Recently my apparent complex had a issue with someones dish washer and it leaked through every floor. These folks came through and got sh*t done. Great workers

Went there around 6 month ago to get a huge living room rug fixed. They charged $78 for the fix and did a great job, while being very friendly with me as well. Went there again a few days ago to get a very small rug fixed the same way. They charged $75 for the fix and did an horrible job this time too, which was WAY bellow the quality I had the first time (see photos). When I went back to ask for a fix (not my money back but just a better fix or job), the guy in there had a really bad attitude toward me and ordered his secretary to just refund me instead of fixing the bad work.Will definitely NOT go there any more for sure, since they do not like or care about keeping customers apparently.

IT IS A VERY EFFICIENT AND VERY RESPONSIBLE COMPANY WITH ITS CUSTOMERS
