I use the Walgreens app to know when my medicine is ready. Today I received two texts saying there was a delay in my refill so I should call my doctor. The other text said that the script was incomplete for to a technical and that I needed to call Walgreens so I did call them and was on hold for 46 minutes and than mysteriously hung up on. So I drove to the pharmacy. The woman said that their screen just said I needed to call the doctor. . I showed her my phone and she told me that they have no control over what the app says I dont understand how they could not have control what the app says. I thought that was the purpose of using the app. Also I feel like waiting on the phone for 46 minutes is not acceptable, especially being disconnected after that amount of time. When I mentioned that the the pharmacy staff that was helping me she told me that they have so busy they werent able to answer the phone, again unacceptable.

If this location wasn’t so convenient for me on my way home I would go to a different Walgreens. Went there to drop off my FedEx package today. And there was no one around. The call button was broken so I had to wait till the cashier was done... my box wasn’t taped... the cashier handed me the tape and it didn’t have the metal thing to rip the tape... they didn’t have scissors to cut the tape! Bless this old guy for helping me while I struggled to rip the tape and have a pocket knife! I get that it might not be in your job description to not tape my box for me but for being a FedEx drop off you think they’d have good supplies to ship things! Plus the cashier was rude the entire time... not the first instance that I experienced rude customer service either.

This is pharmacy does not do same day appointments for COVID19 testing. They will allow you to schedule it and will email you a confirmation of your appointment. They wait to inform you of their policy when you arrive.Bad customer service move.

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. I called about my daughter’s prescription and was told it wouldn’t be ready for 1.5 hours. I show up 5 hours later and was told the item is not in and they won’t have it for two days. I was told to come back then. The pharmacist, Adrienne didn’t offer to call another store to transfer the script....nothing and no apology. I called back later and asked if it could be transferred and then it was. This Walgreens will no longer be getting my business.

Alyse in pharmacy in incredibly RUDE! Awful disposition and extremely rude on the phone! I will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN! And WILL be contacting corporate! Absolutely no reason to so rude to others the way she was!

No matter what you are getting filled, lol it can be ibuprofen. Its a 2 hour wait. I was told a 2 hour wait before they even checked to see what my prescription was . How do you have a 2 hour wait when you just opened and I was the 1st in line

The manager hung up on me for asking what happened to my photos? The woman in photos had an attitude and after telling her what I was picking up she replies “HUH!?” Austin and her were both very rude.

Treated like a criminal over a simple question. I asked a worker if I could use a coupon for more than one item and he starts yelling at me about how illegal it is. Seriously.But when I checked out, the system automatically added the coupons on my account so that answered my question and let me know tht I can use multiple coupons on a single item and the same coupon on multiple items. He made me look like a criminal everyone in the store heard him telling me that is illegal multiple times and he never once answered my question with a yes or no. I have never been more embarrassed.

Going into the Walgreens at 7398 N. Lindberg is a sad experience. Not just once, every time. Employees for the most part appear unhappy. I dont know how else to describe these people. Dour, heads down, seem not to want to engage/or give customer service. And I prefer to shop on my own whenever possible. Im sorry for them.

There are better pharmacies. Ive had a number of disservices from this store and would recommend going elsewhere. They got the pill count wrong in my bottles TWICE, once for a controlled substance (painkiller). Had to go back to get it sorted, once for each incomplete order. Thank God I counted my pills. Another time, my doctor gave me a prescription mentioning there was one medicine to order and take. When I got to the pharmacy, they put two medicines in my bag; I paid for them and walked away from desk (but did not exit store). Returned to desk after noticing there were two instead of one. Staff informed me the doctor had prescribed two medicines instead of one as he had told me. Not having been awared of that at time of purchase, I asked for a refund but the pharmacists gave me a dirty look. Did not appreciate that. Something else about this pharmacy is they are hardly ever on time when you go to drive-thru and they ask you to come back after X minutes to pick up. The other day, I was asked to come back after 45 minutes while I was in agonizing pain from an abscessed tooth which required an antibiotic. When I went back at the right time, they asked me to wait another 10 minutes. Parked my car, went in the store only to discover the reason my medicine hadnt been readied yet is because they were prioritizing everyone walking up to the counter. Waited another 15 minutes inside before I got my medicine.

Dont use drive though. Got stuck in line for 20 minutes while they filled a prescription for person in front of me.This happens often, I think Ill use another pharmacy.
