Great experience. Very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Has a great variety of dresses. Cynthia and her team were amazing and made us feel like they were part of our wedding. Felt at home. They were flexible in making all changes to the dress superbly and with a great taste.
We were two brides-to-be and booked 2 x 1 hour trial sessions from 4 to 6.The place is beautiful and there’s a nice selection of dresses. Also the tailor lady was very professional and nice.But I found the young woman in charge quite rude and very impatient for us to leave (although we still had 10-15 minutes left). She did not bother to give me the reference of the dress I loved when I asked for it. Also no coffee or even water was offered to us. Too bad.

Visited for bridal gowns fitting. It wasnt quite a lovely experience, as the assistant was impatient and reluctantly guiding us. However, they did have a nice collection, but Id Optimal customer service is key, do not lose it.
