So I went in looking for an engagement ring, the girl at the jewelry counter I believe she said her name was Liz, anyways she was very rude and was texting as I was looking. I don’t think I will go back there again. So sad. Everyone else was happy to be there but her. Bad egg that one

Love this place. The Music Corner has lots of quality stuff to choose from, and the ramrod of that department - Shawn - does a great job! Ive been a musician for over 60 years and Shawn really knows his stuff. Hes also very customer service oriented and makes sure you are taken care of. Kudos!!

The employees are lovely, but there is one manager that was quite rude in my experience. Standoffish and just plain mean. I won’t name names, I don’t know the day he had, but that was a very unpleasant experience.

I was very upset when I stopped in last time. I went in to see Elicia and Jon being they are both have amazing technology knowledge and was told neither of them work for the company anymore. Very disappointed.

Was looking to sell and or trade in two firearms and possibly pick up a new one. I dealt with Abby and I could not have been more pleased. She was very fair on the prices they gave me for my firearms.She was spot on one of the easiest people to deal with. Funny and engaging with me and other customers. She was also very knowledgeable.She should get a raise for her outstanding performance. She is someone I would always deal with.

A great place to find realistically-valued used guns. A lot of shops charge almost retail prices for pawned guns. The prices at Pawn 1 reflect that they understand theyre selling used material (they also have new guns, but Im cheap and always buy used). Ive bought plenty from Pawn 1 over the years and have always been happy with the service and the prices.

The store was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, willing to work with me. I came in to buy video games and they had a good selection. Thanks and I will be back!

I initially wrote a pretty negative review for an incident that happened here. However, The higher ups saw that and took immediate action to fix the problem and miscommunication at the time. They have shown me they absolutely care about customers, and genuinely want people to have a positive experience in their stores. One of their managers called me personally and helped fix the situation. The employee I initially had an issue with also seemed genuinely apologetic. All is well and Im extremely satisfied with how they handled it especially knowing that was not something they had to do.Kudos to Pawn 1, and thanks! Im happy to be shopping here again!-J

Was shopping for some drum cymbals and I wanted to ask a question about a cymbal I was holding in my hands. There was another customer buying something so I was standing behind him and waiting my turn. Customer paid and walked out the door and the guy behind the counter walked straight passed me and wondered around the pawn shop like he was bored and looking for something to do. I stood there looking at him for 5 minutes and nothing. So I put the cymbal down on the counter and walked out. Zero customer service skills. Never shopping there again.

I am retracting this bad post. Pawn 1 has made things right and have taken care of me and the situation. It was a lack of communication on my part. I do apologize for my earlier statement. Pawn 1 has always been good to me.

Does NOT accept returns on defective equipment. Exchanges only. Sold me an amp that was broken and did not accept it back for a refund.

I pop in with my guy weekly to see what wonderful thing we might not have. Weve had our hit an miss with attitudes an products but the positive always outweighs the negative. Id deal with these guys on bad days any day if it means I would never step foot in Walmart again. Lol. Just use some common sense, if your polite an friendly they will treat you well, always plug things in, unplug check battery, connect ECT.

Came in to work a deal on a Xbox one. They offered me a laughable price. Wouldnt move on it at all. Turned them down. Went down the street to pawn INC. and was instantly given the price I wanted to pay for a used Xbox one. when the shops are buying xbox ones from 45 to 75 bucks $139 is a rediclous price. Xbox 1s is 169 new on sale. Greedy is what pawn one is about. Turn and burn. Edit: Now they are calling me on my personal cell since I left the review. You cant make it right I bought elsewhere! next call and I will report a harassment claim.

Wouldn’t drop $1.20 off a $20 dollar item. You need to be able to bargain if you want a happy/ repeat customer.
