I want to say thank you to Nina Miller for being so professional and helpful with assisting me with resizing three rings of mine.I also want to say thank you to Shantelwho also assistant me when Nina was not available.The Southside location staff has an amazing crew of employees and are under great leadership. All the staff are exceptionally proficient, I was working with Angelica❤very patient and kind, her client support abilities are on point, due to Coronavirus, they shut the shopping center down and we had a few hiccups with conveyance, however she kept steady over it and gave me refreshes. My husband and I went there to purchase me an upgraded wedding ring for our 10 years anniversary. Angelica helped us and she was great! She was very attentive, personable, friendly and gave great suggestions. I am so pleased with my new ring and cant wait to pick it up! Erica and the African American lady and Indian lady are some of the worst customer service representatives/supervisors Ive ever seen. Stay far away away from this place. They always have an Attitude especially Erica and the Indian lady and the African American lady is just loud and ghetto and wont shut up about her personal conversations when customers are in her store! and throw your jewellery at you without providing you with one of those free little baggies to hold your expensive ass jewellery in, in or one of those free little boxes which dont even take a penny to make to hold your expensive and way too overpriced and beyond-limits time consuming jewelry from kay jewellers that take forever to get from them at least 6 times longer than other jewellery places. they wont even cover up your fragile weak thin jewellery for you that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars like all the other jewellery places do for you automatically with no charge especially when youve just spent thousands and thousands of dollars there?. they are so cheap and such robbers to the people with such attitude problems. barf!. How in the heck do these kinds of people get these jobs?? Affirmative action, diversity?? Whatever the case may be, replacement needed asap!! This is unacceptable! And unreliable! And they make kay jewlers look so cheap unclassy and cheeeesy unprofessional! Kay jewellers you should be ashamed for hiring these people and training them this way with your! Over priced stuff!, And way too time consuming!, Nasty bad attitudes/ behaviors, wont wrap cover up your jewellery for you as an automatic given!=destructive atmosphere/poor customer service attitudes! Poor customer service Experiences each and every time I patroned this particular store. This store really sucks with all these individuals running it!!!- ALL OF THEM EXCEPT FOR Ang-elica! And their lives must be really horrible! Cuz I feel their misery And attitudes! And the ghetto atmosphere that the African American lady makes it to be with her loud mouth!

I bought a open heart ring on Dec16,2012. 6 months later the ring tarnised, i took it back & asked if i could just exchnge it.i didnt want my money back just wanted to exchange.. they said no cause i had it for 6 months. they said they would clean it i had to wait 2 weeks then when i got it back it was the wrong size now im waiting another 2 weeks
