I ended up choosing this dealership because I originally tried to get my car fixed at San Leandro Nissan. However, I was told to call back several times I was told they would call back several times and even though the people I spoke to on the phone were polite and very nice it seemed nearly impossible to get an appointment. Making an appointment online at Hayward Nissan was really easy they were able to get my concern right away and they were able to fix my car which had A major issue within the same day. Excellent customer service and communication!
Huge misunderstanding around fees and way way way too expensive. There was no effort to resolve this issue when we there. There was no communication on the cost of a air conditioner, that ended up costing almost $3000 and yet no where was it written that this would be cost ahead of time. In my actions with other dealer service work, they always text us the proposal estimate ahead of time and get clear communication. You did none of that. When we were there, there was no attempt to resolve anything except for us to leave the car or pay.
I made an appointment for wheel bearing noise from the left front for Tuesday the 19th of October. My wife brought the vehicle in on the 18th and the diagnosis was pretty simple and the extended warranty company was contacted and gave approval. During service it was found the axle was seized in the hub so it had to be replaced along with the spindle, which the warranty company did not cover. I have my approval for the ~$1000 estimate and parts were ordered.On Friday afternoon we still hadn’t heard back so I called and it was revealed that the vehicle was done but Hayward Nissan was waiting on a check from the warranty company. Nobody had informed us of this. I called the warranty company and they indicated that Hayward Nissan had not submitted a request for payment. I dropped by on Saturday morning and the manager came in and we worked out the issue with the warranty company. He calculated our portion which came out to over $1200. I calculated it out later and came up with a lower figure so I feel like we were overcharged.The next day we drove the van on a straight highway and the steering wheel was off center by about 15 degrees. We called and were told to just bring it back in and the alignment would take about an hour. It took over four hours. Overall this service visit was indicative of a service center that needs attention to better be able to serve their customers. The only highlight was the friendly and efficient service by the valet who took my family back and forth from the dealership.
The customer service was amazing. They ensured my vehicle was tended quickly and properly even though there was a mix-up with my appointment. They reviewed services completed and what I need to keep an eye on to keep my 2013 Pathfinder running properly.

Excellent customer experience. The check in was fast. The work was finished within 2 hours which surpassed my expectations. I was expecting to get out of there in 4 hours or more from previous experiences.
Customers beware. Make sure to validate (as best you can) that the services they charge are indeed the services that are completed. I was charged for a tire rotation that was not completed. The service advisor never communicated and was not transparent about the services that were completed, but instead charged me the full price for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer service was extremely poor when I brought it to the advisors attention.
Robert was great! Helped trouble shoot what was exactly wrong, gave and estimate.. finished the work in a timely fashion just in time for the next weekend! I feel very satisfied!

Terrible service!! To begin, I was charged more than I originally am charged. Also, ALL of the bolts that hold the tires were LOOSE! I drive my car as a daily to far places. A wheel could have fallen out on the freeway and i could have suffered a very Bad accident. Somebody needs to be fired because that is absolutely unacceptable. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I bought my first car here brand new 2014 Nissan Sentra SL 7 years ago (March 2015). Let me tell you this dealership is a rip off. At the time I was young and I had very little knowledge on what I was doing. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I went through so much with this car and still is. Transmission, recalls, etc. My advice to anyone coming to this dealership to do your research FIRST. I wish I knew this before I drove off the lot. I will never do business or put my trust in you guys again.
Terrible Sales service. I asked them if Nissan Frontrier were still built with manual transmission and they said yes. WHAT A LIE! I called the one in Fremont and they told me they stopped making them in 2019. I did further research and thats correct. I would never buy anything from this place. STOP taking advantage of people.

Customer service was polite, starting with the greeter that tagged my car, service mgr. Robert and Dealership mgr. Tony. However, I strongly recommend there be communication between all levels of employees of customer expectations, that include repeat customers must trust all services will be completed as described.
I came in to get my brakes replaced which was recommended on my previous visit a few months earlier. After inspecting my brakes again, I was told that the brakes were fine and they had made an error the previous visit. I was told everything else was good after the complimentary inspection. When I got home I reviewed the invoice and saw the notes that I was low on oil and that there was an oil leak. I was never told this while I was there.
So much to say, yet so little energy to talk about it . Just overall bad! 47 days in the shop and I had to go in the shop to get updates, because they never returned my phone calls. The mechanical work is great, but their customer service is just bad. Not once did they apologize for their lack of professionalism, and after 30 days I had to request a rental car that was never offered to me in the first place . Then, after two days I received a call asking for the car back that they said I had had for 30 days . I couldn’t believe it . I’ve Never been treated so poorly in my life ! Just so sad . I guess I did have the energy to talk a little about it . There are so many more details that I left off. I’m sure they can do better, and I am sure I was unlucky in some way, but still... if I could I would give them a zero based off my experience and a few other bad ones that I witnessed while being there . Mind you, this was all under warranty .

The service or non-service today was a drastically different from the experience I had before a few weeks ago. I had a scheduled appointment for change of brakes. Once I dropped the car I waited to get an estimate, and even after one hour I did not get a call back with an estimate. The service person was not willing to arrange a car for drop off or for arranging a rental. Previously, a manager last time I serviced the car was willing to go out of the way to get me home with a rental. There seems to be a change in the management and the dealership is currently not doing a great job of taking care of the customers. I hope the previous manager takes over again.
Came in with a cargo van nv200 with less than 20,000 miles. Recently had 3 tires changed at midas and they didnt do the right thing and move over my tire pressure monitoring system from my fourth wheel to the five, which had less wear and tear. Also my shifter happened to lock up.I called them up and asked if I could get it towed to them but they guided me over the phone on how to unlock the shifter to get the car over to them. I was originally quoted at about 500 work and parts for the two tiny problems. THEY FIXED IT ALL FOR LESS THAN 160.Well they took their time, less than 3 hours and did me right. They detailed and Cleaned up my nasty dirty vehicle. They got the shifter back to normally working condition as it was covered under warranty. And the tires were shined and the tpms light even went off and back to normal as it should be.They did me right and took care of me and my van. In their customer service area they had excellent coffee and very fast business Comcast wifi for free. I WILL BE BACK IN FOR MY NEXT SERVICE.Also the technicians were onsite when I pulled into the parking lot and assisted me upon arrival before I even got out of the car. They left the inside of my car clean and not nasty greasy like some tire shop that does not have the gold touch but the grease touch( I mentioned the changed my 3 tires and couldnt get me a fourth, midus).OVERALL GREAT SERVICE. AND THEY WERE COVID SAFE.

All people should be very careful before going to this dealership. last week i went to these people with my Nissan Rogue 2016 with check engine light came up. they did a diagnosis to my car and told me the problem is vent control valve is bad and need to replace i agreed to their quote for $488. i left my car for 3 days. when i went to receive my car and after i paid $488 then before i got the car the engine light was still came on. they told me to leave my car again to make another diagnosis. they called me and told me that another code appears on the car and make another quote for $2300.those people doesnt have any transparency. They definitely scammed me i paid $488 and got my car with same condition with engine light on. be careful and dont waste your time and money at this dealer.

Excellent sakes team. No pressure or gimmicks. After going to the lot, we decided to look at cars elsewhere and then returned. We let then know how much was in our budget and they offered the car we wanted at a lower cost. Truly professional team at Hayward Nissan. I would highly recommend this dealer.
Called a week ahead for a service appointment. The day of the appointment I called 5 times starting at 7am until 9am. I finally got an answer and advised the time I had scheduled and that I had been calling and instead of an apology or any explanation, the rude girl responded with we open at 730 and I only see one missed call and we have no more appointments available today would you like to reschedule? Are you effing kidding me? I told her no and that the whole situation is unprofessional and hung up. I cant believe this experience was total s-it!

The service was done promptly, explaining the process, the price, the problem, the solution, the options, the different kinds of reasons that may be causing the problem, the cost and time each would take to fix it. This was done in the laymans language clearly, precisely, and with patience. I hope the service advisers are given time to have their breakfast because I believe you have really wonderful servicemen who do not hesitate to put their breakfast to the side to give priority to customers. After the service was completed in half the time I expected it to be completed, the service adviser came and discussed shortly what other things needed to be fixed which I decided to complete the next time I visited because I had to hurry to my own school to teach. In short this was the most professional and complete service I have received. Hayward Nissan service advisors have always impressed me, because this is not the first time I have had such professional service at your center. I hope other Nissan services follow your example, especially the Fremont Nissan Service Center and the Danville Nissan Service Center. Hats off to your service advisors, all the others involved in the service and of course for your capable running of the center especially as a woman executive. We got a great deal, and we didnt feel like we had to pull teeth to get it. Everyone followed COVID protocols, the entire staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly.My wife and I set up an appointment with the intention to pay off the residual amount on our previous lease. Omar offered to run some numbers on a new, larger SUV, and we thought it couldnt hurt to see some numbers. We were expecting to pay more, either monthly or the residual pay off, but both were closer than we anticipated. It didnt make sense NOT to take the deal we were offered. Both the monthly and pay off were practically the same as our initial lease.I definitely recommend this dealership.

It was washed and ready to go. The rep took the time to go over everything that was done and what they did. Told me my car fluids are all up today filters didn’t needed to get changed. Do not go to this dealership. Got ripped of 250 dollars of labor for a simple removal of a rock from next to the rotor. Also no active duty military discounts. There was no good communication what was happening to my car. I had to call three times in one day on the third day to see what was happening to my car and they were done on the first day, bit they did forgot the simple oiI change. Gess no one could tell me what was happening only this Christian guy. HE was not helpful at all. He even forgot to add the oil change to the request to like I explained before. I went last summer in 2020 for brakes thought it was a little expensive, but wanted it done fast no problem. Not all Nissan dealers ships are bad. I have been to a good one when I was lived in Florida, but this one has no value in their business, bad costimer service and rips you off.
The work they did was a routine service and it was not a super long wait like the first time. I was out of there in an hour and half like I was told.

The service rep that helped me in the beginning was great, but there was a 3 hour wait even with an appointment, and the most disappointing part is no one went over the critical repair that I need to have done. I didnt even know about it until I got an email with the details. When the lady gave me my paperwork she said everything looked great! No it isnt and far from it. Im only giving it 2 stars because of the guy who helped me in the beginning.
I made an appointment for the scheduled maintenance check online, brought my car in. i was driven home to wait and they picked me up when my car was ready. Car was ready and even exterior washed.. Fantastic!May I add that the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. They offer hot drinks while you wait.
SCAM. Charged me for fixing a headlight and didnt even fix it. Attempted to tell me that my transmission was going out and I had a month left on it. Quoted me at 4k. Got a second opinion and there was nothing wrong with it. Beware.

For 2 days after work my car would not start. Luckily I carry battery cables in my car storage. The 2nd time I called the service department for hours. I brought it in the following morning explain the occurrences. 1st thought from the Service personnel battery issues. My battery was tested, it fail & it was replaced all within a short period of time. Because my car is still under factory warranty it was covered. No charge.
Went in to have my brakes checked and a ticking sound under the hood.Problem was thoroughly explained and problem to be corrected.prompt overall service experience was great.

Took my 2019 Altima with 6000 mile for warranty service: remove foam at base of windshield and replace rear speakers with static noise. Since 6 mos since 5000 service chose to do 10000 service also. Recently ran over a curb at an intersection scraping underside of car so had that checked for possible damage. None found other than scratches. Lot of assurance from service rep Robert about doing service before 10000 mi and speakers now work great. Only had to wait a few days for speakers to be ordered.
We purchased an expensive certified used car on 1/17. We havent received the certificate yet. A manager insists the car was sold as is & refuses the follow up. Only the salesmen honored our contract.
I was taken care off by Christian not as a customer but as a family member of Hayward Nissan. Because of the exceptional service I had received in the past, I travel from San Francisco to get my car serviced at Hayward Nissan.
I was on the search to purchase a decent Ford F-150, so I use CarGurus to help with that search. This lead me to Sami at Hayward Nissan. Because of Covid-19, everything was done via email, text, and phone. My sales Rep. Sami did an excellent job of keeping me up to date with the buying process, and giving me all the information we needed to finalize the purchase. So, when the time came to pick up the Truck, it was a matter of finishing up some minor paper work and we were able to drive away with an F-150 FX4.I appreciate Sami for all the work he did to help us get into a vehicle in these difficult times.
I had an appointment at 9 am and was told that my vehicle was going to take an hr for its service. One hour passed nothing, 2 hours passed nothing, 3 hours and nothing. I literally sat down in the lobby and saw my vehicle stay there for three hours while people passed and walked by without telling me anything. I got up and asked if they were going to do service on my car or not. I wanted my keys to leave. The person in charge said that the machine was not working. In the first place you should of told me that the machine was not working so I would of not wasted my time waiting. Second, do not give appointments if you know the machine is not working. You wasted my time and you made a client not want to come back. This was a complete bad service.
Christian from Hayward Nissan was thorough and informative about the issues happening with my car last week. They had my car for a few hours and were able to diagnose the issues as well as give me an oil change. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for other service needs.

I was there for a oil change server and had to wait for about 30min to drop off my car. There was a long line on the street. I dropped off my car around 10am and didnt hear back from service so I called them around 11:30, noon, and 1:00. I was told someone will get back to me with status. No one ever called back. Every time i called, I was on hold through directory but no status update. At 12:30, i was told that my car is being service and should be done shortly but didnt receive any call or text on my phone. I finally called back around 2 and was told the car is ready. The drop off /pick up service was excellent. Also, I expected to have my car have wash exterior as I have in the past with any other Nissan service center. My car was never washed or spray down with water. Very disappointed on the wait time, and reduced service.

Service was done well. However, my car sat outside waiting to be worked on for an hour while I sat around. I was told the work would take 1 1/2 hours and that was correct. But my stay was 2 1/2 hours because of the beginning wait.I made the appointment for 7:45 so the car would be worked on first. That did not happen.
If your going to have your members waiting on their vehicles it would be courteous enough to place a tv or some type of entertainment in the waiting room. Also, Better customer service skills needs to be enforced.
I found a truck through the USAA website yesterday, June 14, 2020. I called the dealer and told them I am very interested in the truck and will buy it assuming all is good after we test drive it. The manager, Rafi, offered to drive it to us the next day. I asked if I need to put a deposit down and he said not since we were getting it the next day and would call me in the morning to confirm a time. He never called me on Wed, so I called. Just to find out the snake sold the vehicle!! I was speechless - what an unethical and unprofessional way to handle customers. Plus he was not even in today so he obviously never intended to call me back. DO NOT BUY from here - if he had no problem selling a truck to someone when it was already committed, who knows what else they will do. I bet if I had put a deposit down it would have been a battle to get it back after they sold it out from under me. VERY unprofessional.
Shuttle and front desk staff were wonderful, service wasn’t great i was told at 10 it was busy and it would take an hour and a half for an oil change, after 2 hours I called about 5 times in an hour span and there was no answer i waited 30 more mins and called and they said my car was ready, took 3 hours and 30 minutes almost 4 hours for an oil change. I get they were busy but that is why I made an appointment very early since i had work. Needless to say I ended up being late to work anyway, also not answering when clients call is extremely unprofessional and stressful on the client especially when the service is done 4 hours later than they said it would be.
I solicited email price quotes for 2 Nissan Leaf SL Plus vehicles from several Bay Area dealers. We were turning in two older Leafs at the end of their lease term. Hayward Nissan answered in their first reply with a very reasonable offer that was in some cases hundreds of dollars per month and thousands of dollars less down than any other dealer offered. Right from the get go, no haggling. Most dealers didnt even quote an actual price but wanted me to come in and talk. In any case none of them would come close to matching the offer.It all seemed too easy and too good to be true and so I half expected some kind of bait and switch when I went there based on previous dealer experiences. But I got the exact price I was quoted for both cars. No haggling, no 4 square. No I have to ask my manager because the offer came from the sales manager. We waited a bit for the finance officer to become available then signed contracts and drove away with great new cars. In and out with no drama, more like a regular purchase at a store. Im 64 years old and have lots of experience with car dealers This was without doubt the best dealer experience I have ever had. I will definitely go to Hayward Nissan first the next time I need a new car.

I am very disappointed in my experience with this Nissan. I dropped my car off at 12n and was told that the services I requested wouldn’t take long than 2hrs. I understand that most Nissan dealer keep in touch with you so that you know what is going on but this one did not which was very frustrating. It is now the next day and I still haven’t received any update on my car which is even more frustrating because if I would of know my car had to stay over night and that the service department would be closed the next day I obviously would of just brought it back another time.
I wish I can give them 0 star my appointment at 9 waiting for 3 hrs not done for only oil change and filter. I made an appointment early because of I can go work on time this is ridiculous and worst experience this is 2nd time I had an experience with Hayward Nissan

I went to have a recall part replaced. I felt very comfortable because social distancing was observed and every one wore masks. My car was ready in a reasonable time.
This is a long awaited review that I was procrastinating on over the holiday season.I dropped by this Nissan dealership a month or two ago to lease a vehicle. My experience was extremely positive. Smooth, fast, efficient & friendly. I spoke to a handful of people and they were all very friendly, greeting me with smiles on their faces.I came here with the intention of just checking out what vehicles they had on the hand and what lease plans they could offer. I drove off the dealership with a brand new vehicle. Not only was the price below what I was looking for, the sales experience was very smooth & friendly.I was first greeted by an extremely friendly older gentleman whose name I cannot recall, who showed me around the lot to help me find the vehicle I needed. Then he introduced me along to Sam who helped me figure out which leasing plan was right for my needs.I worked mostly with Sam who was very helpful & transparent in pricing with different lease plans, and was very fast with the paperwork. I asked for a number of different options & Sam came back with very reasonable numbers.Once the paperwork was done, I worked with Jennifer in Finance to close the deal, sign all the necessary paperwork and secure the right vehicle service coverage for the length of my lease.I was in and out of the dealership within a few hours. No hassle, transparent, no hidden fees, what they say is what you get. They even cleaned & detailed the vehicle before delivery. I cannot commend this dealership and their staff enough.

I dropped off my car last Saturday for a radio problem and was told we would get a call in a few hours on the status of the car and how long it would take to be fixed.That few hours came around and I received no call, so I had to call myself and was told they were going to keep the car over the weekend. Monday came around and it’s about 3 and I get no call on an update about my car so I call and they say they are unable to find the problem so the next day they will give me a rental so I will have a car. The next day comes and it is time for me to get the rental so I go to get it and am told it’s not ready yet when I was told when to come. I had to come home and they said they would drop off the car to my home which is about 10 minutes from the dealership, but somehow it took 4 hours to get here and didn’t even have at least a half tank of gas. Once I received the rental I still never received calls about updates on my car and what is going on and constantly have to reach out to them when I feel it should be the other way around. I was told that today I was supposed to get my car back but once again I don’t receive a call and have to call them like always and it’s not ready like they told me it would be.
I wish I could give 0 or negative star here. It was a nightmare experience. 1) When I got the leased vehicle from them, they never point out the displacing fee on the contract, so after I returned the vehicle, I need to pay $395 fee. Shame on me, I should check the contract line by line. 2) When I returned the vehicle, I told them I just moved and would like to give them the address. Three guys I said the finance manager is busy with other clients no, we do not have Finance managers business cards Trust me! Dont you trust me? Just drop off the keys, you are all set I insisted and leave my new address to them. A few months later, I got a collection agencys call because I never receive the bill. How hard is it to say please call Nissan directly to change the address? How hard?! Everything has to go through Finance Manager who is constantly busy and has no business card, and no one else knows what is going on? That is the customer service they provide.

Pathetic experience. Never ever choose this dealership for purchase of Nissan. We bought a vehicle which was on lease and still after 3 weeks these people keep calling us everyday to make lease payments and threatening to post it to our credit history even though the vehicle was bough with full payments with no dues document. We are ready t give them all the documents but they arent ready to take that and keep bumping our calls to different officers. NEVER EVER make a mistake to opt for them, try some other dealership.

The service department is a joke, I took my car about a month ago, for an oil change I had an appointment and they still took about 3 hours. I made another appointment a couple weeks after that for my other car. The appointment was at 11 and they didn’t even touch my car until 2 pm. Las time I take my cara there. Ridiculous.
It was my first time going here to get my oil changed and it took 2 and half hours for it to be done. It seemed like they were short staff on technicians because the gentleman working the front desk ended up going out to help service cars which was nice of him because he knew we had been waiting for some time.
The service of this dealership is awesome. I had a great car shopping experience. Jay, Omar, Chris are the person I met, they are super nice, warm and humorous. I’d recommend this dealer to you if you are looking for a Nissan car. Their price is also very very competitive.
As well as expected
I had a great experience at Hayward Nissan. I arrived with a particular vehicle in mind. As I entered the lot, a nice young lady asked if I needed help, after describing the vehicle another sales person heard the conversation and said, they have one on the lot, a new arrival. I saw the car and fell in love with it. As I entered the sales floor again,I sat with Jay, I said can you make it happen. He went right to work, showing me everything as he worked saying he’ll take care it me. I was able to trust his work because he showed me everything on the screen and answered all my questions. The process didn’t take long and I walked out the owner of a new Nissan. Now it doesn’t stop there, the plan was to have the car detailed and ready for pick up the next day, we’ll the next day as I waited at home, I saw the same car at another dealership, same price but another color and I really liked the color, well Jay called about the car they had, they were having a problem with the keys so new ones were order, I told him I found another car, the color I wanted, he said, “I will take of you” and went to work looking for the color I wanted to make me happy. I watch the team at Hayward Nissan go to work, doing whatever they could to make me happy. You can say it’s there job but I have experienced other dealership that refuse to go the extra miles for their customer. I then realized my blessing and told Jay I’ll take the one I originally sought to buy, Jay and the team made it happen making me a very happy customer. I picked up my car and David went over everything about the car with me making sure to leave no stones unturned. The cherry on top, well I reviewed my contract a couple of days later and realized the Gap wasn’t added. I spoke to Jay, now he could have said, it’s too late but no he again said “I will take care of you” and he made it happen, I now have Gap on the car. My sales person, a young lady newly graduated from college was great, she started the positive experience followed by Jay who made me feel important, moving then to the very sweet young lady in finance who clearly explained everything, didn’t rush through the process, smiling the whole time as David kept my daughter company explaining the functions of the car to her followed by ensuring I left with the same knowledge of my new Nissan, Platinum Reserve, he arranged an appointment for another detail job and my first oil change. Thank you all for showing the true meaning of “Customer Happiness Matter”, you all were a true blessing to me!! I love my car!! Thank you again!,!
Great customer service and really friendly service workers.Went in with a small evap leak and instead of going right into an expensive diagnostic service they suggested replacing the gas cap, much more affordable.If it fixes it, great...if not I will return to this location just because of the helpful staff.
I purchased a 2019 Nissan Leaf SV Plus from this dealership and wanted to share that my experience was extremely positive. The sales agent Rodger and the finance manager jay was very professional. Ive dealt with other dealerships that make you wait and before reaching a price, you get passed from one salesman to the next, to ultimately the manager, but not the case here. Jay was able to handle the entire transaction and everything was upfront and direct, which I very much appreciated. I recommend this dealership.
I told them check all the flut but they didnt do it, because my all fluit was low and not washing the van

Everyone that I came in contact with was AMAZING! I got the best service and had so much fun being there!!! I laughed and had very pleasant conversation with the staff, got some DELICIOUS hot chocolate when I dropped my car off as well as treats that were on the counter. I got more hot chocolate and treats when I came to pick up my car. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone! The only reason I said Id probably buy a car from there is Im not even thinking about buying a car at this time and when I do I dont know what kind Ill get.The only thing that Id say could be improved is that I just moved here from Elk Grove so I always got my car serviced there and they always washed my car and vacuumed it out.
Why do it take 2 hours to do a oil change and a detail. And your car sits for no telling how long
I and my wife were extremely satisfied with our overall experience. The staff courteous and professional. We had another appoint in the middle of leasing process. They allowed us to leave and kept the papers ready when we came back.
I had a 10am appointment for an oil change and rotation of my tires. I showed up on time and was a little thrown off when the person that checked me in told me that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. So I sat down to wait for my car to be finished.My car was not done in an hour, not even in an hour and a half. My car was there for almost three and a half hours. I had an appointment. How does an appointment for 10am turn into a three and a half hour wait? I saw the tech that worked on my car, It took him 15 minutes to do my car. Why are you booking appointments when you cant deliver on the time you said?
AVOID!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They’re sneaky and secretly included a warranty on my dads vehicle and it has been over four months and they still haven’t been able to cancel and refund over $2500 worth of the warranty.After going multiple times to try and solve the issue they continue to give him the run around. My dad is currently looking to file a civil claim. AVOID!!!
Joe was very pleasant to deal with. He showed me around the new building since I was unfamiliar. The man who checked me in when I pulled up was very pleasant and quick. Hayward Nissan has a very efficient crew.
