They were very quick and helpful. They also cleaned up their work area, which meant a lot to us. Highly recommended!

Our company performed a large job in Atlanta in August of 2017 for David Livingston that we never received payment for. We cleaned out the Art Institute of Atlanta over the course of 4 days which involved disassembly and removal of desks and various office furniture from 2 floors in the building as well as the library. In the beginning, we informed David of our pricing and he mentioned that he would need to get back with us after speaking with his business partner. David gets back with us to book the job and requested that we buy several materials in order to protect the trucks as well as different carts we would need to move the items. He mentioned that it would be fine to bill this with the services. We did a combination of junk removal and loading a few tractor trailers for them to ship these items for resale. The items that we removed from the property to recycle were taken to the scrap yard and David requested that we give the checks to him because that was free money David was present throughout the job and even requested more guys to help after the first day. He was updated daily on the current costs and he would always say ok thats fine. Once we loaded the last truck, he left in his truck back to St. Louis. He mentioned that he would settle up when get got back home. We continued to reach out to him, getting the run around. We then tried to reach out to the president of the company (who is his son) and he mentioned he would get with David and get us the payment. Long story short, no matter who we contacted with FSG, we received the run around... Then we just stopped being able to reach anyone in the company. This matter is still outstanding and as of right now they owe our company over $10,000.He did end up mailing us the metal checks back and asked us to apply it to the final bill (about $700) and he would take care of the rest... We are pursing legal action now in hopes of recovering something.

Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!!For several months thru spring and early summer of 2016, I worked with FSG planning, designing, and executing the task of converting an empty room in my employer, EFCs building into offices and cubicle workstations. FSGs David Livingston and I communicated directly and heavily, through email and some phone conversations. I inquired about using modular panels to build office walls all the way to the ceiling for 2 offices we needed in the room and Mr. Livingston enthusiastically assured me of the quality and superiority of using his product. After months of preparation, lead up, clarification, and confirmation the installation of cubicles and offices proceeded. After trying to get permits from the Maryland Heights building inspector for a couple weeks, the project came to a halt. Basically the inspectors office confirmed that the modular materials could not be used to make our office walls. WHEN THAT NEWS WAS BROUGHT TO MR. LIVINGSTON, HE DENIED EVER ADVISING OR AGREEING TO BUILD THE OFFICES TO THE CEILING. He argued with me on the phone and made numerous attempts to dodge any responsibility or knowledge of the issue, as well as accusing me of being responsible for the situation, die to failing to provide HIM complete measurements for HIS job (which I actually had provided). After sending him the overwhelming amount of email documentation alone that showed he was entirely aware and repeatedly assured me he would do the work EVEN AFTER THE INSPECTORS OFFICE BEGAN RAISING ISSUES, EFC chose to just get rid of him as quickly as possible with a release and short-pay agreement, rather than take him to court, so that we could move on to getting the situation taken care of ASAP. THE MOST REVEALING ASPECT OF FSG AND MR. LIVINGSTONS FAILURES THROUGH ALL OF THIS IS THAT HE NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED FOR EFC BEING PUT IN THIS SITUATION. He came up with ridiculous suggestions on how he would solve things for us if we would pay in full and let him run the rest of the show and so forth, but never expressed ANY empathy or understanding for the problems he caused and the huge and costly delay to EFC. The project is a first-in-a-series of moves to accommodate our expansion and this is delaying the whole stack of other projects that cannot be completed until this situation is corrected. OVER 3 MONTHS OF LOST TIME AND MORE THAN $10,000 ADDITIONAL COST TO EFC. In my experience Mr. Livingston operates his business and treats clients like a caricature used car salesman or mortgage broker. He just says whatever you want to hear in order to get you so sign the proposal and pay him his advance money, and then whatever happens happens. He knows that most if these situations arent worth people taking him to court and even if they did theres no way to force him to pay a judgement. Beware!!!
