Martha, is an AMAZING saleswoman. She advised their open by appointment only. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted, Martha didnt try to sell me the most expensive dress. She allowed me to try on several dresses according to my style. She was very supportive, kind & knew a lot about the dresses & what Casablanca offers. Martha & Lucille provided SUPERB customer service even during these unprecedented times of covid19. She made me feel comfortable & safe. She referred me to an AMAZING local seamstress, who was able to create my vision & customize my dress to my satisfaction! For our actual wedding. Martha, Lucille and the ENTIRE Casablanca Team decorated our house, took our wedding photos and done the videography. They can REALLY do it all! They are all very pleasant, professional and willing to do what it takes to make your dreams a reality! I added some photos taken by the Casablanca team. I was OVERLY pleased, excited and my wedding day could not have went any better. Martha, is heaven sent! From start to finish. Great experience. I went and found my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses in about 1.5hrs. Everyone was helpful. I was referred for alterations. I recommended another friend to this place, and she also bought her wedding dress.I like that they allowed me to try on various dresses. Through my initial picks they understood my style. The dress I chose was one they picked out for me after they got a sense of my style.I would recommend to any bride.

We were pleasantly surprised at the price and selection of these dresses! We also really liked the ladies that were running the store! They were super pushy like other places we visited!!

I needed to rent a tux for my wedding I came to Martha at the last minute and she along with the whole staff were so helpful and made the process so quick, easy, effortless, and fun!!! Will be going there for all my formal wear needs and so should you!

Amazing service! They go out of their way to help the customers. I came in on a Wednesday and I needed to rent a tuxedo for Saturday, they took my measurements and send them in right away I order to get my tuxedo on time. I recommend Casablanca. They are friendly and highly efficient.

My experience at Casablanca Bridal & Tuxedo was very unpleasant. I went into the store looking for a dress and made it very clear about what I was looking for. To avoid any misunderstanding I even showed the person who assisted me a visual example (picture) of what I was looking for. I felt very pressured into buying the dress. Martha (the “boss”) informed me that I can easily custom my dress the way I want it. However, when I took my dress to the seamstress she explained how it was a difficult task and would cost me a fortune. Long story short, after paying for the dress I felt completely deceived because Martha ignored my phone calls. She overcharged me for the dress. She mislead me and failed to take accountability for her actions and promises. I came into the store with good intentions and high hopes but unfortunately, she is someone who only cares about business, rather than customer satisfaction.

I came here bymyself and really was having a hard time due to me loosing my mom. My anxiety instantly kicked in. And just when I thought I was not going to be able to do this. I met Gabby and she could obviously see that I was having a hard time. She was amazing she helped me breathe and reassured me that she was there for me and I could do it. Once I talk to Gabby about what I was looking for she found my perfect dress for me. She is amazing at what she does. I would definitely recommend going to see her.

They have a wide selection of rentals. Small selection of tuxes that you can buy. And when asked how much it was they said 1000 for a regular suit not tailored. I can buy a tailored one from anywhere else for half the price. .just make sure to do your research

I love this place.. They did my daughters quince and everything was so beautiful and elegant. Food was delicious the flowers the decorations the photos everything was beautiful and the owner Martha always made sure we felt comfortable everything is on point with her. Cant wait to start planing my wedding with her

Right when I walked in, they greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. It took them less than 5 minutes to find me the perfect fit and the perfect dress. I recommend going there to find the perfect prom dress or tux.

The first person attempted to help but wasnt very helpful. The 2nd bridal attendant was able to measure bridesmaids despite the fact they didnt have a record of the reservation for appointment. The 2nd bridal consultant assisted my bridal party and we were able to get the size information needed. I wish the selection of bridesmaids dresses was more to choose from. I was directed to look through a catalog and dresses I saw that I would consider were not in stock.

The customer service was excellent. Martha was very pleasant and so sweet. The prices are exceptional also. I will be telling everyone i know to shop there for their formal needs.

Tucked away in the corner of Hayward, this shop is a hidden gem. I stopped by on a chance while I was searching for my wedding dress and didnt have to search much further. I found the perfect dress at the right price and the service was amazing, warm and friendly and they actually let you have time to think. Couldnt have asked for a better experience wedding dress shopping.

Couldnt have gone to a better place. Everyone treated us like family, and made us feel at home. Very helpful, friendly and above all great people. My daughters 15th was awesome because of Casablanca and their attention to detail and going out of their way to make the special day very special. They took care of us and our daughters 15th with out a problem.

The customer service its not good, i went to tryout a bridesmaids dress and she completely disappear on me i had no help with the dress zipper or to help me fix the drees but at the time of the payment she was very much present.

There is no tailor or seamstress..You can only look through catalogs and pick out what you want..You give them your size and they order the item for you..nothing is custum made or altered after receiving it..But I did leave with valuable information and was directed to other places that actually sell fabric..

My experience with Casa Blanca was remarkable. The staff is not only friendly, but extremely caring. I purchase the wedding package and everything was perfect. From the day I walked in until the day of my wedding I felt that I was in good hands, and boy I was right!!! Martha and her staff made sure that I was happy at all times. I would highly recommend Casa Blanca not only because they are very professional... not only because I loved every single detail (Food was amazing!!! The photos were outstanding!!!)... but because they dont see you as a business, they see you as one of them. That love, I will never forget. I would never buy again in this store, I saw them in July in search of my wedding dress, I had a picture of how I wanted my dress, it was a with sleeves dress, and Martha told me that she would help me find it, she asked me 500 deposit dollars telling me that my dress would cost approximately 1400, two days later I received a call from Martha telling me that they did not have the same dress as I wanted but that I could put on a jacket so that the dress would be the same as the one I wanted but that the The price of the dress was 1888, plus 350 of the jacket and apart I would have to pay for the dress to arrive on September 22, if I did not pay for my dress it would arrive until December 1st. I went to the store and talked to her and told her it was too expensive that I could not pay for that and she gave me a special price she told me to pay 2238 for the dress, the jacket and the shipping, and she included the alterations that I had to make the dress, she assured me that the dress would be the same as I wanted. It arrived on September 22 and nobody from that store spoke to me to inform me about my dress, on October 2 I began to call them and the phone was always answered by someone different, and they just told me they were going to check my order, I went to the I asked for my dress on October 14 and they told me that during the week they would talk to me during the week and nobody talked to me, I went back to the store on October 22 and they told me that the dress was not coming yet, I went of the store sad and angry because as it is possible that they play like this with my time and my money, that day Mr. Tony told me that he was going to take charge of finding out what was happening with my dress, on Monday the 23rd they left me a mailbox of voz telling me that my dress was there and they had a whole week leaving me messages to go for him, this is totally false they never spoke to me, on Wednesday October 25 I went to try on the dress, but ooo surprise the jacket was not the one I ordened, on Thursday, October 26, regrese So to the store to talk to Martha and tell her that this was not the jacket and she told me that we had never been in charge of the jacket j35 when even in my ticket says it is the mj354 dress and the j35, she goes to look for the jacket that I had tried a day before and come back telling me that he does not find it that maybe I took it in the box of my shoes, it gave me a lot of angry because with his comment I was implying that I had stolen my jacket, but an employee I found her, then Martha told me that if she did not agree I could return the money from the jacket and I said yes, she returned 175 dollars. This lady has played with my dream, with my patience and with my illusions, if she knew that she could not or did not want to get the dress the same as I wanted, I do not understand what was the reason for wasting my time with all her lies, I I want my dress with sleeves and on the shoulder like the photo I wear and now because of Marthas lies I can not have it, in this store they played with my illusion, for them its just a dress they sell but for me it will be the dress that I wanted to use in the most important day of my life

I have to say that this place might be little expensive but the the service you get is extremely friendly. Gaby has been one of the best sales lady I had with this experience on finding that perfect dress
