I have been here twice . Initial visit was to get a sink and granite for my Project . Lady called Helen was very helpful and professional . Good customer service.Next time I went there no one even attends you .I had to buy niche for my bathroom .I had to get the item number myself and go to the cashier to order the part . Upon finally receiving the part it was not quite how it looked on display . I asked the woman fromWarehouse that why the product did not have the divider . She referred me to a guy who was sitting at his desk . He is the rudest person I have ever seen in my entire life . Without any explanation he started yelling on top of his voice and said what do I want to know and if I don’t want it then go return it . . I told him that I just have a questionI was quite upset at this point and told him that the products they are selling are theirs so who shall I am supposed to ask questions to.Don’t understand that why do they have to yell to their customers like dogs .They have good display but definitely lack customer service to the fullest .The owner of K&Z should invest in training their employees for proper customer service and etiquette.This will go a long way .Will not return back to this business again .Helen gets 5 stars and this guys gets minus 1

KZ Kitchen Cabinets has been a great experience for us during our home remodel. Our salesman Wayne has a been a great help throughout the process. Every time we had a question or issue on our end Wayne was there to help and give us guidance. I would highly recommend using KZ Cabinets and Plan on using them again, should I need to in the future.

The selection is beyond your wildest dreams. All of the service people have been extremely helpful and gracious. As a senior lady that could not carry stuff to the car, they graciously volunteered to do that for me. Easy parking too. Right off of CA 92.

I purchased sink sink top and cabinet in this store. the sales representative Wayne Zheng the employees who manage the warehouse the customer service Rex is very kind to me. People are very professional and responded me with any questions that I have very quickly. The manger is great too. I definitely will recommend KZ as the first choice to my friends who need remodeling to be done.

Will not order again, I ordered hardwood floor and same color stair nose, but when Our handyman picked up and installed first stair nose, I found the color is not the one I ordered, I call the sales I purchased from and tell her the item number of floor we picked, she said the item number is not the one I ordered, obviously warehouse send wrong thing, she agreed let me exchange 12 piece no extra charge.but! when handyman go there for exchange, warehouse said the the cutted one can not be exchange and they only have 10 piece same color in there warehouse, and force our handy man pick another piece from other color! And the cutted one can not be exchange! Not as promised! So I total get 3 colors! Ridiculous!Summary: first time, I talk to them and we talked about item number, we already know the item is not I ordered warehouse send wrong, but second time, they said, no, they item the ship is correct, the color problem is because manufacture problems.Unprofessional, I am a company owner too, and running retail online, our policy is if it’s because quality issue, we must return to customer, and the quality issue should solve the problem between manufacturers and our own, improve QC Part or have policy to charge back from manufacturing.Never order again! Were going through house renovation. Have been to KZ in Hayward several times. We interacted particularly with Ronnie in person and via email/phone. Were greatly impressed by her knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm to help her clients. The store is very nice in terms of its showrooms and ample inventories. The price is very reasonable comparing to other places weve shopped. The overall quality/price ratio is high. We highly recommend the store. Visiting KZ is a MUST if anyone is considering doing renovation! We highly recommend Ronnie. She is THE person to ask for if you visit. Shell definitely take good care of you!

I came to KZ Kitchen to purchase materials for my kitchen and floor remodel. When I met with Scott Bai, he was really good with showing me all possible options for what I was looking to do. He was very invested in my project as if it were his own.Once I got my materials selected, he made sure that everything was in stock, and for the items that were not, he informed me of the lead times in case they interfered with my projects timeline.Scott was also able to help me finalize the layout of my kitchen cabinets after providing him with my initial drawing/layout. I was impressed with his knowledge of the design software and ability to work quickly to provide a solution for my project.After placing my order, the pickup process was easy from the warehouse. They staff there is all very friendly and worked quickly to pull my items. I actually had to come back and order more flooring, but they didnt have it at the Hayward location. The good thing about KZ is that they have multiple locations in the event this happens. So luckily I was able to go to the Milpitas warehouse to pickup the material I needed.I would highly recommend KZ for all of your home remodeling needs. They have a lot of good options in stock and working with their staff is such a pleasure. Ive already referred a couple of friends + family to them. You should go too!

I will not go here ever again. I ended up having extra flooring from installing floor. The boxes were untouched not opened. At first the lady agrees to take the floor back and give me 100 % refund.... then as I was unloading the floor she tells me I will be charged a 15% restocking fee for returning it. I said really ? She said yes. I told her I have 4 homes under construction that I needed wood floor for. I said ok thats fine with me i was going to buy 4 houses worth of flooring I will not purchase that from you guys either. She said yes dont buy it. Rude and arrogant. Ill be taking my business else where they cheaped out for charging me a 15% fee.

It was our first time remodeling a kitchen, so my wife and I were a bit nervous. However, Wayne was an amazing rep! Were really glad we met him. He answered all our questions and showed us around and informed us of what decisions we had to make. There are so many little details that go into a remodel that weve never imagined before this.Wayne also spent a lot of time creating a 3d layout of our kitchen, which helped us envision our creation. In addition, Wayne was responsive to all our emails and texts, and he was such a big help that we had to write a review for him.

Got a range hood from them. Very good purchasing experience. The sales staff was patient and gave really detailed explanation on the features. Will definitely come back in future for other appliances.

100% the only place Ill ever go for cabinets and countertops. Im a GC and I always recommend customers to order for here. The prices are absolutely amazing. (About 70% off of discounted Lowes and 60% of the cost of HD). I am always able to order quartz countertops at 1/3 of the price of what I would need at other places. Ive worked with both Ronnie and James. Both have been incredibly pleasant to work with and very patient with customer back and forth. The best part is that cabinets arrive usually in just 1 week, where Ive had to wait 8-12 weeks when ordering from other places. Definitely coming here for my own kitchen remodel some day.

As a returning customer/contractor they have the best selection & inventory of cabinetry & pre cut granite,quartz counter tops in the bay area. Nice clean showroom at Hayward location. Great place to send customers to get products for there home remodeling projects.

Lots of issues with product.

They seem to be a one-stop shop. But in reality, their deliveries are pronned to errors. Their database doesnt reflect their actual inventory. Make sure you check the status stuff you order when you pick up. I prefer Granite Expo.

Should they improve their customer service, otherwise they will lose all customers.Have to wait for 1 hour just to pick up because there is no one can help you to release materials if your sale ref is busy.Even you want to change something in your kitchen layout, you also wait for sale ref to come back if they are under vacation without notice.Non-organizing company!
