I had purchased a set of chains for the rear tires on my Kioti CK3510 tractor and they did not fit correctly as it seems Kiotis tire size (15-19.5) is smaller then normal.Called up and talked to Tim and he agreed to come out and fit them on my tractor, Tim and Logan both showed up and whipped the custom fitment out in no time. The also changed out the connecting links on the sides so it gave me more inner fender to chain clearance which I needed as it was close.So with that said thanks to both Tim & Logan for taking the time out of your day to do this custom fitment.Highly recommend BlueJay Industrial for all your tire traction needs.

Great prices and friendly staff. A friend needed some rigging for a house project and asked if I would help him pick out what he needed. I havent worked on a line crew in 15 years and have forgotten the names of everything we needed, but they were very helpful and even recommended some cheaper products to us.

Called to get pricing for tire chains for my compact Kubota L series tractor. According to young lady who picked up the phone, she stated they don’t make tire chains for my size tire anymore (15 x 19.5, yet there is google review for them a month ago where that person had the same tire size) and rushed me off the phone to answer another call.

Poor customer support. Ordered a set of chains online and lost one. Called to get a duplicate and told they didnt keep record of their online orders. Was forced to guess size, and I guessed wrong. Will not return, so I have to modify it. All could this could have been prevented if they could have just pulled up my past order. Really unbelievable that someone couldnt just do a little research at Bluejay and prevent this hassle.
