We just took our 2016 Ford Edge in for a brake line recall, when we got home I check things over and found the front wheel lug nuts not torqued to the right specs, when I called the technician did not know the proper torque so for 5 years now they have not putting the wheels on right. And that multipoint inspection is a joke, it told me I had 16/32 tread depth, didnt have that much new. If they did check the wipers and washers witch they didnt they didnt clean the wind screen. Wonder why I dont take my car there for service 🤔

Customer service is definitely not the same here since Josh left bless his soul. My husband brought his truck in for service and they dont keep you in the loop of whats going on with parts or labor my husband had to call to find out and even then it goes to unanswered voice messages and the service manager doesnt even get back to you in a timely manner. So sad to work so hard for your money..go there and they dont care. They didnt even fix the problem and charged $775 and then gives you the run around to get more money out of you.

They were very professional and friendly. I went in for recall items . They told me there was two things, theyll tell me when to come in. They called and I drove 3hours to get there. They replaced the first but turns out they told me they didnt have the second. That would have been good to know.

Ive had 2 Ford trucks. The first lasted 27 years, the next one, 26 years. So of course my 3rd truck would be a Ford. I defined exactly what truck I wanted, found several in surrounding cities, but I found the best deal right here at Helena Motors, where they dont have doc fees to confuse the final price. My salesman, Mr. Carson, did a great job of helping me find the exact truck I wanted and he was very clear about the price, all of which made it easy to say yes to the truck of my dreams.

I did my research in looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I found several vehicles that I was interested in looking at. I went in with my list and was assisted by a nice sales person. I narrowed my search down to one vehicle. When it came time to talk numbers and financing, the car I had looked at and had been interested in was magically $4,000 more than what was listed on their website. I was undoubtedly frustrated with the situation. I spent time test driving and narrowing down my decision. Had I known the car I liked was out of my budget, I would have never considered it. I even discussed my budget with the salesperson while test driving the vehicle. He looked at the same vehicle on the website I did and never told me it wasnt the listed price on their website. I never once received an apology or asked how the situation could be rectified. Needless to say, I didnt buy the car and will take my business elsewhere.

Had a terrible experience here getting an engine replaced working with Steve. It took weeks to even get him to submit the paperwork to Ford to get it fixed under warranty, and this was after they didnt diagnose it correctly a few weeks before that. He rarely returned my phone calls or have me an update on my car and I had to contact Ford customer care and the service manager multiple times just to get information on what was going on. I really would take your car to another dealership if you can help it.

Im an old Ford guy and Im loyal. These folks pay attention to what I want and thats the way I need it to be. No BS, just get the job done and tell mew up front what its going to cost and how long. A Farmers truck is too important to mess with. These people understand that.

I came here for the service for my Ford all the way from Bozeman and they were great! Very quick and helpful in fixing my car. I would definitely make the drive to go back simply based on their speed. They even had a shuttle that I took so that I didnt have to sit at the dealership the entire time.

The way it oughta be that held true Helena Motors got me an excellent deal on my new car. I got great financing better than what my bank was offering. They dropped several thousand off sticker and as I was walking out found me another incentive saving me even more money. More important everyone was approachable, professional & worked hard for me & my new vehicle. Woody helped me through the process and was not pushy but very knowledgeable he was easy to talk too and his integrity shone through. Like the people and the service from Helena Motors.This is what matters in auto dealership. One person in a business can make the difference and 3 people have done an outstanding job of exceeding my expectations at this place. This in comparison to the Nissan dealership where one person made it so I would never consider buying a Nissan in Helena until that person is gone. So go to Helena Motors.

I brought my Yota here a couple times for service and I have no complaints. Work was done quickly and thoroughly and to spec. They also offer a free shuttle which is very handy. Customer service was pretty good however, some of the desk staff lack technical knowledge.

I was an out-of-town tourist on a long trip to Seattle. My F150 started to display issues with the tires (tire pressure sensor) and I was out in the middle of nowhere with no cell service and my kid in the car. I made it to Helena and was 4th in line the next morning at the Ford Dealership. Richard the service guy was efficient, calming (very needed), filled up my tires to make sure they had the correct pressure and then, refused to charge me. It took all of ten minutes. I very much appreciate his willingness to help me and to get me on my way.

I have my vehicles regularly serviced at Helena Motors. My F-150 truck required a major tune and a platinum plug fouled thereafter. The excellent staff members repaired that for free. The plug failure was not their fault but they fixed it immediately. Such service is rare!

Terrible! I brought my car in to have a Honda defect. This is the third time at Helena Honda, 1 time in Rochester MN and 1 time in Lake Havasu City AZ. Same simple defect, belly pan under engine has plastic fasteners that dont hold. I brought in bolts, nuts and washers, they said the tech didnt use them. I didnt get them back and got charged $31.00 for whatever the tech used to fix the belly pan.

Purchased a vehicle on March 1 and wasn’t pleased with the salesman. Called the owner Jim Stanger with my concerns. He went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you to Steve Hull in auto glass/service who did amazing job of replacing the damaged windshield. Also a shout out to Jake Nesslar in detailing for an amazing detailing job. Brought my car in to have it worked on and they ruined my driver seat and tell me its wear and that they wont cover it. Im vary upset with their customer service. They still charged me the full amount for the work. I do not recommend them for anything.

DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. (Details Below)Took my car in for a simple recall and ended up with a destroyed engine and thousands of dollars in repairs out of my own pocket. Complete details are in the Linked Image.None of these repairs were covered by warranty because they insist I must have messed with the crank pulley because I have an aftermarket intake + intercooler installed. Neither of those parts require any touching of that system.February 2018- Headgasket Recall- Helena Motors installs new headgasket + new heads.- Requires disassembling the crank pulleyAugust 2018 - March 2019- Bad Idle, No Power, Stalling at lights- Caused by Helena Motors incorrectly doing my Headgasket Recall.- Helena Motors puts 100 miles on car, cant figure out issue.- Resulted in destroyed engine (below)- Destroyed Engine (piston hit valve)- Happened under Helena Motors care while they had my car trying to diagnose issues.- Caused by Helena Motors using incorrect parts on crank pulley during Headgasket Recall- They claim my fault, I was required to pay $1000 to get the engine covered...- Detached clutch cable- Towed back to Helena Motors- Caused and fixed by Helena Motors.- Turn over no start- Towed back to Helena Motors- Caused and fixed by Helena Motors- Paid out $950 for new ECU as part of the fix- Exhaust Leak (at this point I go to Chevy)- I take car to a reccommended guy at Chevy- He discovers Helena Motors re-used gaskets on new engine...- Re-used gaskets (from old engine)- Discovered by Chevy Dealer- Paid out of pocket to have fixed by Chevy- Destroyed (melted) Catalytic Converter- Likely happened when engine was destroyed- Paid out of pocket to have fixed by Chevy- Turn over no start- Paid $705 out of pocket to have towed to Missoula Ford.- Missoula Ford says Helena Motors completely wired the car wrong. Says I should never have paid for a new ECU. Half the electricals not functioning correctly.- Missoula Ford is currently fixing the issue.

These guys are the are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with they sold me a car with a battery light on told me it would be fixed and I would t have to deal with any warranty work or I wasn’t gunna buy the car so now after two months battery light is still on they lied the manager even lied said they never had the car in his shop ever was never documented yet they swore up and down when I bought it that it was looked at the battery was fine musta been a glitch lol ok sure so now this would be the 3rd time in the shop with makes it a lemon but of course they never documented it being in the shop or ever getting looked at I even found one of their mechanics flash lights in the engine bay expensive Mac tool flashlight I don’t want the dash ripped out of my car I don’t want warranty that’s fresh on the car sale off the lot that wasn’t the deal I told you guys I didn’t want the car if it was gunna go down this way and you promised me it wouldn’t and now your lying about working in people’s cars or lying just to get them into a sale so you got the contract and can make them warranty now no thanks ima make sure ya guys answer for this

Bought a Expedition form Helena Ford. There is a Factory problem with the paint on the Drivers door. We took it in to service, they took pictures for Ford. The advisor told us there are a few other expeditions with the same problem. We are still waiting for Helena Ford to solve our problem.Now they tell us they cant solve the problem since they dont have a body shop. Call Ford corporate. We will never buy another vehicle from Helena Ford.
