The movers were awesome and the local team was great. Be aware that the sales people are corporate and separate from the local team and may under estimate your job. That said though the move went fairly smooth, the movers were polite and helpful and they worked fast.

John and Charles did a fantastic job moving me into my new apartment! They were super nice, friendly, courteous, flexible and accommodating to putting stuff where I wanted it. I hope they can help move my parents too!

Jesse, Jeremy, Mason, and Kyle did a wonderful job. They were professional, experienced and friendly. It was amazing how much they squeezed into the truck. Hunter in Sales made it easy to schedule the move and provided multiple pricing options. The lady in the office provided excellent customer service. It was well worth the cost and I highly recommend Mesa Moving and Storage.

Our three movers Jeremy, Jordan, and Kyle were great. Our only disappoint was in the scheduler who told us they would be to the house between 7-8 and did not pass the time information onto the movers. The scheduler also had them booked for more than one job on that day despite the representative telling us that we had them for the whole day. Despite the confusion the movers worked quickly and were very courteous.

We had Mesa moving company come in and move our Law Firm. The gentleman that helped us move were very responsive, professional, kind, courteous and always had a positive attitude even when presented with a challenge or when things were not going as planned. They all worked together very well. They were very careful and respectful to our items. They took extra precautions to make sure everything was loaded/unloaded correctly. In a pinch to move some heavy furniture, Mesa helped accommodate dates for me and they showed up on time. We have 2 motorcycles, and they were able to get them no problem! (My husband was very worried about them being dropped). They worked quickly and efficiently, and were very easy to get along with. I am not one to sit around and watch things be done but they were way quicker to get things done before i could jump in. We have a storage unit and they stacked everything beautifully and theres still room for my last minutes boxes. They are also very affordable and They were worth every penny. will definitely use them again if we ever need to.

Horrible experience with Mesa Moving. 21 days past the delivery date and multiple damaged items. They left the parts box in Montana and the delivery crew couldnt reassemble some items. And they were unbelievably expensive.

This is our second move with Mesa. The first was 6 months ago within Helena. This move was from the Florida Keys to Helena. We chose Mesa for this second move because their service, care, reliability, thoroughness and friendly helpful attitude was outstanding! The people make this business a success. Hunter Townsend was our estimator and contact person. He was always available to answer every question and explain requirements and policies. He even personally took away our used paper and boxes after the move (despite being on crutches)! Trena Larsen scheduled the move and 3rd party crating and uncrating services. She advised us of schedules and checked in to verify that everything was going smoothly. Finally, Matt and Jean, whom we had specifically requested because we appreciated their work during the first move, were terrific again. Not only did they lift, carry and place heavyweight furniture and boxes, they did it with a smile and a sense of humor. They were strong, hard working and am pleasure to spend the day with. Our moving team, Chris, Jesse, Hunter and Matt provided us with a great moving experience. The weather did not cooperate. We had to wait a week for our delivery. I was upset at the situation not the company or the men who came on site. OUr items were stored in their warehouse until the weather and their schedule allowed the deliviery. They had all the tools and equipment to complete all the preparation, packing, loading, unloading and set up. We even had them go to Murdocks to pick up a heavy item and deliver it with our household items. ( there was an extra charge - but so worth it). Melisa and Cameron were awesome! They got to me on very short notice when I had a piece of equipment come in that was unexpectedly large and heavy. They figured out how to move it and got it down a flight of stairs and into where it needed to go without a hitch. They even helped me detach it from the pallet that it was screwed into. We needed someone to move heavy furniture for us in April. Mesa responded to us and gave us a quote on the cost. The office was very accommodating. The movers were quick and professional, and the initial quote was a little more than the initial bill, which was a nice surprise. Id use them again!

Movers came within the specified time frame. Handled all the specified items with extreme care. They even unpacked the furniture outside my door to ensure that none of the packaging or tape got on the carpet. Glass items were secured and not broken. Unloaded and moved in within a timely manner. Didnt have to worry one bit!

Melisa and Sean were very polite and communicated well. They traveled 2 hours to deliver my things from storage and arrived on time and communicated with me when they thought they might be late. They were careful and speedy when loading/unloading.

Mesa Moving (Mergenthaler) really came to our rescue. We bought a new range and the delivery truck dumped it in our driveway and left! We had no way to get the range in to the house! Always a helpful crew when I pick up pallet deliveries from MESA.

After sharing dissatisfaction with lack of professionalism of the crew and requesting a different crew the second time, they sent the same two people. One of them was very rude and disagreeable. I would not use Mesa again or recommend them.

Melisa and Jesse were the drivers and Trina was the office support. they were all very helpful and knowledgeable to support the issues we were having getting this shipment ready to be shipped.

Mesa Moving and Storage moved my household goods from one house to another in Helena this fall. The movers were friendly and professional, including Jean and Melisa. However, a piece of furniture was damaged and dealing with the office wasn’t perfect. Would still recommend their services.

We used them for a military move out of Great Falls. The movers employed by Mergenthaler were kind and respectful. They hired two contract movers from Great Falls and they were terrible. Upon receiving our things she dumped drawers into the bottom of wardrobe boxes and piled clothes on top, so books and things are smashed. She looked through a box I packed myself and asked for it not to be opened and said I would sign a waiver for it. We also have things missing but I can’t be sure which leg of the move they went missing. I am giving it three stars, because the company was great to work with and the employees from them were great, but if they hire outside people I highly recommend you ask for them to leave. I would have rather it taken longer than my stuff gone through and carelessly thrown into boxes.
