Clint kept me well informed throughout the installation process. They were on time, professional, and efficient. When the machines were missing a standard installation part, he made sure someone could come back the next day to finish the job. I bought a treadmill from Better Body Fitness a few years ago, and it still works perfectly. I even trained for a marathon on the thing! Recently I went back to buy some weight training equipment. The staff was so helpful. I wanted something that would work for me, the mom in the house, and also my growing teenage sons. They helped me find exactly what I needed for the whole family and still fit in our budget. If you have questions about a home gym, Better Body Fitness is a pretty good place to start!

We recently purchased a Nustep recumbent bike from Ryan at Better Body Fitness for our son.We were very satisfied with his friendly demeanor in assisting us in finding what we were looking for. We were also very happy with the two gentlemen who delivered and installed the machine. Overall service was great and I would recommend them to a family member or friend.

Better Body has been servicing our equipment for the past couple of years and they do a great job. But this year they helped us remodel our fitness center and I was blown away!! We didnt really know how to best utilize our space or what equipment is most in demand and Coco created a layout that really works for the amount of space we have. She is so informative and she checks in often to update you on the progress. We got bids from other companies and they were very high pressured sales tactics. Better Body was not that way and they helped us find what worked for our budget.

Better Bodys service is always unbelievable! Theyve been our provider for fitness and gym equipment for years for our 5 different facilities. Our rep, Coco, is great about keeping in touch and honoring our budget timelines for purchasing as well as following up with how our new purchases are working out. Dan (installation and maintenance) is consistently on time, communicative, professional and efficient. And of course the equipment and machines are also high quality and the latest with whats available!

Ive been going to Better Body Fitness in Missoula for several years to buy equipment for my home gym. Ryan is very knowledgeable about all of their products, and I have been very happy with what Ive bought and have been using so far. I would definitely recommend going in and talking with Ryan if you are looking for new equipment for a home or workplace gym.

We bought an Echelon EX5s from Coco at BBF and highly recommend! The bike is an awesome center piece of our home gym. Buying through BBF gave us easy, same-day delivery and set-up, extended warranty and a one year subscription. They followed up the next week to make sure everything was going well. The service is second to none.

We came into the store today with the intent to purchase a recumbent bike and accessories for my wife and I; however, sales person left me wishing there was another competitor in town. He was just short of rude. Over the two times we visited he never asked a single clarifying question, gave one word responses to our questions, talked down to my wife and was unable to give a meaningful reason we should pay $200 more at their store compared to ordering on line. Instead, he became defensive and argumentative, with a “take it or leave it” attitude. Needless to say, they didn’t earn my business, today. We tried to keep business local, unfortunately not this time.

Just an amazing experience all around. I recently purchased a Spirit XT385 treadmill for home use from Better Body Fitness in Helena. The sales people that I worked with were wonderful, knowledgeable, patient and did not pressure me to buy something that did not fit my lifestyle. They invited me back multiple time and answered all my questions that I had about the different machines. They allowed me to try out multiple treadmills to find the one that suited my needs. Do to the COVID-19 Pandemic their stock was low and were very up front and honest about delays that may occur. They had amazing communication throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop through the whole process. Delivery was a snap and the delivery men were very polite and professional. They stored our equipment we bought at the Missoula location for a few months while we looked for and closed on a new house.

Ive had nothing but fantastic experiences with their staff. They go above and beyond for their customers and provide the type of knowledge needed to make the proper purchase. Actual in-person service is what makes shopping local that much more valuable at this day-in-age and I am glad to have this option here in Helena! I couldnt imagine spending a good chunk of money online for home fitness equipment. Call me old-school but I like to know who I am buying from while having a local option to service it.

We stopped in here looking for some specific equipment, hopefully used and discounted while on a trip to Helena. They didnt have what we were looking for but when we told him that we were from Missoula he informed us of their sister store located there and said hed contact the correct people there to get ahold of us to try to help us track down the equipment we were looking for. The guy, whose name I didnt catch, was very helpful and didnt mind our kiddos checking out the showcase equipment. Very helpful and attentive to our needs. Hope to do some business with the local branch soon.

This business is more than happy to sell products to you. But, if you have a problem good luck getting them to come out and fix it. I have been trying to get my treadmill properly serviced for three months. They seem to have only one person responsible for fixing equipment and he does a horrible job managing his time. Management has to be aware of all of this but they dont really seem to care. And caring is providing actual results, not just I am sorry, bla, bla, customer service bs. That is all I ever got when I actually got to talk to anyone to try to move along the problem.I finally gave up and went down to Big Sky Cycling. Although fitness equipment is not their main thing I know I can talk to the owner there and not get the run around if I have a problem in future.The whole experience with Better Body Fitness of Montana was disappointing. I went there so I could get help if my treadmill had a problem because I wanted to keep a consistent exercise schedule from home. It really isnt that complicated or a big thing to ask. Just communicate and return peoples calls by the end of the day or the next business day at least. Seriously, it can not be that hard and if you are going to run any sort of business would this not be a priority? It obviously doesnt matter to them.

I was involved in a non-business related occurrence; to which I lost my wallet at annual Cat-Griz football game in Missoula.
