They have missed place my rent more than once it has been nothing but a hassle since we moved in our rent goes up every year and if you dont want to sign another lease with them its 62.00 a month plus whatever your rent is they are very strick on everything poor management cant keep a park manager most of the time you get the answering service not the manager and you cant talk to the big boss you have to email them who knows if they get it or not they dont care about tenants

I called and talked to Erin she scheduled me an appointment that same day. The neighborhood is very cute and well kept. She answered all of my questions in detail and really helped me get excited for a possible future living at this park.

Well kept nice place to live the workers work hard to make this an enjoyable place to stay

Our company has been working with the RHP staff for over a year now and from our perspective they seem to be genuinely concerned about maintaining the properties. They want to know about possible issues and go to great lengths to repair and maintain the homes. They’re conscientious and personable – great people to work with!

Sick cats EVERYWHERE! We moved into roaches, which we had to get rid of ourselves. That took about 3 months. We were 7 months into our lease when we discovered the walls were full of mold. They had to move us out of there and gave us our pick of 2 old trailers even though there were brand new ones vacant. Once we moved into our other trailer we were forced to sign another year lease! The street is a main road and although the speed limit is only 20, people still speed through there. It can get very busy and hard to get out of your driveway at times.

Havent had a manager her in about a year. They do not enforce thier own polices on large dogs and allow tenants to have yards and houses that look like a scene from hoarders. Which means those people have bugs and now you and your family have to live and fight bugs thanks to other nasty people.

Youve got your nicer and not so nice areas of this community just like most others.

The Park Avenue Estates here is a mobile home court and they charge people way too much for for rent for the mobile homes or even for the park people that live in mobile homes are normally poor people or can afford a regular rent or something like that or cant even afford a house or have bad credit for a house but have good enough credit to rent a mobile home and theyre always after you to mow your lawn all the time even when you have two jobs and can barely move the lawn on time
