The staff at ITS computers are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Never experienced a problem there.

Okay, I hate going to computer places as much as I do car dealerships, you never know exactly what theyre going to sell you... However, that was until I ran into Guy Tinker and ITS Computers.My Dell was no longer cooperating and I just figured it was old and Id have to get get a new one.... Happily i was wrong. Guy took a look, did a diagnostic on it and I was in and out on the same day.... Problem solved.I am comforted to know ITS is an honest shop with good people!

I have had great service on all my repairs

Took computer in for diagnostic told me I should purchase a portable hard drive so I did got home hard drive didnt work and computer to operating slow so they replaced the hard drive they sold me and they moved my files to the new hard drive but computer still slow so i sent it to MSI the company that built it. MSI told me that the computer had hardware problems which ITS told me it was only going slow because of hard drive was full. Then a few months the hard drive they sold me and moved my files to went out. So I lost all my business files, pictures of my family from the past 10 years. And they wont do anything else to fix what they did wrong. So if you dont know much about computers dont bring it to ITS Computers because they will lead you into buying stuff you dont need and wont fix the problem you took it there in the first place.

Came into the store and they pointed me in the right direction instead of being greedy. They were genuine and honest, would recommend!

When my computer started randomly rebooting, I suspected a bad motherboard. So, I took my computer into ITS to get it checked out.This particular machine was a 4.5 foot tall monster with 7 hard drives (4 in RAID 5 (on a RocketRAID card)), dual cpus, ECC RAMBUS, and more server parts than you could shake a stick at. Of course, being an old server, this is to be expected. They charged me $49 for a desktop diagnostic, running me through everything they would do. (At the time of this writing, competitors charged $59 or more for the same service.)Based on the amount of computers they had on their repair shelves, plus how busy they seemed, I was not expecting to hear from ITS for a week, at least. They told me it would be 2-3 days, but I got a call late THE NEXT DAY.They had discovered that my computer had a bad motherboard (which I knew), a stick of bad RAM (which I didnt know), and on my RAID drives was bad (which I suspected, but could not confirm). ITS had tried to update my BIOS, and looked for matching RAM, and a new motherboard, but in the end it was cheaper for me to buy a new computer. They were completely honest and upfront about the costs of everything.I got a nice used Compaq with 2 GB RAM, an Athlon 64+ processor, and Win Vista, which I then proceeded to install Win 8 on. For $250, it was a heck of a deal.My only negatives were that their parking lot was full of leaves, and some of their shelves were a little threadbare, but from what I gather, ITS Computers is a computer, and computer parts, selling machine.Their prices are comparable to, or lower than, other brick and mortar stores, but like every store that has overhead, they cannot compete with Amazon. Still, I was happy with the computers, and prices, I saw they had.I am insanely happy with my service, the prices were reasonable, the turnaround time was beyond phenomenal, and the professionalism of the staff was top-notch. I recommend ITS Computers to everyone.In fact, I am so impressed with what I saw, I applied for, and got, a job there.
