Best for customer service from brother Adeel!He didnt hesitate at all and spent over 3 hours with us alone. He talked through everything from push chair options to furniture options for our first time baby. Very helpful and informative. If you dont know what you are looking for this is the place to visit! Great customer service/knowledge from staff regarding baby products they spend the time explaining to you the features and benefits of each product.Brought a puschair previously and returned recently to buy a jole car seat with full confidence in the assistant adeel who is highly skilled with great knowledge on baby products.Dont be put off buy the shop appearance compared to high street retailers such as halfords, John Lewis etc.The products come fully packaged with warranty and fantastic after care service.Aftabs is much cheaper compared to many major retailers as I double checked before buying and they were around 20% cheaper and they also offer free fitting of the car seats.

Honestly cannot fault this place. Came here to buy my Icandy travel system a few months back and had excellent customer service as well as price. But again, I came today for an issue with my Mamaroo which was resolved in an instant. Thank you to the team at Aftabs. A great asset to the community.

Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. As first time parents to be, you can imagine the amount of questions we would have. Having them answered instantly made the whole experience as stress free as possible.Especially with having to abide by new rules because of Covid-19, you can tell they took this very serious and were constantly cleaning after ourselves/themselves when handling products. This made it even more safe and comfortable to enjoy trying out all the new products.Would highly recommend this place for baby products and will certainly be coming back for more. Worst place, poor services no clue with sales or customer service will be reported to trading standards. Make sure u know what your buying and are happy with the quality becuase these guys dont want to know once the goods leave the store.

Normally dont have any problems but purchased a gift set which i noticed had 2 pieces missing.long story short maybe i dropped the 2 missing items nope i did not .i didnt even open it until i showed it to family member. Have been shopping here for years but to have been made out its my fault is kinda wrong.

Great service and great advice. After having been to a larger popular store and a local specialist I can confidently say we received the best service at Aftabs. We actually live about 15 miles away, but worth the drive.If only all retailers were as informative and patient, but perhaps most importantly honest. They really listened to what was important to us personally and gave great advice. Even advised us not to buy certain items as it would be unnessecary.I can see why theyre an iCandy premium seller. Recommend to anyone looking at baby stuff.

Recently purchased a baby package from Aftab’s (Pram / car seat etc). I have got to say probably one of the best after sales service I have experienced from a Retailer. Even though I had already purchased the package, I later realised there was compatibility issues with the car seat and my car. Adeel (one of the sales representatives) went above a beyond my expectation, contacted several retailer and helped me to find an alternative. Absolutely brilliant customer service but in addition they are also extremely competitive on price. Would highly recommend!

Decent value stock and a good variety as well. But an awful returns policy. We spent nearly £200 and got really good shopping assistance, but next day decided to return a baby bottle sterilising kit and the attitude was completely different. The lady started saying how theres a blanket no returns policy on those products, even though we werent told that earlier and item was clearly unopened, in brand new condition, with original packaging and with the receipt. Even asked for store credit instead as we still need to buy more items, but she still outright refused. Asked to speak to someone else and she said whoever you speak to here answer will be the same.The sterilising kit was an older model kit (maybe she was insisting on no returns to get rid of old stock!) that we bought at the same price as the latest model from Mothercare. Might sometimes end up paying a little bit more at a high street retailer but at least we have peace of mind with real hassle free returns.Im all for supporting local businesses, but this is one Ill avoid.
