I ordered fiberglass parts on Sept 17 and was given a 3 week lead time. Today is November 4 and I still have not received anything. I appreciate the professionalism of an apology, but 7 weeks??? I think some money back/future credit would be more appropriate. If you have a project timeline, you may rethink purchasing from here.
