He spent the time in the beginning to speak with me and not just try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. Also throughout the whole process he has been professional and accommodating.

I took my truck to a local dealership where the guy at the counter told me I would need a new screen for my truck. He told me it was going to be at minimum $500 for a new screen with install and everything needed to fix the problem. I decided to wait and get a second opinion so took my truck to Custom12 in Hayden where the owner Chris looked over my truck and discovered the issue was only a fuse. He only charged me for the fuse and nothing else. I am so happy that I didn’t go with the dealership who lied to me to try to sell me things I didn’t need. I will be back.

Chris did a great job installing my sound system. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how best to set it up to my music.

He didn’t do what he was supposed to do and he had my sons truck for over 9.5 hours. The drivers side door after he put it back together was missing two parts on the door and the window makes noise now when you roll it up and down.
