My review is based on the fact that I totally trust the employees of this company to be in my home when I am not there. There are not a lot of companies I would feel good about giving access to my home to. They are ALWAYS respectful. When they leave there is never a mess.

I was referred to Power Audio Video via a very close friend. They were so in love with their system that they had me come over & check it out before I initially gave Power Audio Video a call. It was amazing! The sound quality was so crisp & clear! All of the work was very clean. I was very impressed by how the universal remote was truly an all-in-one! I hate having to use multiple remotes! I gave Power Audio Video a call soon after leaving my friends home & they offered to come out & give me a free estimate. They were very professional & I loved the fact that all their pricing was line itemed so that I could see exactly what I was paying for. Now we have our system installed & absolutely love it! I would definitely use them again!

Power installed a Dirt Devil whole house vac 6/2014 in our new construction. About a month ago, it started revving up and slowing down. We thought it might be an armature in the motor. We called and eventually they sent a tech who said it needed a new circuit board. That was October 23. Today is November 5. We have not had a vacuum for over 3 weeks. I have called Power 3 times for an update, leaving a message each time. They have not seen fit to return any of my calls. They clearly don’t want our business.
