Unbelievable flower shop! I called to have flowers delivered to my niece for her 10th birthday. I said that she was a diva and loved bright colors and balloons! I was incredibly impressed by what she received!!! I will recommend you to everyone!! It was perfect!!

Their services and goods were reasonably priced and their delivery was quick. The lady who helped me on the phone was very nice and worked with my special accommodations. I feel the need to drop a 5 star review for this store!

After a horrible experience with the Floral Cottage here in town, the lovely ladies at Forget Me Not Flowers agreed to do the floral arrangements for our wedding with very short notice. They went above and beyond, we could not have been more impressed with their knowledge, creativity, and hard work. They did everything possible to make our arrangements exactly what we had hoped for. I have use this floral shop for everything! When they change their name I lost where they were and I went to a different floral shop and it was a horrible experience! I ordered flowers to make my bouquets for my wedding, When I got the flowers they were wilted and in horrible shape because they were giving flowers for prom to the schools. I would never ever go anywhere else to get flowers the people that work at this floral shop are very friendly and amazing and they work with every one of your needs and they are inexpensive it’s great thank you you guys!! There was some tricky communication with the household receiving them and Cathy went back to her shop and delivered after hours so my friends would receive their Birthday and Confirmation bouquets on time. How can I describe how the folks at Forget me not saved the day?! I have a 4 month old and I’m a bit overwhelmed. My mother in law texts today at 3:30 to tell me that it is my husband’s grandmothers 80-something birthday. I called at almost 4 pm and they went far above and beyond. They usually would not take orders that late but they were such compassionate people that they made an arrangement and then drove the half hour to my grandmother in law’s rural home outside of Helena. THAT is amazing. Good people still exist in the world and the ladies at Forget me not are not just good, they’re AMAZING.

Service is always excellent here! These ladies get out your flowers out so fast! When I ask them to pick the bouquet I am never disappointed! I cant say enough for this excellent Flower Shop!!

I have been trying for several days to send sunflowers and balloons to my great-nephews memorial service, to no avail. I called Forget-Me-Not and spoke with Ashley, who was able to completely fill my order, and the phone call was wonderful - she made me laugh in the midst of a very hard time. Then I realized that I gave her the wrong address for delivery, so I called her back and we laughed some more. Outstanding customer service and amazing prices. Use this florist for all of your floral needs in Helena - I will DEFINITELY be calling them again!

Worst customer service EVER! I called on 1/23 at 4:00 pm requesting delivery made on 1/24 by 11:00 am. The 24th was my deceased mothers birthday and the 1st birthday my dad would be without her in 61 years. I wanted him to get flowers the day of her birthday. Julie took my order and said flowers would be there by 11:00 am. Nobody said the flowers were delivered so I called and left a message at 9:09 am on 1/27/2020. No call back. So I called again at 10:03 am. left message. I received a call from Julie at 10:08 on the 27th. I asked why the flowers had not been delivered? Julie claimed she tried to call my parents phone but nobody answered? So she never delivered the flowers. I have never dealt with a florist who CALLS the person before a delivery is to be made. AS you can imagine I was more than upset. We exchanged words and Julie said she would credit me and she hung up on me. She called back and said I should have told her about my mothers passing.... WHY???? would it have made a difference in the service? All I asked was the flowers that I paid for be delivered before 11:00 am on the 24th. That didnt happen. I had my brother go to my parents house and check for phone calls. Yes Julie did call as she claimed. AT 12:06 pm. Over an hour after the time I requested the flowers. My father wasnt home. Thats why I wanted them delivered earlier. Julie never made an effort to take any responsibility for the poor service. Just that she had called and nobody answered or returned her call. PLEASE!!!!! never use them for any flower needs. Julie is a liar and she sucks at taking care of people!
