This Store is the worst store Ive ever seen. I had a Samsung galaxy Fold3 5G cell that I didnt like, I have 14 days to return the cell if I dont like it or not. It had blemishes on the outside screen And this Store would not take the cell back. He stated that the phone had been dropped, In which it hadnt been dropped. You can not feel any type of a Crack on the surface of the screen. The surface of the screen is smooth no crack. Anyways I wasnt able to receive any calls with this cell. I took it back to the store to return it. The sales person said he could fix the problem, in which he could nor did not fix it. All I wanted to do was return this cell. I had to go through corporate office to straighten out this cell problem. I even had to go through PROTECH which is ASURAIN. They told me to take it back to the store. After getting in touch with The Corporate office I now a/m able to return this cell.I would, nor would I ever, recommend this Store to anyone! Worst service I have ever seen. I can not give this Store any type of a rating besides a rating of -10. I will never recommend this Store to any of my friends.
Aaron was more than helpful, saving me a considerable amount on my monthly bill. The wait was a bit long, but it was worth it!

About two months ago, I went into the Hayden AT&T store and experienced such a kind and helpful staff. They helped me with an issue I had at the Ironwood store and went above and beyond to get it fixed. I had another issue recently, so I went back into the store and was greeted by Lisa who I must say was very kind and funny! She absolutely made my day! She was patient with me and respectful with the issues I was having. She made me feel so much better! I would highly recommend visiting Lisa! Thank you dear girl for all of your help in helping an old lady out!
I had such an amazing experience at this AT&T store. There was a slight wait and I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door and was assured they’d be right with me. After 10 or so minutes Sandra helped me switch over from T-Mobile and set me up with a brand new phone and answered all my questions with confidence. Sandra transferred me over to Billy to finish up the transfer and to help set up my new phone due to a prior commitment, phone call, and he was just as professional as Sandra. I was very impressed with their service and politeness. So much I came on here to write a review. Thank you all! I’ll be with AT&T for a very long time because of your outstanding costumer service!
Other than a network issue-staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the experience was great!

Stephane was an amazing help yesterday for me...a 77 year old....with phone issues. She was so patient in explaining and showing what I needed to do. She made me feel like I was the only one in the store and had nothing but time for me! Needless to say.....I will always look for her when I am in there.

I just moved to CdA last Friday and needed to change carriers and get a local number. Aaron was amazing! He never rushed me. He was super helpful. He found a trade-in discount for one of my lines. My husband purchased my phone and was very happy with the woman who helped him. He said she was extremely knowledgeable about the iPhone and very likable. I waited in car and it only took about 20 minutes. Very quick for them to figure out what I needed. I’m quite happy with phone. Thank you😊👍

My husband purchased a Christmas gift with cash. He was assured by the sales representative that if bought with cash Amy refunds would also be cash. The return/refund policy was explained, to include the restocking fee however...he was not told about the day limit though. Thankfully I brought the item back in time. But, I was not given cash back because the representative told me ‘it was too early in the day to give cash back due to the fact that he did not have enough cash on hand’........it has been 3 days and still no $$$ credited to my bank account! I also was willing to exchange instead of return but the sales rep did not have knowledge of any items that were not Apple products. I had many questions about Beats and Samsung wireless ear pods and was at least honest about not knowing the product lines. Really? A sales rep who is not familiar with brands in the store?We’ve been with AT&T for over 12 years and yes, most of our contact with the company was halfway decent however it’s been progressively getting worse. Seriously looking at switching companies.

They take FOREVER! and never have any product went in to buy a phone 3 separate times and they never had what I was looking for
Kinda feel guilty leaving a review for ATT.... I manage a Verizon store 🤣 my parents have ATT and I took them in to help get their upgrades. Billy was super nice, delt with me asking all the questions and putting my thoughts in for whats best for my parents. Im not gonna switch anytime soon but Billy was great! 10/10 recommend!

Sales folks should mention things like, no refunds if your pre paid policy is slower than molasses in January. (Hint: it is) in the Spokane/CdA area.They DID make it right.Be forewarned, everything is kinda oily and gross. So if you are a person that doesnt like germs, maybe take some wet naps?

Worst service ever. Had to wait 45 min and was never talked to once in that time. Then they didnt even have the right technology to transfer photos on a simple updated GO phone. Dont go here better off at best buy or driving all the way to the valley. Heck even that would have been faster.

Went in for something simple that should of taken less than 10 minutes. Purchase of a new sim card and transfer to new device and we stood in line and didnt get service for almost an hour! Lobby was not busy, 1 person in line and then 1 walked in after us and is still currently waiting. Not enough staff to meet the customer demand and poor multitasking skills of the one staff member scheduled. It wasnt even busy! It would be on thing to have a lobby full of people but there isnt/wasnt. No prompt hustle or interest from the employee.Searched for other stores and there is two others less than 5 miles away! Could of easily went to the other two locations. Recommend going to those locations vs this one.
Well I was pissed that day of my last rating.Now since then Ive gone back and everyone was super friendly and finally got the problem with my daughters phone fixed so thank you all inside who helped.
