I love the staff here they are always willing to help me with my silly makeul questions. Even when I am looking for costume makeup they find exactly what I am after.

The employees are pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The store is clean, well stocked and well laid out. I always find what I am looking for. I recommend Ulta in Helena.

I went in knowing I would need to replace my makeup. I went out of town for 10 days and ended up loosing my makeup bag. I dont use a lot of makeup, so I am totally lost when buying this kind of stuff. The retail manager was the one who helped me. (Alexis, I believe). She was very patient with me to help me find what I needed. I was very appreciative. And I am glad to have some makeup again.

Manager was awful and extremely rude! I spend up to $200- $300 everytime I go on products. She was very disrespectful. I will go else where for now on. However Amy and her other co workers were amazing! Thank you Amy!

In spite of my outfit (tank and baggy basketball shorts), I was greeted at this Ulta shop as a valued customer. I have been to other locations where that was not the case. Here, they spent time with me finding exactly what I needed. However, shipping to my home address or my P.O. on a rez was a problem. The sales rep gave me a card for free shipping, but we couldnt get the shipping figured out together within my time constraints.

Wonderful assortment of product, but the shelving setup makes it very difficult to access some of the product without scuffing up my hands

Can get most any beauty supply you want! Becoming a rewards member helps, earning points towards free product. Very informed staff if you can hunt one down! I only wish they were a little bit better about contacting you about events! But they will go out of their way to help you find the product or something similar that you are looking for!

I went in to get a haircut, and the lady had no idea what she was doing. She completely destroyed my hair and confidence, and I did not go to school for days because of how embarrassing it was. I went in to get a refund, and they refused to give me one. DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously, a blind person could do better than what this lady did to me. It was unbelievable.

I Love the people at Ulta. They know me by name when I enter the store. Even if Im considering a purchase, they direct me away from it if its not right for me. Their suggestions have been right for me. If the product is not right for me, or if its only that I dont like it, they take it back, no questions asked! I purchase all of my supplies there since they have a great rewards system with their card. They absolutely know their business!

Ive been to this store twice, once to purchase and once to return. Both times, the staff members were exceedingly friendly, helpful, and quick. But, if you order something from the website and are given the choice of choosing a free sample or letting them choose it for you, choose it yourself. I have a very feminine first name and they sent me beard oil.

Went in for blue shampoo. Was shown the products, I accidentally got the conditioner instead of the shampoo, so went back and returning the conditioner and exchanging for shampoo was easy and fast!

I used to shop here a lot, but that is going to change after the bad experience I had. I went here for a trial run on my wedding make-up and was accused by the associate of being a bully all because I didnt like what she had done. I apologized to her and told her I wasnt trying to seem like a bully or anything and I asked if she would please redo my eye make-up in matte shades instead of shimmer colors because shimmer eyeshadow settles into the creases of my eyes. She acted like she was doing me a big damn favor! Considering the price that was paid and the amount of money that was spent in the store after the appointment, one would expect a manager to be a little more professional! Needless to say after the associate called me a bully the remainder of the appointment was really awkward and uncomfortable.

Im a frequent Ulta shopper. I often go in here twice a week for my makeup, but after today I will be doing my shopping somewhere else. The Assistant Manager is completely rude and made me and my friends feel like idiots when she told us the tag was marked right, even though when we got to the cash register is was different than the sign. Then acted like it was an inconvenience for her to change the price because she told us the price was marked right, when it wasnt. Ive never had issues with any Ulta Ive ever visited until today. I hope they realize they are losing valuable customers with their poorly staffed management.

I love Ulta but the older manager with greyish hair is completely rude. She has humiliated me and my family members plenty of times and it makes us not want to come back. Pretty sad considering some of the employees are so amazing! They need to make a staff change- especially with how many of these ratings are about this woman.

Judge people when they enter. Get the same thing at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and Target. Sales arent that great. Love the stations for eyebrows and makeup.

Beauty Heaven! Huge selection of beauty products, a salon, girls are really nice, however, too many things out of stock. Call ahead before making your way here to put it on hold.

I bought the 60$ formal makeup lesson for my gf and a 300$ gift card for after to buy recommended products, the lady was better off as a circus worker, she made my gf look like a clown and all the staff said how good she looked, they all lied to her and made her feel super uncomfortable, terrible staff and not a place to get any advice, after the lady walked away and didnt even try recommending quality products, place is disgraceful

The store is nice/clean, but theyve recently made many of the testers almost impossible to use for swatching and there are a couple of employees that hover a bit too aggressively for a plesant browsing experience.

Clean, plenty of products, and very nice staff that have never been pushy with me. Convenient, albeit expensive, place to get a haircut.

The store manager so extremely rude when I simply asked the price of an eye cream. It looked like it was 50% off according to the flyer. Unfortunately I had the wrong date. The manager humiliated me and corrected me on the date and walked off!! I shop a lot at Ulta, but now, Ill just shop on line.

I asked for advice and help in choosing a product and in return I received horrible customer service. I was talked down upon by the Ulta worker, she was rude, demeaning, and very unhelpful. This was not a good experience I left feeling unsatisfied and unhappy, all due to the awful customer service. I 10/10 would not recommend coming to Ulta Beaty in Helena.

I went into your Helena, MT. store with my daughter today. Im was very disappointed and insulted with my experience there. We were aprouched by a middle aged sale woman, who asked if we needed help. I said I didnt, Im a tomboy and dont wear makeup. Then she proceeded to tell me that I needed sunscreen. I said, no thanks. She then said, how about some face wash. I was so insulted, I walked out. My daughter couldnt believe it either. She went on Yelp and wrote a review. Is this how you get people to buy stuff in your store. By shaming them. No thanks. One star is to much. 0 from me...

The manager was really rude to me and my friends. Honestly made us feel bad for even shopping needless to say only one of us bought something because of how off putting the manager was. The other employees were nice I honestly felt bad for them.

The manager with the short black gray hair is the rudest and has no people skills. I use to love going into Ulta until she became the manger. I fell last winter in the front of the store and I told her there wad no ice melt out front and fell. She looked at me and said were closing early cause of the cold and you have 15 minutes. Didnt even ask me if I was ok, as my boot ripped from the fall. Then today I spend over 200.00 and asked for my promotional gifts and she said we are out and shrubbed her shoulders. I asked why are you always out of the gifts? She rudely answered me and said we only get so many and its gone. I told her I was going to order my products online so Im assured of my promotional items and her rude response to me was, you wont get them either. If the company chooses to hire a person with no customer service skills such as that manager then they will lose alot of customers as Im sure they already have. Shes very rude and makes you feel very be littled. I wont be returning to the store until this manager is gone!!!! I can also vouch for several people I know that has delt with her also!!!!

I dont remember having a bad experience at Ulta. I have used the hair salon several times and was always happy. I have received good advice, always with a smile.

I love going to ulta stores but every time Ive been to this one the people working have been just rude. Worst ulta store for customer service in a 5 state radius for sure.
