The customer service is down right awful. Trying to get ahold of anyone is next to impossible. You call to inquire about setting up an account only to be told to send an email. You send an email and you might get a response within a week. It’s incredibly frustrating. It’s 2021 and their communication operations is stuck in 1937. You’re basically having to wait for a horse wagon to arrive at your front door with Grand Food Inc’s response in the form of a letter.
