I have never reviewed an establishment before but I was so amazed by the customer service here that I just had to. Not only is the staff knowledgeable about art, they’re passionate. They were so nice and and personable that I was blown away. I’ll never go anywhere else for art supplies in Helena again!!!

I had my photo prints framed and matted and then the prints started to ripple. When I called Queens they said it wasnt thier fault. I took them to another frame shop and they discovered Queens had just taped my photos to the mats! Queens never asked me if I wanted them spray mounted or gave me any direction or asked how I wanted them done. Now Im paying extra to have them done properly.

Pretty nice place. Great for those who love art. They have pretty much anything you need, great quality brands. They are a little bit expensive but I think its worth the investment. The staff are super helpful and are really knowledgeable.

Wonderful staff that go above and beyond to help you with any art supplies and picture framing questions. I came in with a 24x36in picture that I needed framed quickly. I was hoping for a three day turnaround. Needless to say they got my frame and picture with glass ready for me within hours. Thanks a ton😁

They have everything you could need

Got a Sta-Wet Palette and a few birchwood panels from here. Love that they are locally owned and have a variety of high end materials. Would love it if they carried more Golden products, like the Heavy Body Acrylics though.

Honestly, this should be your Go To for any art supplies you need. They have a good variety of great quality products and will gladly order in any in depth specifics you might want if they dont carry it in store. They are very polite, courteous, and very helpful here! I only shop here for my new art supplies.. Dont miss out

Took in photos to be framed -- very satisfied with friendly, creative and helpful service. Owner is former Ben Franklin framing manager. Took all framing requests to her. Will continue to use and recommend Queen City Framing. Costs a little higher but outstanding results make it worth the price.

Wonderful local art and framing shop. The ladies are creative and helpful. The prices on the art supplies are a little higher than online or at the box stores but its worth it for the friendly and competent service.
