Toddler broke a glass they made us pay thats fine but they kept the receipt and he dude wasnt very nice with the looks he was giving us. He first didnt say anything and I said would you like us to pay for this he said probably but he looks he was giving me and my toddler was unacceptable.

I hope the construction has a positive outcome when it’s done. It’s wicked difficult to get in or out of lot. Otherwise, place is just fine and a decent fuel stop.

Dirty, not that there are many decent options in Hays, KS.

On August 13th myself and many others became stranded due to pumping water into our tanks from this gas station. The money that was paid was returned for the repairs and hotel stay for the night. I’m still out the $36.10 that I paid and never used any of the fuel. I’ve spoken with Butch from corporate and this store manager. They have to talk to the president of the company is what I was told. That was over a week ago and now I’m completely ignored. They were negligent and owe the $36.10. One star is actually too generous.

Stopped here to get gas. Lady who helped me was so nice! I accidentally walked on just mopped floor and made it dirty, she didnt even bat an eye but said Dont worry about it! with a smile.

Traveling from Kansas City to Hays Kansas, stopped here to get gas. I was staying nearby at the Super 8 and there are several places to chose from but traveling West, this seemed to be the most logical. It has everything expected from a travel stop so no complaints here. Pleasant stop.

Great gas prices and even better if you pay with cash. Customers and staff were very friendly and nice. Provides a small town vibe.

Clean restrooms! Great coffee and also souvenirs!! Very friendly late night clerk - she is great!! We are traveling thru and it was a great place to stop and get snacks and gas highly recommend

Credit Card info was stolen after I used the pump closest to the highway. Someone at 10:14 tried to use my debit card at their atm on 5/30

24/7 Travel Store has ethanol free gas. My only reason for stopping.

Just went to fill up my pickup but when I was filling there were multiple leaks on the hose and puddles of diesel on the ground. It had been leaking long enough that they had a special bin labeled “not for trash. Spill clean up”. Pretty ridiculous. I’m never going here again.

Used a fleet card, not a major one but one none the less, which is set up for cash price. Pre authorized the pump and had the lady run it as a fleet card. When I went in to get my receipt, they charge credit price. When I asked them why even after I pre authorized the pump they said thats the way it is. I asked them to change it they told me no that they wouldnt and I would have to live with it. Would give zero stars if I could.

Ok its easy..put someway to get out of the bathroom without having to touch the same handle all the people who dont wash their hands use...BTW. when they go to the cooler and grab something does that mean those handles are clean??? Simple hygiene goes a longway.

The price they post is misleading. It is only for debit card. For credit cards it is five cents more. The other gas stations in the area are cheaper because of this if you are using your credit card. Their sign does not say debit card price it just says thats the price. That is misleading. It is not the business practice of a reputable place. Stay away from this place.

Although this store is not particularly convenient to get into and out off, it is located right off the freeway at the main exit in Hays. My issue is with their deceptive trade practices. They have a large sign advertising a gas price visible from the freeway. They have the same price posted on the pump. However, once you run your credit card, the price they charge is different -- and higher. I have no issue with someones right to charge a cash price and a credit price, but it should be clearly labeled as such. This 24/7 Travel locations practice is disingenuous at best. Im sure they siphon off several thousand dollars a day by overcharging unsuspecting travelers, but I for one do not plan to return here. BTW, by driving just a block or two south on Vine Street, travelers can find plenty of gas stations that charge HONEST prices.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this location. The person behind the register knows what they are talking about and are always helpful when I stop in. they have a nice and clean island and have clean washer fluid (they actually use the blue wiper fluid stuff!). I know it is small, but it is nice to see a store take customer needs into consideration when they provide services that I do not have to pay for. Definitely worth the stop!

They charge extra to use a card. Moving on to some place else. That simple.

Got a tank of junk gas. Wed been getting 32 mpg, were down to 1/4 tank so filled up. Now getting 26.7 mph. No change in driving conditions or style. Junk gas.

Sorry if I offend anyone but I just have to say the people in Kansas or bit weird! I’m looking forward to getting on down I 70 back to Colorado and back home again.

DONT GET GAS HERE!!!!!!!We filled up our tank and later found out that it had been watered down. Local car shop further down I70 said we were the third car of the day that had gotten gas here and had the same problems.

If you pay with a card it is a lot more expensive, I hate it when gas stations do this, I drove to another stations. :(

They were very rude me and my partner work for a large trucking company my partner is black I am American Indian I hope that was not the reason for the rudeness I am very sad and disappointed
