My husband and I were very impressed with Dallas and his whole team. We replaced all the windows in our 1970s home and the team completed the whole project in half a day! We were so pleased with how friendly everyone was and how they respected our home. We enjoy looking out our windows now. Our home just feels cheery with so much beautiful natural light! And our curb appeal has greatly improved with the new windows. Beyond 5 star service! Every interaction with Dallas made us feel like we were his only clients with how well he took care of us and responded in a timely manner. Plus the whole job was a few thousand less than other quotes we had gotten from big home improvement stores. Bonus! So glad we went with someone local!

These folks have been fantastic to work with. Fantastic customer service - very patient and accommodating. The windows we picked are now installed and look great. The install was very smooth as well - friendly installers, masks worn throughout (COVID) and they also installed a plastic barrier around the work space to limit dust spread. Highly recommended!

Very happy with my decision to buy from Pella. After many fruitless trips to big orange and big blue, I decided to bite the bullet and pay more for what turned out to be a remarkably better product. Sales staff was great. They get five stars because of their installer. Best installer/contractor/builder I have ever dealt with in Helena. I have one of those really old Victorian homes in the central part of town. Some people wont even work at my home, Pellas installer went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service, including cleaning up after himself!
