Friendly staff, large selection of shoes especially for women.

What happened to this place is to be great place to buy shoes now not so much! Last time I went in here they barely wanted to help me!

I went in there last night to buy 3 pairs of shoes for my boys for xmas. Nobody approached me to help because employees would disappear. When I finally had someone help me and they would go to the back to get the shoes I would get another associate. I took 3 employees to get me 3 shoes that I asked for at the same time. Finally had all 3 pairs and find out they only have 1 register during holiday season and is held up by another customer who is picking up a paid order and somehow shieks sold one of her shoes. So now nobody is getting ringed up and all employees standing doing nothing. You have a line and i stood there for a good 30 minutes. So i walked out and they lost my money amd any business ever. How do yoy run a business like this. I tried to call the location this morning and was sent to voicemail. Wow!

Good shoes, But the costumer service is the worst ever they doin everything but selling shoes

I was given the wrong size shoes for two separate pairs of boots. One of the pairs they gave me didnt even have matched sizes. The left boot was a 9and the other 5 and1/2. Get it together people!

Staff is super lazy

They dont have a wide selection of womens shoes
