I brought my car here to get my bumper fix. It was a very seamless process because they had enterprise on site. I was able to get my rental car and drop off my car all in one spot. I was probably in and out of there in 15 minutes tops. What I liked about the shop is that they sent me automatic text updates as my car was being fixed. When I got my car back it looked really good. They even gave it a wash. Hopefully I wont have to go back to a body shop, but if i ever do I would go back to Auto Collision Center because of how easy it was

My car was unfortunately dinged-up from my neighbor at work, swinging her door open & hitting my passenger door. She left a row of chipping within the paint and in the light, you could see small dents within the door panel. When taking it to ACC, I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical, but please do not be like I was and judge a book by its cover! ACC did a wonderful job at fixing my 2017 Ford Explorer! My biggest fear was that when they replaced the door panel, you would see the difference from door to door. However, Raul explained to me that they would be replacing the paint of both the front and rear passenger door, to ensure you would not see the flip-flop between the paint job. He also said that I would be covered with a lifetime warranty, as long as I owned the car. Not only did they get my car back to me within under a week, but it looks phenomenal! When they returned my car back to me, it also looks like they washed the exterior :) Raul was very nice, knowledgeable, & explained everything to me professionally, where I was able to understand all that was going on . Hopefully, I wont have to return to an auto collision shop in the near future, but if I do, I will definitely be returning here!

Its okay. Just convenient and close by. All I got was a new bumper bx of hit n run incident. Not sure if I really got a new bumper or they just repaired.

I have had issues with multiple cars over the past decade and thankfully my insurance list offered ACC as an option. I initially selected them for location, however after my first experience with them I have taken each vehicle. The staff has always been friendly and professional, fast turnaround time, accurate and fair estimates, and most of all A-1 service! I would recommend them to anyone that has to go through their insurance company or anyone needing body work. They always go over and beyond.

Geico introduced me to Auto collision repair center and they are very professional. The best thing about them is that their service is very quick ensuring it with utmost quality . They have onsite enterprise car rental and it helped me save a lot of time in travelling to other agency to rent the car. Definitely I will suggest their service to my friends and family.

These guys are a great production auto body shop - excellent work because they believe in quality craftsmanship, efficient, get the job done quickly & right ... terrific painters, especially with difficult colors (white pearl metallic) ... I was a little reluctant to use them since they are a production shop but their work speaks for itself ... I couldnt be more happy with their service and professionalism - my go-to auto body shop!

Great service, super responsive and they updated me regularly on the status of my vehicle.

They missed a spot on my repair and then never followed up with me to correct it. Their parking lot is an inconvenient nightmare. They lost my estimate and I had to track it down through my insurance to get it resent. Oh and several of their employees prefer to only wear their masks over their mouth and not their nose.

Overall it was not a good experience. ACC Bodyshop took more than 20 days to fix my car, my car has three simple scratches, its just too slow. And the price is too expensive, simple scratches cost more than $3000, my friends telling me that I should give up this car. When ACC Bodyshop finished the job, the left turn signal light is gone, I had to head back to the shop to fix it. Later on I found a gap on my speaker which is not installed in the right place, I had to go back again. Overall I spent a month to fix it. Who can afford to live without a car for a month?

I have a brand new 2020 F150 that was rear ended on the freeway shortly after being purchased. I contacted Geico and they had me use this shop, I was told the bumper and hitch/reinforcement would be replaced as they were both damaged. After receiving my truck back the hitch is visibly crooked, scraped, and bent bit they claimed they fixed it . My truck has a couple thousand miles on it and I wish I would have fixed it myself.

After filing my claim with Geico. This was one of the recommended body shops. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and easy. The rental car was already at the body shop upon arrival. They also sent daily updates on the status. I recommend ACC to anyone looking for great customer service to go along with their body work.

This is probably the 2nd or 3rd time Ive used them for collision work and all the time they have done an excellent job on the car as well as with the customers especially with the pandemic going on. They have social distancing protocols in place and minimal physical interactions with me. Completed the car way ahead of schedule. Highly recommended auto shop.

Everything went really smooth when I went. There were some people waiting as I arrived there a little late from my appointment, but, however, they greeted me and still helped me immediately which was great.They directed me to the rental guys which were literally next door, very convenient! I received my nice rental and they called me when my car was finished. Instead of leaving me my vehicle and telling me to hit the road they pointing out what they worked on and did to my car which is a 1up, not to mention they include a complimentary clean to your car (which was really prolonged on my part...). All in all, great customer service and I would definitely recommend someone to this place.

All I can say is WOW!! :) These guys are awesome. Someone had keyed my car deep so I brought my car in on Wednesday morning and called me Friday afternoon and told me it was done. When I went to pick up the car I was shocked. Key marks were COMPLETELY gone and the paint was a spot on match. On top of all of that, they detailed my car in inside and out, tire shine and all. Very impressed by the level customer service by every member of the team, especially the shop manager. He told me he wished it was done sooner! And I thought 2 days was fast!! All and all, this is a must go to to repair your car. Awesome experience! :)

Over all my experience with ACC was pretty good. The body work was satisfactory and the staff was kind and helpful. I was kept waiting a bit because no adjuster was there nor enterprise rep, but when I expressed my frustration they took care of it immediately and even the enterprise rep that had finally arrived gave me a great deal.

The manager, Rito explained what they were going to do to my car and the time it was going to be in the shop. Everything was on target. Great service, communication and follow up. I got into an accident and my bumper was dented, I went through my insurance and found this shop. They were extremely helpful and communicated all updates to me every day they had my car. Ive taken my Audi to Automobile Collision Center twice. Both times they did great work, provided excellent customer service, and had my car ready for pickup sooner than I expected.The first time I took my car in, the rear bumper was damaged so bad it had to be replaced. The new bumpers paint matched the color of my car perfectly and the places where the bumper connects the to car were seamless. The second time I took my car in, the rear bumper had to be buffed out and a tail light replaced. Again, flawless work.The staff was professional and friendly. They explained the repair process, asked which form of communication I preferred to be updated by, and kept me updated every step of the way.The work was done sooner than I planned on picking the car up. They offered to stay open later to accommodate me and when I said I would pick my car up the next day, they said they would detail it again since it might get dirty overnight.Overall, the repair process was quick, the staff was pleasant to work with, and my car looked great in the end.

My motor for my windshield wiper is broken, my insurance company recommend Automobile Collision Center, from the time I walk in, the staff members are very helpful, they even help me with the rental car. When I got my car back the next day, not even my windshield wipers work very good like brand new, they also detailed my car. Im very happy with the service.

This place is really great. They do a really good job and they are fast too. They also consider customer service to be really important as it should be. I had work early in the morning and end work after they close, but they waited for me to get off work after they close to pick up my car and everything. They are really knowledgeable in their fields. I would come back if anything happens to my car again.

When the front of my car was damaged, they were so thorough in replacing everything. When I have a minor cosmetic issue (broken driver side window and broken passenger side mirror) they were very reliable in helping to resolve it with low cost involved. Great customer service and friendly presence make me come back.

I had the worst experience with this repair shop and would not recommend it. Initially I was told it would take 7 days to repair. On the 7th day I called and was told there was a supplemental added on without notifying me, and it would take an additional 5 days. After those 5 days, I called again for an update on picking up my vehicle. Again, another supplemental added on, and unsurprisingly I would have to wait 6 more days. Every time I called I spoke with a different person and none of them seemed to know what was going on. Finally, today I picked up my car. The work was done, but they forgot to reconnect one of my brake lights and my car is missing a panel from underneath my driver door handle. When I asked about it they had no idea what happened to it. This place was a nightmare for me and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

This place is stellar. I have taken my car to ACC twice, through insurance claims (Though I could have gone elsewhere). The service and workmanship is right on point! I appreciate how they text updates on your car. Their work had the car looking better than new, and the interior detail/cleaning they did was totally unexpected and just the icing on the cake! I would definitely return - insurance claim related or not - and would definitely recommend! (Side note: there is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car onsite, which makes this place even better!)

They took my car around 10:00 in the morning and was done before 6:00 pm on the same day. These guys really know what they are doing. Outstanding customer service.Jeff the general manager is amazing. He answers all my questions and explain everything in detail in how these kind of paint is being done. My car is good as new when I pick it up. They took care of my vehicle without an issue!

My vehicle had a dent and large scratches from a vehicle accident. I worked with my Insurance company Geico which has an office at the same location as ACC. This made it very convenient. I also got a loaner vehicle from Enterprise at the same location. This process of getting the vehicle inspected; then sent over to ACC for repair and then got a loaner for me to drive to work. This process was very smooth.I took my vehicle in on a Friday and they estimate the repair will be complete the by following Friday. I was notify of the repair progress via text message. I got a text when they started the repair; got a text when they were in the middle of the repair and two more text messages indicating my repair was almost complete and then a final text message that my repair was complete and I can come and pickup my vehicle before they close. They actually finish the repair on Thursday; one day ahead of time. I was able to pickup my vehicle Friday morning; return my loaner and drive off to work.

Excellent service from the moment i walked in to when I picked up my car. I was constantly kept in the loop daily with text alerts or phone calls and my car looked great when I picked it up. I would highly recommend them.

Our Acura had a fender bender, but yet needed a bit of professional work. When my insurance company asked me to choose a body shop, I have no hesitation in selecting ACC Hayward due to feedback I got from a friend.The vehicle was to be estimated to be delivered in few days time after the work, but it was delivered on the same day. The service, timing and quality of the job was excellent and overall the experience was nice and pleasant.

My bumper was rear ended while parked at a loading zone. I called the other partys insurance and they recommended Automobile Collision Center in Hayward. I called the ACC and was immediately scheduled to have my rear bumper fixed. They were very attentive and detailed and was very professional. I dropped off the car in the afternoon and it was fixed the next morning. They even detailed my car! Id recommend ACC anytime!

We took our Honda Civic in for body work covered under a Geico claim (Geico did an excellent job handling our claim by the way). The collision center fully restored the damage to our vehicle and did an excellent job on the detailing. When we got our car back, it was so clean that I felt like I was a driving a new car off the lot. I strongly recommend these people as they were friendly, quick turnaround on the body work (2 days) and a beautiful job on the detailing.

I had my bumper repaired by ACC recently and had a great experience. They have a Gieco express office right at their location which made the whole process easy. Gieco has an adjuster onsite that wrote up the estimate and passed along to ACC. They were fast with the repair and keep in contact with you the entire time. I would definitely recommend this collision center. They even detailed the car when I went to pick it up!

My Honda Odyssey had a big dent on the hood because of a wild turkey which flue towards my van when i was travelling at 55 mph. I was referred here by my insurance which is GEICO. I went there by taking an appointment and everything was so quick estimate, quotation of the actual work, then rental car through enterprise. All under one roof, i.e. insurance, auto body works & rental car makes this facility so easy to get things fixed. Moreover i was able to get my car a day before i was supposed to. I would surely recommend this place.

Although they didnt notify me for the reason of their hold up from working on my van, which were because of insurance purposes, they did do an outstanding job on my van! Since my van is an specialized modified vehicle, there were complications with the electrical system, whereas, they were not knowledgeable in fixing the problem, yet they were open to the suggestion of taking it to a professional who specializes in such a work, whom I knew and gave them their information. They took my van down there to get it fixed, and everything turned out perfect! Im very grateful and pleased how everything went! The only thing that I would change is how I was notified as to of how the progress was going. I had chosen to be texted rather than be actually called, which wasnt exactly ideal since getting a respond to a question of any type of would be impossible because doing so would completely discontinue the updates texts. Other than that, I was very pleased. And for the simple fact of them having skills in driving my van that has a left side gas pedal and not getting into any wreck was such a blessing. Im grateful....and would definitely come again.

I was dreading getting my car fixed after a small accident, but I must say, it was not only easy, but pleasant. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional and the work was excellent! After a very quick registration, I was taken to the onsite Enterprise rental and again, after a very quick registration, I was on my way. The whole transaction took about 15 minutes. I was so pleased that I asked them to do some additional work that was unrelated to the accident. I was particularly impressed that they texted me every other day or so to let me know how they were progressing. I would definitely recommend ACC.

Hello, My car has been worked on 4 times now at there Newark location and is still not correct. Alignment of panels if off, door molding not lined up, flaws in the paint and more. After pointing it out to them they said 3 people approved it so I must take my car or they will charge me storage fees. After asking what I do now, the man named Jesse that showed up 15 minutes late smelling of alcohol told me to call the GENERGY MANAGER NAMED JEFF. I called and left a message on Monday and still have not got a call back. DONT USE ACC EVER.......

My insurance referred me to Auto Collision Center. I’m glad I made the decision to have my car fixed here. They really took care of me, especially my car. I may not have gotten my car back at the time they said I would get it, but I was ok with that. It gave me some assurance that my car was being taken care of and that they didn’t want to return my car that was not in good condition. By providing my phone number, Auto Collision kept me updated by texting me details of what type of repairs were being done and provided an estimated time on when they would be done with my car. I really appreciate the fact that they took their time to provide this type of service. Overall, I was happy with the results. I highly recommend Auto Collision Center to anyone who gets into an accident to take your car here to get it fixed.

Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere! I am shocked that Geico would even recommend this body shop. My experience has been an utter nightmare. I took my brand new Audi here in July to fix minor bumper damage. HUGE MISTAKE! It is now September and I have yet to get the bumper fixed properly, mostly because Auto Collision Center damaged it to the point that it needs to now be replaced. Originally, I saw the positive reviews so I figured all would go well. When I picked up my car I noticed the work was very sloppy. They cut corners everywhere and did the bare minimum to try and get by. The paint was off. They didnt align the headlight where the damage was and thus the headlight was protruding/sticking outward. They scratched my headlight and had to sand and polish it while I waited. They also got paint on the headlight and didnt care to remove it. They sanded down the left side of the bumper so much that the factory bumper crease lines are now gone. They scratched the bottom of the bumper when they had reinstalled it and paint had chipped off. There were paint runs. They didnt even bother to fix a medium sized indentation in the bumper caused by the impact. To make matters worse when I started the car, I saw an alert in the dash stating my front parking sensor was defective. The parking sensors are in the bumper. The left parking sensor has been erratic ever since. I took my car to another body shop and they tried to fix everything and did do a much better job, but they were not able to recreate the factory lines in the bumper that were sanded down and damaged by Auto Collision Center. At this point the only option is a new bumper as Auto Collision Center damaged my bumper beyond repair. I wish I had NEVER gone to the Auto Collision Center!!! So much stress and wasted time and now I need a new bumper. I wonder if the people who worked on my car are even qualified to do auto body repairs.

I had a Geico claim with them after my car got hit I had to return two times for fixes they could have made if they had paid attention. They fixed the problems but had they been more careful I wouldnt have had to go back.

He also answered my additional questions about the car.My car was repaired sooner than I expected. Not only was I satisfied with the repair, but I was also very delighted to see my car got cleaned thoroughly when I received it. It was not their job to clean my car totally, but they still did for their customer through their excellent customer service.I randomly selected ACC after my car incident and was a little uncertain of the quality of service I would receive. This place is great. From beginning to end the folks here made me feel like I was an honored guest in their home. The Automobile Collision Center may have a long/sorta generic name but the service is excellent. I went there for my Gieco claim (damage to my passenger side door and bumper) and it became a one stop shop. The claims adjuster wrote a claim for me and gave the details to the folks at the Collision Center desk then I was taken to the Enterprise office where I was given a Camero for the duration of my auto repair. I got text message updates and picked up my car in two days. The folks at ACC not only fixed my door but went the extra mile and replaced my bumper. Whats more? they detailed my friggin car! So nice to pick up a cleaned out and fixed right car from a crew of professionals. Its worth the drive.

The professionals at ACC are second to none. I had a hit and run on my car that caused damage to my front fender and driver side door. As a Geico-approved body shop I had my claim serviced here with the in-house adjuster and then the folks at ACC took over inspecting the car and completing the body work. ACC is setup to provide text message and/or email alerts for progress on the repairs so I always knew how things were progressing. The final product was a car that looked brand new! I was highly impressed. They even had their detailer give me a ride to the local BART station when I dropped off my car. They made it as easy as possible. Also, they have a great waiting area with a water fountain, cable TV, and water/coffee service.

Victim of a hit and run (sadface), adding to the fact this was the first time Id ever had to make a claim in my 15 years of driving. This shop was the closest express Geico repair shop offered, so I figured why not.The experience was painless, walked it with the Geico insurance adjuster, they then had Reno look at it and quote the work. Estimate was 4/29, they had it ready for me a day early on the 28th. The truck is like new again! Both the repair on the rocker as well as the replacement and re-painting of the entire driver door shell are very high quality and the difference is negligible.If you are a Geico, or any, insurance holder, do not hesitate to use ACC for your repair!

WOW! ACC did an awesome job on my minivan. I cant stop looking at my car, especially where the damages were. The quality looks like factory new.Someone hit the side of my rear bumper, so I went to two highly rated body shops that were local for an estimate and also drove a little further to ACC because of a friends recommendation. The shop owner of one of the local 4.5 start rated shop seemed nice enough, but he didnt even know the model of my Toyota minivan. After he assessed my damage, he went back to his DOS-based looking software (yeah, I even notice the type of software app they use b/c Im a techie) and he ask if my car was a Honda Accord. What??! At the other 5-star rated local shop, the co-owner was dressed casual (sweat jacket/sagging jeans) like he was dropping by his shop, and I got the feeling that I was bothering him to give me an estimate on my car. Very unprofessional. How do these places get high ratings? Makes you wonder.In a huge contrast, Jeff, the General Manager at ACC, was very knowledgeable and took the time to patiently explain the pros and cons of my options which I appreciated very much. He and the other manager, Rito, were dressed professionally and they treated me with courtesy. Their estimate was lower than the other two estimates; Not that it mattered to me since the person who hit me was paying for it. But what did matter was they even buffed up other sections/scuffs on my car that werent included in the estimate. Bonus! Thats what you call excellent customer service and satisfaction. They went the extra mile and they told me they dont cut corners. The end result is a very happy customer.Im a very detailed-oriented person. In regards to the auto body job, the last thing I wanted was to see the repaired area on my car look even a slight bit discolored or dull than the rest of the car. These things will bother me to no end. To my relief and satisfaction, I was amazed at the results, to say the least.Admittedly, some body shops will probably seem to do a decent job for most people, but along with exceptional quality, great service and professionalism is important to me and I received that at ACC. There is a big difference. Their reception/lobby area was also pleasant, unlike the other back office feeling, dingy shops I went to. Im thankful that my friend recommended me, and I highly recommend ACC for an all around exceptional quality and experience.

So I got in to accident my insurance tow the car to this place after adjuster inspect the car and got estimate from the body shop I agree the car need work completion was agree on 5/04/17 almost month later today 6/1/17 and my car not ready yet every time I call the guy on the phone promise me its gonna b ready by next week Im paying payment on the car and rental as well insurance only will pay me up to 30 days of rental so Im paying out of pocket now :(Im adding picture of text from them they are near completion on 4/28/17 Im still waiting its 6/1/17Stay away from this place
