Amazing ice cream and pie. Had the strawberry berry mix with a scoop of coffee ice cream. The crust was amazing and the coffee so smooth n creamy. The price is more than reasonable for the quality.

Creamy and right amount of sweet on their Swiss chocolate flavor, tried the horchata which the kiddo loved. Coffee flavor was also good. Loved the ambiance and their social awareness support. The Sonoma county map on the wall was a quirky touch

Bar none the creamiest ice cream I have ever tasted! I had the Dutch Cookie which I savored and raved about after every...single...last morsel. Our party of three had the very same comments throughout their ice cream experience.We went on a Sunday evening around 6:00 and the line was not bad at all. Servers were attentive, pleasant, informative, and efficient.My only complaint is that I live more than 2,400 miles away. (Our last night in town for a wedding.)Great job all the way!

Most delicious tasting ice cream I’ve ever had. Creamy, but not too soft and not too hard. I had the Almond Cardamon pie with I think it was called Dutch cookie ice cream. Definitely visit them and enjoy!

The employees were completely rude and I wish I didnt even buy anything there but my kids wanted ice cream. My kids didnt even like the ice cream and we ended up throwing them away. I will never go there again and I suggest you avoid it. Plus its completely overpriced.

I’m going to make the caveat that my review might have been higher during a non COVID-19 visit but I can only go off my only experience. My girlfriend and I got two slices of pie and ice cream. I thought the pie was so so and the ice cream was good but not great. If we were able to sample some flavors, I might have went in another direction. I may have also bought the ice cream at a lower price point but it wasn’t terribly expensive either. I believe the whole pies are $30 and I’m glad we did not go in that direction. I would consider going again but I’m more inclined to try other places should I find myself in Healdsburg again.

Good ice cream and good pie 🥧👍👍But the store is not set up for a good flow at all! People want to be able to see the pies and then the ice cream not just read the flavors. It got very backed up when we stopped in because of the order process. Then after we go it there was no place to sit down inside to eat it. Only 10 chairs and one table when we where here. Yes there is outside seating too, but it was cold outside.

Between me and my wife, we tried 3 flavors and none were palatable. Not sure how they can mess up vanilla or pistachio.Skip all together.

Very yummy ice cream. it was bussin. if you get the split scoop you can try two amazing flavors at once, and an employee recommended getting salt and caramel on top, which was like adding a whole other flavor to the mix.

The line out front tells you all you need to know. The ice cream is creamy and they have a great selection including seasonal flavors. Their Dutch Cookie and Thai Iced Tea flavors are my favorite. Do your self a favor and grab a slice of cake, scoop of ice cream, and enjoy the beautiful plaza!

Delicious, definitely not nutritious, but oh so worth it ice cream. This quaint shop offers really tasty flavors and is surprisingly affordable given the quality. The coffee ice cream is seriously bomb. If you’re in or around the Healdsburg area and have a sweet tooth, this is your new favorite spot.

This cute shop had the most amazing desserts! We enjoyed their raspberry sorbet and cobbler with vanilla ice cream on top. The staff was very friendly, kind, and offered great service. The decor inside was so cute, and of course we loved the Pride flag out front! 🏳️‍⚧️ 🌈

Great slices of pie and ice cream

Hearty pies and unique ice cream flavors. We always visit when were in the area and take a pie home. If you purchase a pie box, you get $10 off your pie and the box is really good for transporting your pie home safely, especially if you drive up from the Peninsula with two dogs in your car like we do. Lines can be long but generally move quickly.

The most amazing pie I’ve ever tasted. Pairs perfectly with ice cream. Came here for a mini date with my fiancé and we were amazed. Will be traveling from Santa Rosa for our pie needs! Amazing, kind owners as well ❤️

Unique ice cream flavors that you are unlikely to find anywhere else. If you’re looking for chocolate, you’ll need to go someplace else. Great flavors and texture. Creamy smooth, excellent quality. Lines can be long, but worth the wait. Go for the triple scoop!

Best ice cream Ive ever had -- inventive flavors (e.g. black sesame coconut, almond matcha) and not too sweet. Pies are good if you like pies (I dont; dont shoot me). Under no circumstances should you come here if you are on a diet.

Super cute small-batch ice cream shop! They were kind enough to let me taste a few flavors and ended up going with the Dutch cookie flavor, though there were lots of unique flavors that caught my eye. I’ll be back to taste more!!

The cookie and cookie frosting sandwich is HEAVEN. The buttercream on the cupcake, was how buttercream should be! Just perfection vanilla bean goodness and a light buttery flavor wow I will soooo be back!

The ice cream and pies are really delicious. Garden mint ice cream tastes like it was just made with fresh mint smell, taste, and texture (pieces of fresh mint). The donuts and coffee is my favorite. Serious chunks of old fashion donut mixed with coffee ice cream. The flavors are so intense. The best three pies are Blood Orange Raspberry Custard (tastes like raspberry cheesecake). Blueberry crumble, mud pie (light fluffy). The ice cream surprise is Hojicha mochi. Light matcha flavor with bits of chewy mochi. Amazing. The staff is so friendly and patient. The lines are long but worth the wait.

If you are in the area. This is a must stop place for ice cream or dessert in general. The gentlemen behind the counter was beyond friendly. There were plenty of options to choose from and they even offer samples to help you decide. The cost was on point to what I usually pay for ice cream. For a split large scoop of ice cream with one topping was $4.50. Enjoy!

This was not my favorite ice cream. They use an ice cream mix that has a lot of fat content but the flavor was really Lite. I would have preferred something with more flavor and less fat. It was so rich that we ended up throwing half of it away. They did have some interesting flavor combinations though.

Didnt go in this time, the line was a little long. I cant complain because the ice cream was delicious, school is out and it was a hot summers day.

Is there any other better combination?! Pie and ice cream? Very cute shop. Line gets a little long because they offer great service and allow everyone to try at least 3 samples. We each got a split scoop and a slice of pie. The flavors I had were matcha almond and coffee. The coffee was strong and in a great way. I could almost taste the coffee grounds. All the over flavors were really food too! We ordered a slice of Mississippi Mud, Maple chocolate Walnut, and the Baked Almond. The Mississippi was rich but subtle.

The cream pie was delicious. The ice cream top notch...smooth, great flavor, creamy. Prices are a bit high and extra $1 for a cone was ridiculous. The old fashion cake cones are inexpensive as a take out cup and helps the land fills. If I was a resident, I would not go as often as I would like to!

I dinged it 1 star because the previous time i visited I got 1 diameter scoops for $4 each. So I swore Id never go back. But the icecream is so delicious that i eventually did go back. This time the sweet lady serving gave me nice hefty scoops and now Im very happy again. So good.....

This is the sort of treasure you hope to find up in wine country. A dessert store with top quality ingredients. The pies are fruity and flakey. We had ice cream to stroll the park with and a pie to easy at home. Both left us wanting to return!! There is often a line here. Dont let that scare you off. It moves quickly. The locals seem to know what they want so they are fast in ordering, and the staff is helpful and efficient in getting you what you want.

I never thought I’d cry inside an ice cream shop. This was the best Thai ice cream, let alone the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Super thick, top quality ingredients and generous portions for one scoop. Oh, the blood orange custard pie was incredible too. Will come back and cry some more.

Got a green tea latte from here. Its a cute little coffee/ice cream shop combo with some nice trinkets for sale in the display areas. My sister got an affogato (ice cream with coffee) which she says was good even if it was a little chilly outside. Noble Folk is located on one side of a cute square park area with people walking their dogs or taking a walk with their children. Its a great spot to just sit and enjoy the coffee or ice cream.

We come up to Healdsburg a few times a year to pick up wine and we always stop in Noble Folk for coffee and ice cream before heading home. The coffee is great and they have some of the best ice cream flavors. They have a great ice cream selection ranging from the exotic like almond cardamom and black sesame to more kid friendly flavors like fruity pebbles. The shelves on the walls have cute things like coffee mugs and pottery vases as well as things like flavored salts and sugars for baking. Noble Folk is a great little shop you should check out.

I had the swiss chocolate and coffee ice cream. Those were great, but my girlfriends homemade Oreo though! Everything is handmade and quality so whatever flavor youre into, I imagine youll be setup well here

I liked their chili and lime sorbet, and an ice cream. The sorbet was tangy with a mild kick. The ice cream had a nice consistency, creamy and smooth but with a subtle flavor overpowered by the sorbet.

Surreal ice cream and pie experience. We tried basically every flavor of ice cream and instead of rolling their eyes like disgruntled ice cream shop employees typically do, the amazing ladies here were all about our oohs and ahhs. My boyfriend and I settled on the almond cardamon ice cream (VERY difficult life decision). We then had the equally hard decision of choosing a piece of pie. Oh lord, the strawberry balsamic reduction was divine! Did we want that toasted? YES! Would we be willing to wait 3 minutes while they warmed the pie up to perfection? HELL YES! This gave us time to peruse the fun items they were selling in this super hip store front. I then proceeded to have the best ice cream and pie of my life to which my boyfriend said,I feel like I have to inhale this to keep up with you. My advice? Dont share.

Beautiful, well lit store. I tried the strawberry miso, maple corn flake, and fruity pebbles ice cream. All were delicious, on the sweeter side. I chose the maple corn flake because it had a slight saltiness and had texture from the corn flakes. Yum! $4 for a scoop and $1 extra for a cone.

This was a Charming fun place. Located in the downtown Healdsburg area. I was looking for ice cream and pie. I ended up splitting two different kinds and I must say the crust is wonderful on both. My son had a hibiscus soda float which he said he would get again as well as he felt I would like. I would have given 5 stars but there was a lack of sitting for my elderly grandmother. All in all we will return.

Go for the Ice Cream!These guys do a great job with ice cream, but I suggest skipping the pies and coffee.All the ice creams are very good. The flavors are creative, but they work, without being over the top. They also have the perfect sweet and creamy balance.The black sesame coconut and lemon lavender are our personal faves.The pies are less impressive, being slightly dry and compote-like. Crusts have no dimension.Skip the coffee all-together. The hipster fascination with over-rated coffee roasters in Portland is hard for me to understand. Whenever weve ordered coffee here its been a mistake. The taste is either too acidic or too much like burned rubber.

Try the s’mores pie! It’s one of the best s’mores flavoured desserts you’ll have. I also tried their cornflake maple and cardamom almond ice creams which were true to name — flavourful, creamy, and delicious! Worth a stop if you’re craving desserts while in town.

This ice cream is delicious and creamy, they have good flavors, I had pistachio and cherry. It was my first time at this ice cream place, was recommended by my cousin who lives in this beautiful peaceful town which is Healdsburg Ca.

Disappointed with new Santa Rosa store. Not very inspired flavors compared to some other local great ice cream shops. Secondary flavors lacking such as very little caramel in salted caramel or just small chocolate chips in peanut butter and chocolate instead of a fudge swirl or something. Already miss shuffles and their version of thai ice tea ice cream.

As usual the pie was awesome. My daughter devoured her ice cream. Be warned though. This is in a tourist and wine area and the pretentious factor of patrons is through the roof. So if youre not a people person avoid rush times.

We used this time to find some dessert and found Noble Folk through a quick Yelp search as a nearby sweets shop.Walking up to the front door, I was enamored by its charming handwritten signs for our daily menu. It had listings for ice cream and pies, but they had flavors that were not typical such as ginger + yuzu, miso butterscotch + pecan, lucky charms and almond matcha. With interesting flavors as these, we made our way in....all eight of us.The shop is pretty small with minimal tables, so with us and a few other patrons, this spot looked poppin in not time. If ice cream is not your thing, theres always pie! I decided to check out there selection for the day. Pies of the day were Aztec Chocolate, Peach Raspberry, Salted Honey, Lemon Custard and Peanut Caramel. I decided to get a slice of the Peach Raspberry since that looked like a staple trade, but I was thinking long and hard about the Lemon Custard topped with blueberries.The pie crust was flaky and my favorite part of the pie. Overall, the peach raspberry did not meet my expectations since I was anticipating more of a tart flavor than sweet. The peach was prominent with fruits in the center and the raspberry was more of a sauce that the peaches were bake with. It was good, but I guess I was hoping for more tart than sweet.Noble Folk and their sister bakery, Moustache, pride themselves on providing customers with beautifully handmade ice cream and scratch made pies using the best farmed ingredients Healdsburg has to offer. Their pies are made from traditional recipes, which you can definitely taste! If I find myself in Santa Rosa, definitely will need to buy more pie to take home to share the goodness.

It says here that Noble Folk Ice Cream And Pie Bar is on Matheson Street, but if you ask me its right at the intersection of Sinful and Heavenly.Noble Folk is the the reason why you should refuse the dessert menu at your favorite nearby restaurant. A nice after-dinner stroll will bring you to a sparkling old-timey ice cream parlor right there on the Healdsburg Square.The first thing we did after we walked in was to ooooh and aaahhh while watching other patrons choices go by. Nobody seemed to be able to get to the table without digging a spoon into their mound of frosty choice.The ice cream at Noble Folk is so creamy-rich and so deliciously flavored that it must be a sin. But it cant be sinful, ...I feel like Im in Heaven! The flavors are imaginative, and yet familiar. Who doesnt love Thai Tea? The Cornflake Maple brings out the Saturday-morning kid in all of us. Almond Butter and Jelly?! Oh, my! Looks like Im gonna spend all my allowance here.What could be better?! Ill tell you what... handmade Pie ...a la Mode, thats what! We had the Lemon Blueberry Pie, with a hint of Thyme... topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Totally swoon-worthy.Soon, I will slip off to the Healdsburg Square again, and discreetly duck into the door of Noble Folk, every chance I get.... ssssshhhhhhh!Dont tell Jenny Craig!

I used to be a regular here great pie and ice cream. Theres just this one lady that works there that is very depressing. Many noble folk customers have decided that she is in the wrong industry. Seeing the sad expression of her face takes the joy of the pie and ice cream away. Everyone else is amazing!!!! Hope you go on a day when she is not there.
