I was not satisfied with the Nana Hearing aids, so call for info to return them. I followed the instructions to a T. I paid $11.75 postage which wasnt returned to me. After numerous emails & waiting 63 days I finally got a refund. I would not do business with this Company again due to poor customer service and empty promises. Buyer Beware!

BEWARE of this company. I ordered from this company over 4 weeks ago and still no product. I contacted customer service several time and I get the usual runaround. They are blaming the issue on the USPS. That was a lie. The tracking number stated Label created, item not received. If you look at the Nano web site, the have over 500 5 stars and one 1 star. That is ridiculous. There realistically should be more 1s, 2s, & 3s just as an average. I sent my review into their web site review portal and the review has NEVER shown up on their web site. Go figure. I am attempting to get my money back but they continually place me on hold and do not answer. BEWARE of this company. Good luck.

These work great, and they are much less cost than the industry average.

Do not buy their hearing aids. We purchased a set with the protection plan. Tried them for 3 weeks as they suggested and were very disappointed with them. They are poorly made, ill fitting and just don’t work well. We decided to return them. After numerous calls attempting to get an RMA, I finally called my credit card company to cancel the charges. It was after that they decided to send the RMA. We sent them back and then, after over 45 days of waiting, they refunded the money minus over $90 for a “restocking fee”. So much for their promise of a FULL refund. Crooks selling garbage.

I was unable to use the hearing aids. I returned properly and told that my refund would be generated within the45 day refund period as advertised. It is now over70 days and all they say is be patient. I would never suggest anyone do business with this company.

DO NOT BUY! Terrible experience with this company. The hearing aids (these are actually just cheaply made amplifiers). I returned them because they did not work back in November. It is now 6 months later and I am still awaiting my refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!

UPDATE: PRODUCT DID NOT WORK WHEN RECEIVED. RETURNED PRODUCT AND THIS COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 70 DAYS WITH OVER 15 EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND.Minutes after ordering I contacted customer service to correct my coupon code. I had received 20% via email and accidentally entered the wrong one. They would not correct it (and it would have saved $75). The next morning the price on the website was showing $297 instead of $397 for one of their hearing aids. Prices seem to be changing and seem sketchy to me that they would not assist.

Prices are best, quality is not comparable, awesome customer support. My mom is very happy wearing Nano Hearing Aids. Thanks Nano God bless!

I returned my hearing aids in August and they received them 8/28/2020. As of this date Im still waiting for a credit. There seems to be an organizational management problem with this company
