Just when Id given up hope on ANYONE in the service industry, along came Three Brothers! My garage door broke this morning with my car trapped inside! I called at 11:06, Mauro arrived at 12:35 and was finished with the repair at 1:15! He did an excellent job and was just delightful. Thank you SOOOOOO much! I will recommend you to my friends and family!

The installer came out in march to replace my springs. The installer put incorrect springs. I called them to fix the issue and they came to replace the springs. Its hard these days to find trusted company that will fix mistakes. I appreciate Mauro for coming out.

The guy they sent out didnt set the cat eye sesensors correct ly my door after he left would work on and off . I check the two sensors one was at 15 inch the other at 13 inch. I readjusted to both the same . I fixed the door intermittent problem. When he got he I just needed a new motor . Told him want same type unit I had. When he left there of my hand held unit wouldnt work with new unit and my door mount opener unit outside my door wouldnt work and he didnt know how to program them . Also didnt know how to program my car units either. So now I am left with one garage door opener to share with four cars ??! He told me he would send another guy that know how to program the cars and openers . I had to call three times back to get a call back. Now they want to charge me am extra charge to send a guy out to program my openers and help me do my cars . I paid 160. For installation plus too much for motor. . when this company was Coates they did job right and stood behind their service and was very helpful. Now the Three Brothers are more worried about money . Ill call another company to finish the job they started. They get a 0 from me

Garage door cable was broke door would not open called them at 8:00 Friday morning they was at our house by 8:30 put on new cable and four new pulleys even though the temperature was in single digits very efficient and was reasonably priced, would definitely use them again.

Showed up on time and did his job for a fair price. He got my problem fixed for much less than I expected. I will be calling them again if I ever need garage door service in the future.

All went well, and the pricing was competitive.He was a very polite and friendly young man with a very strong work ethic. It was refreshing talking with him. I would recommend he and his company, and I will certainly call him again if needed.

Chris is fabulous. He is very helpful and has quality equipment. I shopped around to see who could get me the best price on my new build home garage doors. Chris was NOT ONLY the cheapest but he also provided a better door. With metal on both sides of the door (insulated). Not the plastic inside or the Styrofoam interior. Extremely happy with my decision. He has plenty of door styles to choose from as well.
