I am very happy with the 2 awnings that Acme Sunshades refurbished for us. Chih was friendly, helpful and professional. He communicated with us every step of the process. I was able to choose the color and material of the fabric from their online samples. They were also extremely accommodating to our schedule, removing the existing awnings ahead of time to allow exterior painting, then waited until we finish the painting and come back in a timely schedule to reinstall. I will definitely use them for future projects, and highly recommend them to others.

Acme installed three awnings on my building about 20 years ago. The one that gets the most direct sunlight needed new fabric after a racoon fell through it. The prior fabric was no longer available, but Chih found me a comparable material and the new material was installed without any drama. Acme kept me well informed each step of the way as to what to expect when. Will call them when its time to update the other awnings.

Getting a price quote is like pulling teeth! They tell me that I will get a price quote on that day then a week later still no quote even after several email requests. If this is the way they treat a potential customer then I would hate to see how they perform when/if I choose their product.
