nothing they could do to help me. Hell I admit, I have absolutely no credit, but dont advertise something if you wont stand by it. Its not like I was asking for something for nothing, I have no problem putting money down, I just cant afford the whole thing up front. Its unfair that you say one thing to draw in customers and then have a completely different philosophy when they come in the door.

Went there recently, and I have to say they have the most friendly staff, and fantastic manager. They were not only fast, but made sure to explain everything to me in detail, and made me feel safe going back on the road again. I have been to many different tire shops and this one by far is the best one I have ever been to. I will be only going here for now on.

WOW what amazing service. G Kearns and I stopped for air and were immediately met by an employee who was willing an able to help even though he was busy. As it turned out we had a piece of hard plastic in the tire. They repaired the flat and sent us on our way in 45 minutes. Thats 45 minutes are you kidding me!!!! And better yet it was FREE. FREE. Unbelievable...... When I need tires Im sure going to try and get them at the Hayden, ID Les Schwab Tire Center. Thanks to all...Great Job. I love good customer service.

I took my truck in the Les schwab hayden Idaho location for 4 new tires and made sure the tires were covered from road hazard because I am off road often. Recently my right rear tire lost its air pressure and I was miles from home. I put a plug in the hole of the tire so I could get the truck home. Took the tire in and they told me since I put a plug in the tire they couldn’t warranty the tire and I would have to purchase another one. I have gotten tires from discount tire, big o tire and firestone tire with these same issues and they replaced the tire at no cost with no hassle whatsoever. They don’t stand by there tires or road hazard coverage. I work in the automotive industry and I will let others know about my experience with les schwab and I strongly recommend everyone take there business else where. I recieved a phone call from the Les schwab and ended up getting the tire covered by the cda les schwab location. I would avoid the Hayden les schwab location

Got new lower control arms installed today and had an alignment done. They notice that the shop that installed my lift kit made some mistakes while installing it and they were able to fix it for me. Couldnt be happier with how it drives now. Thanks again for the quick and detailed job you guys do every time.

Great service, but the prices are rather high unless you buy during a promotion.

Nice and clean place but they took so long I ended up leaving. They said they would get to my car after an hour, after an hour and a half I asked them how much longer and they said probably another hour so I left. Not cool. Its going to be that long they should at least estimate better before I waste an hour and a half

Late last night we were headed out to Priest Lake with a boat and trailer full of stuff when I noticed that the tires on the boat trailer were shot. We decided to stay and try to get some new tires in the morning. That evening a friend of mine reached out to Mike Pluid and he said that he could have a couple guys there 30 minutes before they normally open to get me taken care of. I arrived early just to make sure I wasn’t keeping them waiting and they were there before they even said they would be. They got the tires on my trailer in no time and we were able to continue on our way to camp. Keep up the great customer service. It was certainly appreciated by me.

Patched two of my tires for free and in a timely manner.Brake replacement was spendier than I was expecting but they also provided a warranty.Overall, definitely people I trust with my car.

I think everyone deserves a second chance. That being said, heres my experience with Hayden Les Schwab. I took my car in to have snow tires mounted. I was told that my rear brakes were bad. I made and appointment for the next day to have them fixed. I was told that it would be about a 2 hour wait. after a 5 hour wait a pickup came with a box about 6x6 inches and handed it to the man who started to work on my car. Even though they knew I was coming in for a specific fix they didnt have the parts on hand. After almost 6 hours I left with rear brakes. I was upset BUT for the second chance I went back when the snow tires needed to be swapped out. I have sensors on all four wheels of both snow and regular tires. The tires were swapped and I left the next morning for out of state and got almost out of Spokane before the dash started flashing check sensors. Before I reached my destination my car was shimmying and dash was flashing. When I reached Corvallis Oregon I went to the Les Schwab there and not only did they fix the wobble with a wheel balance, they informed that the sensors had been incorrectly set. They apologized for the company and didnt charge for their service. Needless to say, I wont be using the Hayden store for a third aggravation.

I would give Les Schwab Tire zero stars if I could. I had my studded snow tires mounted on my wheels (I only have one set of wheels) by them. Leaving Les Schwab, my light for tire air pressure was on in my car. As soon as I got home, my tire was flat. They refused to fix it, and said they would have to charge me for any service call because I cant assume it was their fault.I had a similar thing happen with Discount Tire on another car where I had flats two days in a row. Both days, they were friendly and came and fixed it for me with no hassle.My advice, choose discount tire (or anywhere, really) over Les Schwab if you want to be treated decently as a valued customer.

I needed a boat battery and as I pulled up and got out of my pickup, a young man (Hunter) came out RUNNING out in classic Les Schwab tradition. The servvice only got better from there. I havent seen a LST employee run in years. This kid made my day and Im back on the lake fishing.

After telling me they would send a truck when I had a flat, they never showed up. Ive used several area Les Schwab Stores in the past 30 years. This one has over-promised and under-delivered on two occasions. They seem to have communication issues. To be fair, management did get someone out the next day. Why not say that in the first place? Definitely room for improvement. No contact from service tech either. They do a great job collecting the money.....

I had a 9:00 appointment on 10/16/17 to have the wheel bearings repacked on my RV. Branden, a tech came out to meet me and ask if I wanted him to check to see if I actually needed to have them repacked. I was very impressed that such a service would be offered as my appt was to have them repacked, not just checked.I told him that I would really appreciate it if he would check. He did and assured me that a repack would be a waste of my money as they were in excellent shape!I was so impressed that I went inside and met Kenny, the store manager. I explained to him what I have just said above and that I was very much impressed that his business takes on these policys in these times. It seems very rare to me that a business is this caring about me NOT spending my hard earned $$ when I actually came in expecting to spend the $$.I can assure readers that I will definitely be doing more business with Les Schwab in hayden, Idaho!!

I have dealt with Les Schwab from 1975 - 1984 in Reedsport and Coos Bay, Oregon. From 1984 to the present here in Coeur dAlene and Hayden. I have always been happy with their products and service.

Had my tires rotated and they didnt notice a bulge on the rear driver side, which I discovered right after I left so turned around and went back. Then they tried to sell me TWO new tires for almost $600 even though the tires were purchased there less than a year ago and still under warranty... Not impressed...update - was told I needed new tires but subsequently had two other mechanics check and was told they had approx 60% tread remaining. Only had tires for a year and very limited driving due to covid restrictions. Plus, they arent enforcing the county mask mandate.

This Schwabs is ran right and lives up to the kind of reputation that originally put Les Schwab on the map. I have seen some of the same faces at this location working there for a decade and thats always a plus too.

Took my truck in for an alignment and was told I couldnt get an alignment from them until they rebuilt the whole front end for 2500 dollars. Took my truck to another shop for a second opinion and was told the front end looked good other than mostly common wear and tear, and got an alignment.

New online scheduling for seasonal tire change was a good idea. Unfortunately it needs some tweaking. I picked the location of my store with my phone online. Set wrong date...no way to go back & cancel that appt. So I went in a later day and set a new appt date. It said I had appt but when I went in for appt. I found out my appt was sent to another store. Also I was told I should have printed out my email notification. I didnt know I was supposed to look for one; plus what if I didnt have a printer? They did honor my appt at my store though & did a great job.
