Driver waited for 9 Hours for the dock and CSC took another 4 Hours for loading.The staff siting there for assistance was extremely rude.They looked as if they were forced to work. I really feel sad for those lady staff.In the past 2 weeks, every experience of picking up the load from CSC was the worst experience.They are worlds slowest company for getting the load prepared.I would rate them -1/5 .

Receiving office is all the way to the back.. just follow the signsPlace is pretty big and cleanMake sure you have 2 load straps or bars with youOnce you get loaded and green light, they’ll put the BOL at the back of trailer and off you go

Friendly staff. Took about 3 hours to get loaded. Plenty of maneuvering room. Overnight parking in spaces across from the docks.

Waste of time gave me dock after 2 hrs . And even after 3.5 hrs still not loaded .

Nice place to PU, I have appointment 1700 and they took me at 1530 fast loading . 10/10Lady in the office 4/23/21 at 1500 was so Rude and impolite. We the drivers deserve respect.
