Great second hand thrift shop. Great quality and great pricing.I would have given more stars, but once I went to purchase they would not honor the 20% discount for today for giving a review. The cashier, Roslyn, didnt think I should get the discount for additional items I purchased in the exact same shopping experience, I didnt even leave the store, I just added more to my purchase. So, for poor customer service I am only giving one star.
First of all, I want to say that the staff here is very pleasant and nice. You are greeted when you walk in and it is very clean. My issue is with the pricing. I brought in a bag of womens clothing and a bag of shoes. They accepted alot of the clothing items, which included 4 professional, office-appropriate skirts, several tops, a genuine black leather coat, 2 denim jackets, 2 watches, among other items. These clothes were all gently worn and in good condition. I was given $23.00 !! Upon further reflection, I should not have taken that dollar amount. I am very sorry I let them keep my items. I would be VERY curious as to what these items were priced at for sale in the store. The skirts and jackets alone will sell at a good price. The bag of shoes, when they called to say they would accept 6 pairs, they offered me $6.00 !!!! for SIX pairs of shoes, also with little wear and these were higher end pumps and boots. I really feel like this store is a rip-off. I understand they are in it to make money, but the prices there need to be a bit more fair. I wont be back.
I would give zero stars if I could. Employees are judgmental and unprofessional. I went in with my husband and spent over $100 and was accused of stealing 4 times! After we purchased our items we went to leave and was surprised by a police officer and the owner. Saying that cameras showed that I was stealing when if they actually watched it showed me paying, looking and being very kind with store workers. Never have I been so embarrassed. After asking me multiple times to see my items the police were still called. Owner shamed people and isn’t the first time. DONT GO HERE!!!

Beaumond has been one of my families favorite clothing stores for years! Been a mutually beneficial relationship as the buy you used clothes and donate the rest you don’t need and then provide us with quality clothes. We have a large family with all ages and my entire family leaves this store.
Absolutely incredible place to shop! Amazing prices on everything, and don’t forget to check out they’re outlets where everything is 5$ !! Brooke the owner is one of the most kind hearted people I have met! Oh and there is a play area so you mommas can shop while the kiddos play! Shop and support local!
I love their stores! They are always clean, and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. I love that I can clothe my family for a fraction of the cost of all new clothes but they still look new.

You never know what youre getting into when you visit a new used clothing store, but Beau Monde is great! I was impressed with how nice and clean the store looked. Everything was organized very well and you cant beat the prices. I also appreciate that they have fitting rooms that are open. This will definitely be a new go to when Im looking for new clothing pieces!

This store was an okay concept, considering you can sell your old clothing to them, but the problem is they won’t purchase much. It was honestly a bit surprising considering the poor quality of some of their clothing at their $5 and under outlets. Also, at their largest outlet in Hayden, some clothing was overpriced, considering you can buy the same product new for not much of a difference. Our experience when selling with them was less than mediocre, and communication on them purchasing clothing is unclear, and they won’t pay you much for what they’ll charge ten times the price for. It was honestly easier to donate our clothing to Goodwill where you can at least know your clothing actually helps someone. Overall, we weren’t impressed with our selling or buying experience as we wasted our time when we could have just dropped off our clothing at Goodwill where the profits go towards philanthropic efforts. Also, no one appreciates rude and distasteful comments from the owner(Brooke), illustrating an extremely unprofessional environment for possible future buying and selling interactions.
Store is great! However, The GM was highly rude to customers and to her employees!!! I never review but, she was so horrible I wanted to leave and felt like an inconvenience.
I love shopping at Beau Monde for my whole family I always score on something. My kids find more stuff they like here than anywhere else.

This is such a helpful place serving people just like me! I love fashion and design so most of my clothes are collectors pieces. Beau Monde doesnt take those older styles and labels but its a great place to recycle current items and acres of jeans, shoes and tops. Call for info or go see them! Fun place! 😇

Im a guy... I went inside the store and bought two window displays (one dress and one outfit 3 pieces) the cashier in which helped me was amazing. Non judgemental and completely willing to help.4 I asked if the clothes in which I was purchasing would fit me and she didnt miss a beat(neither did a coworker when asked the very same question) I couldnt be anymore thankful to these two women,(wish I knew their names in order to thank them properly) for helping me out and being completely professional with my requests. Thank you girls in helping me shop for my girly needs. Looking forward to shopping here again and again. By the way, the clothes I purchased fit perfectly. The 3piece outfit is newest favorite outfit in my wardrobe🥰🥰🥰I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

The ladies here are so nice, and they have a broad selections for men and women.
We go into the discount Beu Monde, all the time. We get a good selection, and friendly help, everytime we go in, and are always happy with our selections. This Beu Monde is no different. Its located off of Highway 95 and Prairie, in the shopping plaza with Panera, Albertsons, Noodle Express, and the Discount theater. Cant miss it. We came in looking for jeans, and came out with 3 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, shoes, and a hoodie. Lol I think my husband would come here every day if he could. This places prices are higher than the discount store (obviously) but the selection is higher qaulity, and typically worth it. And if you take your receipt to any other Beu Monde in the area, you get 20% off (its 15 or 20 I think) your total purchase. And, if you do a Google review of the store youre at, you get 20% off your purchase as well. (I dont know if those 2 deals can be combined, but if so, yay 35% -40% off!) And lastly, Ester was very friendly, and helpful, and Im a firm believer that places with good employees and good service, should be rewarded with my/our business, so be sure to let them know if theyve hit the mark for you, and tell your friends!
