Been coming here for about 5 years and their one of the best people to deal with in my opinion. Everytime I sell my gold/silver scrap they pay way more than the rest of the near by shops. I stumbled across this place as I was In need of some quick cash and had to resort to selling a couple items of my jewelry. I stopped by here after a getting a couple estimates. I was offered the most here and the process was a lot faster be cause they have a really neat X-ray machine to analyze the jewelry. They were also very friendly and informative. I will be returning here my next time around.

Excellence service definitely recommend this place. Was fast and easy. I had went to a few other places to get an idea of what my items were worth. I didnt tell them to make sure I was getting a far offer and it was worth the drive they paid me a few hundred more then what I thought was far price from the other guys.

I went to four different places before I came here and got jacked around because the didnt want to pay me for my diamonds in my gold rings. I didnt want to waste anymore of my time so I called this place before I went to see if they buy diamonds they told me yes. They were very professional over the phone so I went in and they took care of me fast and easy I was in and out with in minutes witch was great because I was on my lunch break and needed to get back fast. Not only did this place give me $250 more then the other places but they also gave me money for my diamonds too .

They offered me $60.00 for a piece of jewelry. What a joke. The pawnshop gave me a $100.00 loan on the same piece. Thats speaks for itself. Better off pawning. You will get more money.

I live in hayward and see this place everyday. I brought in a broken necklace I had laying around for years and decided to see how much it was worth. I had no idea. So I brought it to this place to get an offer the person at the window was super friendly. He told me what my gold was worth and how much he would pay me. He said they pay 80% I thought that was more than fair. Then he showed me how to calculate the price which he didnt have to do, very honest of them. I highly recommend this place if you want top dollar and a honesty.

I had some broken gold that I found in my house as I was cleaning up. I did a little research on the gold to find out the exact value. Came in here and the gentleman offered me 80% of what it was worth. I thought that was very fair. Definitely will be back here and I recommend this place to others.

Ill be bringing all my business here from now on. Staff was cheerful and a easy to work with. I came in for a free appraisal and quote. Shopped around town and came back the next day and they still honored the original quote that was $150 more than anywhere else.

Fastest place ive sold gold at and good rates too.I recommend this place 100%. I bought in a 10k gold chain and was out of there within 5 minutes. The employee is a nice person who wont give you a hard time and will work with you till youre satisfied with your transaction.

I went to a couple other places before this one like the one in the mall and stuff. But these guys were offering the most and it felt like they were being honest with me so I sold. Would do it again.

Fast and easy like some of my exs

I found this place in a pinch when I needed to put my funds together to cover a deposit check Id written, so unfortunately I had to pawn some of my moms esate jewelry and my old wedding band. So I googled it, of course, and chose this place based on its Yelp profile near the top of the listed search results.And I was not disappointed!Dave, the buyer at the time, was patient, courteous and uber-professional in handling what I know must have been an annoying pain in the ass! He clearly and thoroughly answered my questions and explained the process as we went along. He obviously knows his trade well and can be trusted to give honest, accurate assessments of the gold, silver and various other metals brought to him. I handed him a snakes nest assortment of I-didnt-know-what and he invested the time necessary and left me with neat piles of the clearly identified leftovers and enough cash after purchasing the items that WERE gold or silver to cover my deposit check!! Shew! (insert sigh of relief!)It is an intriguing process to watch, but Im sure the experience wouldnt be quite as relaxed and comfortable as the vibe I got at GoodFellas. After speaking at length with Dave, I felt fully confident I was getting the best prices in the area for my gold/silver. And after taking a piece I didnt sell here to several other buyers, Im convinced they definitely do offer the best prices around. Ill definitely go back in the future should the need arise again!
