I came across On Time Signs and needed a large order of traffic and safety signs fulfilled. They were knowledgeable and really helpful and got the whole project turned around and complete in less then a week. Christiane runs the front office and was a fantastic help from start to finish. Really impressed. will come back again

Every single time I call this business, just to get a quote (which has been at least three times), Im given some reason why they arent able to accommodate me. This is just for a quote.As a business, wouldnt you want to consider new business a positive. I guess not. Unless its easy 1-2-3 and you can send them an email with what you want then they dont want to extend the time to come out and speak with regarding a potential new project. Very unfortunate.

Took them a week to do a 2x3 sign, and when I got home to install it, it did not fit over the existing light box. Got the sign back to fix it, because was their mistake, and they put the project back in line. After another week went to the shop and the sign was not even touched, I was very upset and left telling them that I want that finish when I come back. When I called the shop later, Christiane told me that the sign is ready. Went to the shop and the circus started, this low class guy trying all kind of excuses, and when I try to stop his endless talk he got aggravated so bad that I though he will hit me. I never want to go back to this place ever again.

We have dealt with this company in the past and the service had been great up until Ryan left. The manager they have now had every reason or excuse as to why our order was taking so long. We were promised one day and that day would come and go with yet another excuse. When they FINALLY did complete our order and an individual from the company came out to put decals on our company vehicles he hurried it along because he said he had to be some place else. And the finished product was so unbalanced and very noticable. We are a small business and after spending over $2,000 to this company failed us in every aspect needless to say we will never use or recommend this company again.
