I know its a pawn shop but customer service does not exist. Staff standing around talking to each other while customers (about 6 of us) are waiting to be helped. I suppose they dont want my $$$.Update: I went across the street to First Cash Pawn. They were happy to exchange two items for cash.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this ripoff joint. They wont take ANYTHING back. Even if they knew the equipment couldnt be fixed because the trash was so old all of the parts are discontinued. I used to do business with these folks BUT NO MORE. I suggest you find a reputable pawn shop like Im going to.

Worst place I’ve ever been. I had several electronics i wanted to give away for whatever value since I’m moving to a new place. It was too heavy. My sister had helped me pack it all in a box and helped me lift it in the car and she went to work. I was by myself so I thought somebody would help me in the store that worked there .Wrong!!!! He declined and the man spoke to me very rude and asked me to bring it one by one and take it back . The other customer/friend he was helping started sneering. that’s how ridiculous he was. He didn’t even take the time to come and help nor fix his attitude.Disgusting excuse of a man. Can’t believe there are humans like this.Never again!

Believe the reviews! This place is awful. My boyfriend and I were in the store for nearly 20 minutes before we decided to leave after not even being acknowledged. There were twice as many employees as there were customers so I know they weren’t understaffed, simply rude. Go across the street, they are friendly, welcoming, and will be worth your time.

Clearly no manager/owner is overseeing this store. Twice now I have been in here to spend several hundred and I never even get asked if I need help. Definitely not understaffed either.Go across the street...

I have sold them several items over the past few months and they have been amazing. Was only hoping to get 60 dollars for one item and they seriously told me they would give me 120 for it if i wanted. Never been to a pawn shop that did something like that. Amazing place! And very honest.

If you have sentimental items DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE! About I year ago my wedding ring was forfeited on. Because they put a Center stone in it without my consent the buy back was higher. One manager put it in a safe until my return the next day so that I could get an additional 100.00. I informed him I would be back but I had to work. I did go back the next day as I gave my word I would to only learn a different manager had taken my ring out of the safe and out in the floor due to some big sale. NO APOLOGIES OR ANYTHING. He could have contacted the buyer and explained their error and did whatever necessary to recover it. The manager was nonchalant about the whole thing and the original manager was at another location for the day. No regards to lifes turn of events at all!

They have a sign up saying Xbox games $5. But when you go to purchase a game its now all of a sudden $15. I questioned them about their FALSE advertising and the manager says its $5 except for new games. No where on the flyer that they themselves constructed said anything about except new games. I then asked the manager if they were going to add that part to the store flyers hanging up and he responds with yea maybe. So you mean to tell me that now you are on notice of your FALSE advertising and you maybe will correct it??? Sad place

Absolutely horrible place with improper training. You will not get the same amount for something you may have previously pawned because of how Illiterate the employees are when it comes to their job.

Theyll give you *maybe* $20 for an item and if you want to buy it back itll be $80-$90. They are a scam. But its a shady pawn shop so i really didnt expect less.

Terrible service. This location obviously has no form or management happening and the wait is insane. Been to this location multiple times to try and buy items its harder to get them to talk to you if you want to buy something then anything esle

Worst pawn ever.... I pawned my PS4 with a set of 8 PS4 games when I paid to get my PS4 back they gave it back with no games then gave me someone elses PS3 games when I returned the next day then I returned the PS3 games only to find out that they sold my PS4 games and they acted as if they never received the games with the system... i had to call the regional manager only to get reimbursed 4 games which is only half the amount of games I pawned with my ps4

The manager said he stands by all his product my i didnt try to start the weed eater up i should have but the manager said that the gas n it been sitting 4 about 3 mouth an he recommended i put new gas an oil mix n before starting it so thought yesh gud idea so the next day i go 2 do wat he recommended an it wouldnt start but he did give a deal now i c y

I went to several pawn shops and was told the max given would be $160 for one item and $100 for the other item, I went to Cash America and they asked me what I wanted. I only pawned one item for $325.00

They really work with you even after you lose you pawn. They help me out a lot.

They banked me out my stuff in pawn tried to charge me hella for it back

I brought my TV to return for a refund and they tried to put a clause on me and the other cash America you get refunds etc etc

They closed out my layaway. And stole my money

Bought a MacBook from them and they didnt give me the password they used to lock it with so I have to wait to use it.

It give you the most for your junk
