Bommarito Honda is probably the farthest Honda dealer from my house, but I drive the extra distance to go there for service. First class service, and they have never tried to talk me into services I don’t need. The service advisors are helpful, friendly, and know their stuff. They work with you, and if you don’t want to have something done, they don’t talk down to you. Again, it’s an extra 20 miles out of my way, but it’s worth it to me.

This morning I had an appointment for a simple oil change/tire rotation. I arrived 10 min early for my appointment. The appointment took 2 1/2 hours to complete. Normally if there was any kind of a delay, the service advisor would touch base periodically, but that wasn’t done this time. In spite of coming in getting other customers who were done, no eye contact was made and I was not addressed at all. I bought my car in 2013, and have always had my cars serviced at the dealership with great service. Not this time, worst experience ever.

I believe Bommarito Honda is great! Ive purchased multiple vehicles through them and it has always been a great experience. I also have had great experience with their service department as well. They are always up front and honest with you. I have had cases where they estimated a higher price for a repair than they charged. Once they had things apart, they were able determine things were not a bad as originally thought, so they charged only what was needed. In one case that was less than half of the original estimate. I highly recommend them for sales and service. My salesman for new and used purchases was/is Kevin Hall.

Coming to Bommarito Honda put paid to a long series of dealership visits that pitted us against the chip-shortage, making our desire to get a good replacement for our sedan gloomy.The welcome by KRon, who we had only spoken with some 10 minutes earlier, was great.The clean and organized reception hall was only surpassed by KRons courteous reception. He did not just reel out a litany of what was available but took careful note of our range of specifications. With this, it took only 3 or 4 suggestions and actual sighting of 2 of these before we got to making our pick. And the trade-in was relatively without fuss and courteously interactive, as well.The finance discourse was marked by patient forebearance of our many questions.Needless to say, my wife and I drove home about an hour and a half later in the CR-V, which came at a price (for its trim level) way better than we had found in our previous search at over 5 other dealerships, in-person and more online.As we await the eventual delivery of our vehicle title, this last stop in our chipped market search for a car may well be our first port of call next time around.

I didnt buy from Bommarito, but I wish I had. Went to another dealer in St. Louis that starts with an F and rhymes with Wont Go Back. They could learn some lessons from Bommarito, especially the service department. Abby is awesome. The rates for labor are reasonable and the assessments are honest. And the best part is they work on what I honestly need done. Every visit to the other dealer involved major work that was needed that was discovered during routine oil changes.
