I received superior service by Anya and Jennifer! They both went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and happy with my purchases.Normally I shop at another store, Fred Meyer as they are closer to home. But frankly they are rude, don’t talk to you, they walk right by you, and they just don’t care anymore. I know it’s due to staff shortages but so are other places.I’ll be shopping at Albertsons in Hayden from now on. Kindness counts! You guys are amazing. You get my business and money every time. Keep going! ✨✨✨✨✨🥳

Store is nice and clean, everything well stocked. But the pharmacy tech I talked to was very rude.

Stopped in for a couple items and needed to use the restroom while there. Unfortunately the restrooms arent marked at all, and after walking the whole perimeter of the store, we finally found an employee to ask (who was really friendly and helpful). The restroom its self was very messy and dirty: trash on the floor, rolls of toilet paper on the ground, overfull trashcans, etc. Not a pleasant experience and definitely wont be going back in the near future.

Albertsons in Hayden is a great store. Its clean and all the employees are fantastic. Their selection is really good and the produce and meat department are beautiful! Very fresh and the selection is wonderful. Thankyou for what you all there do especially when you were working long hours during our covid19 crisis. I truly appreciated all of your dedication to your company and the customers!❤

Ive been coming into this Albertsons before work. Usually its very early... like 6am in the morning a few times a month. Im giving them 5 stars, but they really deserve 100 stars for knowledgeable outstanding customer service! They are the only store in town that I can say on a 100% of my visits every employee genuinely offers to help me. Sometimes I do need help and appreciate the friendly customer service Im given. Even the busy gentlemen stocking shelves always stop to ask if I need help,and take the time to politely show me where a product is. The cashiers are always professional and helpful too.This consistent high level of customer service is rare these days. You certainly wont find it at big box stores. Thank you Albertsons for truly caring about your customers . I appreciate you! I highly recommend this store for service, cleanliness and high quality products!

I love Albertsons! Its just the right size, you dont feel like you are on a hike when you just want to pick up a few things. They always have good deals too!

Middle of the road actually, however, mediocrity has its perks on occasion, for instance...the individual servings of carrot cake were sweating in the checkstand! I stared at it for a moment and chuckled. It was worth the trip just to see that.

Since the pandemic Albertsons has gone down hill, the shelves are very thin and most products have been replaced with there Name brands and I hate to say it but there products are second rate at best . I think I am going too start shopping at Supper one foods they have all the name brands on the shelves.

Idk what it is about their French bread. But its the best here.

Albertsons is a good grocery store. It seems to have just about everything I want or need except Coconut Bliss dessert and a great Gluten Free Organic Non-GMO seeded bread! But the store is clean, fairly well organized and always well stocked. Cashiers are nice, people are always helpful here. Also a good place to recycle used plastic grocery bags!

Prices a little high. The meat here is fantastic and there are deals to be had. That said Im a super 1 guy myself...

You really have to watch the prices when you check out. Theres digital coupons theres clearance theres a variety of pricing schemes. even if you remember them all they dont always match up with the price you get charged.

Love this place. Great meat and veg sections. Also wide variety of spices and prepared sauces.AND they have what seem like dinosaur bones !

Had my first covid vaccine at Sav-Ons in Hayden. Excellent and caring service. Market was clean and had a diversity of products.

I went to Savon Pharmacy inside Albertsons to pick up 2 prescriptions. Staff was nice and very knowledgeable.

Decently clean but i didnt see anyone wiping down carts as they were brought in. Some empty spots on shelves still but found pretty much everything we wanted.

I lost my receipt so I cant do the online survey but I hope someone sees this! Joanne in the floral department is a very talented and sweetest woman! She did an arrangement for me and it looks amazing! Helped me pick the flowers myself and then arranged them beautifully!! Highly recommend going to see her if your looking for flowers to put together!

The male pharmacist was so rude and unprofessional! He told us he didnt have time to fix his mistake and had too much to do but we could fill in the forn for him. Then he yelled at another customer for having to repeat himself. I reported to customer service and the lady acted like she didnt care.

It was an overall decent store very organized and easy to navigate, there fried chicken was to die for. However there womens bathroom was a nightmare, there was dirt every were and in some places puddles of what I hope is water. I found this extremely funny because on the door was a plaque saying how much pride they take in there bathrooms.

After waiting in line, The lady that was checking in the 15 items or less told us to go to another line because we had to many items. I counted and we only had 12. We then waited in the 2nd line and he was very fast and efficient. Im not sure what her problem was.

I went there to find lays crispy taco chips but didnt find them, disappointing. Then I decided to buy salt and vinegar wings at the deli but was told they keep them in the back because people keep ordering them. Isnt that the point? Walked out with cold bbq wings. I dont believe Ill be going back.

The reason community grocery stores have a good connotation. People are friendly, place is nice. Prices are good.

Albertsons, along with Fred Meyer stores are the most expensive groceries in the area. Good bakery, but the deli and meat dept could be better. Albertsons also now owns Safeway stores, so many of the store branded and generic items are available in both. Albertsons also has a outside barbecue going every weekend. Not cheap, but pretty good.

Love Albertsons there friendly and the store is clean . Most of the time I can find what Im looking for and get it and get cashed out quickly. They have great prices on mostly everything. They have produce that is really fresh most of the time . And there prices are great . And on mondays they have cheap chicken so you can buy a hot meal so you dont have to cook on a hard Monday night . Sounds great to me . How about you ? . Expensive no help in the aisles does not listen to the customer. They bought Haggens in Washington and have raised prices and with no compition they feel free to continue this type of customer abuse. The local store management is fantastic and responsive however they seem to have there hands tied to run their store as it should for their customer base. Mr. Haven must be turning out in his grave. Wake up Albertsons and listed to your customer base!!

Cannot stand the prices in this place! If your a family on a budget, or a single person on a budget... This is not the store for it. They price high, have this sale that brings it to a normal margin and then say you saved money... Which if you shop around and budget, know that you didnt save squat here. Used to go here a lot as a kid and there was lots of friendly helpful staff, and now it feels more like a ghost store.

They have great prices on meat usually but the stores kind of older seems a little dark and dingy and the prices are high compared to most but they usually have a good deal on the meat
