Recent trip went so well that I returned the next day to purchase more. Customer service was great with lots of knowledge and help from staff. Would definately recommend!

Just left Hancock Fabrics. I hate it here. I remember why I never come. No restroom. (OK, in all fairness I should divulge that I am 34 weeks pregnant and restrooms are important to me. But I have small children and have needed a restroom there before too.) The employees are always so rude about it. This time they (two employees chimed in with their no bathroom reasoning input, and sent me to a nearby McDonalds (driving distance away - not walking distance). Another customer apologized to me when I returned: Oh I just felt so bad for you. I grabbed my fusible web and left - Im in the middle of a project. Still need upholstery fabric, curtains, craft stuff etc. for the nursery, but Ill hit JoAnn`s. Rose at the check out was the only pleasantry of my visit.

I made a complain to the BBB. Hancock Fabric, you took all your fabric off clearance ( Spot Sales and others) and put back to the original prices, Now you are giving 20% discount. So, the customer will pay more than what the price was before clearance. This is crazy. You are only giving 50% on patterns and patterns are like $18.00+. Give us a break. Your liquidation sale is a joke.

Just left without buying anything. Three patterns not in stock, very indifferent sales staff. I wont be back.

They give me a great choice of fabrics

Lackluster customer service. Items arent well labeled, either, so good luck finding what you need.

Glad the store is here but their customer service is poor. .. never anyone to help or long wait time. definitely not a quick stop
