They are AMAZING!! They did such a wonderful job on my Mazda that you cant even tell it was in an accident at all. They explained everything to me in a manner that I was able to understand. I will absolutely be referring them to anyone that needs body work done on their vehicle.

Great work that they did love it…..

Had NLZ paint my wheels and 2 days later the paint was cracking. Took them back to them to fix and said it cant be fixed. They removed the paint and ended up with severe scratches and in some spots the black stock paint was removed completely and the metal was showing. After confronting the owner, NICK i was told that his employee took the job on himself and the shop has no responsibility on fixing my wheels but the owner was the one that took my money. After that they told me that they dont have time to work on them anymore and I should take them somewhere else to get them fixed with money out of my own pocket. No refund no nothing. Stay away from this place

Absolutely awful repair that took six weeks (with pets being ordered three times). The replaced hood is already rusting (as well as other, smaller, replaced pieces), the paint on said hood has divots, and the bumper wasnt even painted the correct color. Any further attempts to remedy these repairs/issues were almost entirely brushed aside or meet with indifference.Attached are photos of the divots and rust on the hood.

My car got hit June 2017, took it to Nick because of the good reviews. What a mistake! I have a white car everywhere it was painted, it was two different shades of white. Took it back and he corrected it, but the paint started cracking and the back door that was hit is now rusting. Also he never fixed the auto close on the back door. He said it was a recall with Toyota but I never received a recall notice. The door wouldnt close completely, had to be pushed shut. Said he would get me a new motor for the door....never heard from him. Every time I called him about the car, he had an excuse and always said call me in two weeks. The last time my husband called him and he said he would call the last week of April 2018, never heard from him. Finally I just got fed up and sold the car as as is. Its a real shame once he got his money he didnt want to be bothered anymore.

My new car was damaged by a hit run and i took it to NLZ after being told they did a great job at a fair price. When the car was returned you would never know it was repaired and it was cleaner than when i purchased it great job very happy
