The most rude guy I have talked with in a long time. Basically tried to argue with me about a part I needed and wouldnt even tell me if he had any in stock. Any 8gb ram would work, youd think the guy at the PC store would know that. I will never shop there and and would advise anyone else to get there PC parts somewhere else. When I ask if you have any sticks of ram? The answer should have been yes I have ram in stock and this is what I have. I know what Im doing and dont need your input.
What a wonderful experience! I brought in an external hard drive that was no longer functioning and they were able to recover all the data and transfer it to another drive and for a very reasonable cost. They kept me updated on the process, were quick, and very knowledgable! I am so thankful for their work and their friendliness was an added bonus. Definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Computer Supply for your locally owned computer needs!
I received great advice from kevin. Thanks for the route beta on Mount Helena!
Good guys who know their stuff. Price is always reasonable and fair. I am a regular at this place with my desktop every few months for the last 10+ years. Don’t know how I could get along without their help. Highly recommended. 👌🏾
Five star service!!! Quick diagnosis and expert recommendations allowed me to move forward with a plan to replace my computer. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain!!
Good place to go if you cant wait for a part to be shipped.
Good experienced computer repair guy, good at sales, recommend for complex security like cameras, did FLIR at my apt like 3yrs ago.
Brought my laptop in for repair with many issues. Although it took a couple of weeks to get finished, it was no fault of the staff due to custom parts having to be ordered from overseas. Rocky Mountain Computer Supply kept me posted on the progress and let me know exactly what was going on. My computer is clean and works like new. Thank you!
Would give zero star but the app wont let me.$11 dollars per minute to fix a computer that there was NOTHING wrong with it.The other day at home my computer screen went white, and wouldn’t show anything just a white screen. I called them up and they said to bring my tower in, so I did. They called me back a little while later and told me my computer was fine. They turned it on and off 3 times. So my monitor at home just went out. They still wanted $55……. THEY DIDN’T DO ANY WORK TO IT OTHER THEN TURN IT ON AND OFF!!!….They also said my computer was making noise so my hard drive was going bad. That’s funny, I ran a test on it and it showed nothing wrong. And I dont hear any sounds coming from my pc.They told me to change the hard drive it would cost me $189.00Which is $100 for the drive$80 dollars to labor,And $9 to clone the drive to the new one.I can understand $100 for the drive, and $9 to clone it. But $80 for labor? How to swap a drive.1) Power down the system2) Pull off side panel3) Unplug 2 cables to hard drive4) Insert new cloned drive5) Reconnect 2 cables to drive6) Put on side panel7) Power system back up8) Charge $803 months later hmmm my hard drive is still working fine with my new computer monitor.
You can trust these guys. And they know their stuff
