We had literally been boat shopping for the better part of a year, holding out for that perfect boat that checked all the boxes for our needs AND wants. You cant imagine how elated we were to find that boat within 250 miles of us. Ron and his team where wonderful to work with, no surprises!!! Well worth the drive, thank you! So I bought an older Lund 17 ft Explorer from a private party whod run both engines (Yamaha 100 and troller 8 hp) hard up in Glasgow. The boat was a 2007 and had seen a lot of service but the owner assured me both motors ran well. I talked him down a thousand and later was glad I did, since I needed trailer tires before I got out of town. It got worse.At home, the 8 hp started giving me trouble so after fiddling with it myself, I took it to High Country, who fixed it right. I am pleased with the service and heartily recommend. the business.

These guys are the best in the business!! They are true boat people and know exactly how to treat their customers. I came to Ron and his team, needing a new motor for the upcoming Waterfowl guide season, he was all in to try and help me out!! Much appreciated. Townsend marine had previously aired me off about this matter, and Ron and his team jumped on it and got it done. I will forever be buying boats from Ron in the future. Thank you!!
