Was referred to Lizard Auto Glass. Had a front right window vandalized called and had appointment for the next day. Pricing was affordable and reasonable. Jose the Tech that came out was professional and proficient. Told me about roughly 45-60 minutes had it done in about 30 minutes. Even fixed the window track where it was hit at to break window.

This place is the best!!! The do clean work, fast and affordable!!! They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. If youre a repeat customer(say if you get a ticket for tints) they are compassionate and just may work with you...

I have used Lizard AG 3 times now. They are great! Excellent customer service and always able to come to me when my schedule allows. They are my first choice for glass repair/replacement.

Tried to charge me over $300 for a simple windshield replacement even though Im an existing customer and know what the cost is. Terrible service due to new people running the place. Go down to unique auto glass in Fremont by automall on technology thats where they moved much better service and prices.

They helped me replace my car window glass in less than an hour. Super fast service and nice service.

They are dishonest. They did the tint on my truck. They damaged the side of it by scraping it against their building. They also drove my truck through yellow paint which got all over the sides and underside of my truck... They do not want to take any responsibility for the body damage, but will take responsibility for the paint because I took pictures of the mess they still had on their property when I arrived. After denying the damage I asked for his surveillance footage to which he replied that he did not have cameras. I will include before and after pictures of my truck if it will let me. This truck is old, but just purchased in great shape with low miles. Thanks to Dishonest Lizard Auto Glass for ruining it! Go ANYWHERE else!!!

I brought my car a few months ago to get the windshield replaced.The first time I came, I waited FOUR HOURS to get my window replaced, when they told me it would only take an hour.Then when it started raining a few weeks ago I realized they had not placed it because water was coming in through the window.I brought it back to get it fixed and they told me they would fix it an hour and half and I ave been here 3 freaking hours!!!!!! And its still not done!Never again will I come back to this place!!!

Arif is a class act bussiness man. He and his workers went above and beyond to fix my car door, to prevent my window from breaking over and over (previous glass installed at lynxx in castro valley approx 3 weeks ago).

Currently I reside in Hayward and went to lizard to get my windows tinted. I researched plenty around the area before making my decision and sure I could have went elsewhere but why? They are a close, clean professional busy establishment in a very busy area where not so many businesses are even close to as clean as Lizard anyway, My car was dirty I had old nasty tint flaking off inside, pollen and crud all over the outside so needless to say I felt bad dropping it off in that condition however I had an early time spot almost right upon opening on a Wednesday. I was greeted very professionally and chose to walk home and wait with my son as opposed to the waiting room (kids cry I get it so why put others through it if can avoid right?) car was pulled in as I left at 10:30am and I received a call approx 1 and 1/2 hours later letting me know my tint was done and that the car was ready to pick up! Upon arriving to get the car I noticed it looked very clean for a tint job I was told that the old nasty flaky tint was removed with steam which is preferred method also my interior was def cleaner than when I dropped it off so big thanks for a super clean job. As with any professional tint shop I was given proper after care instructions which I always recommend with tint this is my 12th vehicle getting tint so this experience was not my first rodeo. (On average at other places I have definately waited up to 4-6 hours) Now This car I brought in is only a (mustang) so not too many windows but I was very impressed with the service, speed, quality and professionalism which I Observed during my visit. As with any business if you have questions about anything Call ahead, ask ?s, get prices, get a feel with who you may or may not do business with, make appointments and you can’t go wrong with Lizard Auto Glass ( all employees greeted or engaged my young 2 yr old son which is nice to get those vibes when you have kids wherever you go)hope this helps others looking for tint!

I called ahead, got an estimate and information from employee. I made an appointment and was in/out in about 30 minutes for a quick fix of my chipped windshield. They treated me with respect and were nice :) Their waiting area had WIFI, TV, tea/water/keurig machine for coffee. Highly recommended if you need a quick fix or if youre looking to replace a whole windshield.

Tech came to my home. When I got in my car a week later (its my 2nd car,) realized he broke my interior rear view mirror cover. Small piece of plastic on floor was proof, never said a thing! Lied to me and manager that he replaced. A six inch mirror cover doesnt disappear!!Then they wanted to charge me to replace after they broke it! $300 for windshield and this is the service you get? Never again. Wished I wouldve seen all these one star reviews before hiring them ): dishonest ppl!

Got a rock chip fixed on my windshield. Best customer service fast and quick

The phone person put me on hold for couple minutes, to which I agreed. Upon resuming, she asked for VIN number and was going to put me on hold even though I had VIN in front of me. This time I asked her if she could stay with me instead of this non-stop switching, to what she replied that they have so many customers and its lunch break (it was 1.30pm). At this point I disconnected the call to avoid having more of this nonsense.

I wish I could give a negative feedback. The owner was very intolerable tried to hustle me into getting something I dont need. Messed up my origanl tints. Poor customer service and no final say.
