Financial bind or not especially with whats going on in the world rn but besides the employees being super nice, the sales there must be on commission only. There for my 1st time for my Mazda to get its inspection, I was told I needed 4 tires, new brakes, new rotors & thats just the start before anything else. Hence why I took my Mazda elsewhere... they didnt even drive my CX-5 nor lift it to look.. not that they could remove the tires bc the key I have wasnt given to them. The kind woman upfront gave my 2 seperate estimates for being approx $1k each... I left & will not return. I do not recommend unless being gullible with money to throw away is ur goal.

Wasnt sure what was wrong with my car, but expected to have to get a new alternator. They checked everything out before just changing it and it was just wiring which saved me tons of money! Honest and good people!

As I walked in it smelled so clean! I came here with a friend bc she needed a tire while traveling. I also had some car issues, but was unsure how to operate the problem without the correct tool. After asking a nice man by the name of christian (I believe) for the tool he came to our rescue to help us out instead! He was awesome. So helpful... My friend also had a great expirence! Overall everyone was super helpful, attentive and professional. If Im ever in pa again and need assistance I know where to go! Thank you for making this day so much more easy for me after it being out of my control. You guys really made my day!

They went out of their way to see that we were in and out and under an hour and went out of their way to find us every discount possible without sacrificing service and quality

Would give zero stars if possible. Had tires installed that were told were new ended up being used .the day I got them the tire literally fell rite off my vehicle. When I had it towed to the dealership they found multiple issues with the installation. Definitely a scam here

Well Ive been there many times and always was treated with respect, but Im at a point the company or the employee who works in my car cant be trusted. Ive had my oil changed on April 9.2016 and bearing replaced before that, I left the area to move to Georgia,well now I have shell noise again and my oil pan missing. So I paid a lot of money for repairs and now I have to fix it again. We I guess I need to go to the attorney generals for get my money back.

My mom took her car here to get the tie rod replaced, they told her damage was done to the steering rack and that it would be $800 dollars on top of the $300obo to get that fixed we cant afford that for a car that isnt even worth that much so my mom said we will get it towed to Harrys u pull it to scrap it. What did they do they fixed just the tie rod anyway and now we have a car that cant be driven without power steering fluid leaking all over the place. We still wanted to take it to Harrys but we would only get $150 dollars for it, we had to pay $300obo to get it fixed witch she told them not to. So basically we are negative $150 thanks to luzerne tire. If you dont have a 6 figure a year job and an older car dont go to luzerne tire. On top of that one time they only put one lug nut back on the tire and my wheel almost fell off one time, makes me think all the vibrations from that incident wore out the tie rod and then finally the hazleton streets finished it off causing it to snap off and could have got us killed. My review is based on the service done to my vehicle and not how I was treated. Yes they are nice people but not to bright.

Excellent quick service.Had a set of tires from Tire Rack that I was scheduled to get mounted down in North Carolina. A family emergency made me come to Hazleton, and I was forced to drive on my old, metal showing, tires. I packed the tires in the car, and after (somehow) making it to Hazleton without any drama, I was able to show up on a Monday morning, and they squeezed the mount, balance, and alignment in their schedule and it was ready to go that afternoon. The whole time they were very friendly and understanding of how frazzled I was due to my family situation.

I am amazed how helpful they are. Im a female and went in wanting the best tires because i put alot of miles on my car. Mark sold me great tires at a great price. The tires lasted me 2 years and i sold the car with those tries still in great shape. The Lady still has the car. The tires lasted another 2 years for Her. Being female and been not knowing anything He could have sold me the most expensive He had or crapy ones. Ive also threw the years have had diffeent services done and everything was completly explained to me so i could understand. At a reasonable price too. Everyone their is friendly and kind and very helpful. They also let me take my Dog Toby how sweet is that.
