I do not understand a lot about computers, but do use it for paying my household bills and banking. Robert (new tech) was very helpful, and very fast at getting my computer back home. Took my Hp all-in-one desktop to Exbabylon for complete hard drive failures. The Exbabylon team was very helpful and installed an SSD and the windows OS. The repair was completed quicker than expected and was under budget. The computer is much faster now and works great!

I was charged $200 for a $68 hard drive (current price on Amazon) and another $175 to install ($30 more than quoted). No written quote was given and I was not given an itemized receipt (i.e. not very professional in my opinion).I was told there was extra fee to dispose of the old hard drive, although, I wasnt told how much. I wont be going here again, or recommending this place to anyone. Also, when my 2 yr old son had to use the restroom I was told, We dont have a public restroom.Edit: Sounds like a parts markup of around 294% ($200 vs $68) above retail, and service overcharge of 20% ($175 instead of the quoted $145) is an acceptable and normal business practice. Shoppers beware!

Great knowledgeable service. Their suggestions for an upgrade really made a difference in the speed of my laptop and has saved me a lot of time by speeding up my ability to get things done. I always go here for any computer sevice, repair or parts. Recently they tracked down a new battery for my laptop. I could not find it online.
