We have bought 3 Echo chainsaws here in the last year. Top quality saws. All the guys have been very helpful. I will never buy anywhere else. Echo is the way to go and American mower and saw is the place to do your business.

Abusive owner like to make threats at customers. Damaged our saw failed to do the warranty as it was not worth his time STAY AWAY FROM. THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

I had m riding lawn mower in there to get fixed paid $310. My mower broke down 2 hours after I got it. It was supposed to be fixed. They did the work and let it go and guaranteed work and now want me to pay more. What a joke. I would by pass them.

Tried to get a leaf blower fixed here. They were to call with an estimate; we never received a call . Three weeks after dropping it off we stopped in to see what was going on and they “guessed it was the carburetor.” Charged us $26 for this guess. These guys are incompetent -go elsewhere.

Such a great, local shop. Bought a Husqvarna trimmer from these guys and they tested it first and handled the warranty registration for me. Knowledge guys and friendly. I sure appreciate having this place down the street from me.

Great place. Fast and friendly service. Knowledgeable about the products they sell. Competitive pricing and they do the online warranty registration for you. They took a several year old echo trimmer and did a tune up and it works better than new. They will continue to get my business as long as they continue to operate like this.

Highly recommended!! Brought a saw there very fair price. I bent a chainsaw bar pretty bad and they fixed/resurfaced it for no charge!! If you need a new piece of equipment or your equipment serviced, this is the place to go.

Stopped in for help with a chainsaw that had stopped working and they were really upfront and it turns out the oil goes in the gas, and I had used just gas. Looking forward to stopping in their shop next time I need a chainsaw or information on them. Really helpful customer service!

Avoid at all cost. They will push your stuff to the back and something which should be a quick 24-48 hour turn around takes 10 + days and will hold your mower hostage and will hang up on you when asking for a date your lawn mower will be done. Do not use them!!!

This place was recommended by a friend. We contacted the place and was told that it would be 2 weeks out before looking at it. We called 3 weeks later and was told it would be another week. The following week I contacted him, he told me it was not worth repairing. upon picking it up it was noted that it had not EVEN been looked at due to the bolts not being touched with dirt, dust, and grease still present and fuel still in the tank, When the unit was asked to be winterized. I was not charged, however I do not like to be told stories. He couldn’t even find his paperwork for it, but luckily I had mine and we showed it to the original person that recommended us.I was talking to my cousin, she knew the place I was talking about and had taken her lawnmower to be fixed and was also told that hers was not worth repairing.I would not recommend this place because they pick and choose the equipment they want to repair.Do they say this because they want to fix it up and sell it used? I have questions on the legitimacy of this business!

I purchased an Echo 590 from this company to help manage my property. I used the saw less than 10 hours before it started to run rough and start hard. I followed the instructions in the manual to try to get the saw to run right but I was unable. I took the saw in and they said they could get the saw back to me in 1-2 weeks. After 3 weeks they told me the repairs on the saw would be so expensive that getting a new saw would make more sense. The saw is still under warranty but they were not willing to try to get Echo to warranty out the saw. Don’t waist money on an Echo and don’t go here if you need work done quick or you plan on using your warranty.The manual has specific instructions to adjust the carb and the carb was adjusted per the manual. The saw was not ran more than two minutes after a quarter turn adjustment. The instructions are on page 25 of the owners manual. The adjustment made did not have an effect on the damage to the saw. I was sold a lemon.

For years of use this company for all my lawn more repairs and chainsaw repairs. The guys they have working up front forgot to call me after two months. Then they said sorry bring it in we’ll get right on it. Two weeks pasted and I stopped by and the kid that wrote it up forgot again. Then the lack of care when I said I’ll take my stuff back. He sat the chainsaws on the driveway and then asked which is your lawnmower. I had to get it to. Very rude!

Ordered a carb kit for a chainsaw. Waited a week, called and they said should be in in a day or two. Waited another week before i called and they said it was never ordered.

Brought in a 4 cycle Craftsman Weed Wacker that would die after it warmed up. Wouldnt start again until cold. A new carburetor was needed and the cost to put it all back together was getting close to a newmachine. They suggested I consider an Echo. After comparing the brand and reviews online, I decided to get a combo trimmer and edger from Echo. Their price was the same as a big box store in town. Decision was easy to purchase the new unit here as you get the same manufacturers warranty and a local business with expertise to service it. They even took everything out of the box and set it up and had it ready for me.

Called and spoke to a man. Asked him if they can work on a Solo brand chainsaw. He said is that Chinese. I told him its German. He replied that he has never heard of it and couldnt get parts for it. I guess he has never heard of this invention called the Internet. Ive ordered parts for it before. Clueless dolt.

My dad is in town to fix my weedeater, and we are trying to locate parts. We called American Mower & Saw and talked with Taylor. While he didnt have what I needed in stock, he was super nice and helpful. He even gave me other places that could possibly have it, or he could order it. I will keep these guys I mind next time I need something for sure! Thank you!

I called because I didnt know what exactly I was looking for. The man I spoke to was most helpful and kind and said he could put me on the right path. I havent actually been in there yet, but I figured a positive review on my experience was necessary as he seems to have been slammed by some bad ones.

Very helpful, had the part I was looking for in stock:-) I wish I could comment on the posts below, 10% ethanol in your carb is the worst thing you could do, ethanol reacts with aluminum, it builds crystals that clog your jets, if you use gas with ethanol, which I dont, your manufacturer recommendation is to use use gas less than a month old. Ive only used this business once, but Im sure they are good folks, an knowledgeable, i will be there tomorrow looking for a bearing actually.

It was a good experience, I called and spoke with a gentleman inquiring about a new belt for my mower deck, I did some research myself and found the mowers model number and the number of the belt itself, I was placed on hold for a minute, they said they had it, I came to the place and they were very helpful and informative when I asked how to get it on.

This business is the worst! One star is far too high in my opinion. Took my power sprayer with 3 hours on it for a warranty approved oil leak. It sat outside in a dirt field for almost 2 months in bad weather. He did fix oil leak but was called and told it needed a $35+ carb rebuild due to 10% ethanol gas (factory approves this fuel BTW). This is fishy as it is brand new motor, so I declined. Got it home and found huge gas leak. Brought it back and was told that seals had either swelled, cracked or unseated themselves while getting sun treatment due to ethanol. Owner wanted me to pay so I removed float bowl and found the bowl o-ring pushed in. I have rebuilt carbs, auto engines and all kinds of motor work. I have NEVER seen a seal become unseated unless very old or installed improperly. I wouldnt trust this guy with anything. My rec.go somewhere else. BTW seals look great.

They all ways do a great job
