I have had a Ford Fusion for a little under a year and it was such a nice car, my heart just really wanted a pickup. I randomly decided to start looking at trucks one day and I spotted a Nissan Titan at Robert Allen Nissan. I inquired about the asking price which was really under book and Tyler Allen responded promptly. He told me that there was a substantial amount of repairs needing done and that he wasnt comfortable selling it to anyone. He asked if he could show me some pictures of a Chevy they had just got in, and as apprehensive as I was dealing with a car dealership I agreed. It was a very nice looking truck! My boyfriend who is a gear head and I went to see it and make sure everything was mechanically sound, how it looked cosmetically, and to see how it drove. Needless to say, I traded in my car and Im absolutely in love with MY Chevy truck.What really stood out to me about this business is the fact that Tyler told me upfront what was wrong with the Titan. People arent always honest and he could have very easily let me purchase it and sent me on my way so it was reassuring that I was buying from a place I didnt feel was going to steer me in the wrong direction. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. While we were there we were able to meet Robert Allen himself and Kenny Simpson as well, they were very personable and all three of the gentlemen we interacted with were just fantastic! I highly recommend Tyler Allen at Robert Allen Nissan, he shows he cares about patron happiness and absolutely does what he can to work with the customer budget regardless of the amount and treats you just like youre buying the latest and greatest new model! The staff here after very detail oriented and focused and a great experience. Everytime I have walked though the door Im greeted with a smile and happy salutation. Inside its well lit with shiny new cars all around, everything looks new and bright. The waiting area is very comfy as well. Getting in and out of the service area was simple. The service and parts department are knowledgeable and work to respond.
Everything was taken care of in a speedy and proper time once the was in in less than two hours to fix the problem. While I waited. They were very courteous and kept me informed as to the process they were out with the car. I wish to thank them very much for their hospitality and taking care of my problem, which was replacing the catalytic converter under Warranty .thank you Charles T Parker

They have some of the best quality vehicles both new and used. I personally have only bought a few cars from the king of sales, Tyler Allen, and I have never felt that I got taken advantage of, he does a solid job at getting rid of the stressful parts of car buying and will bend over backwards to take care of you. The service team is also top notch. They take very good care of each vehicle, very honest with recommendations, and that warranty forever is nice to have. Excellent dealership.

Will NEVER purchase a car or have it serviced at RA Nissan again! Check engine light comes on 3 DAYS after I purchase a car from them and they will only cover HALF of the needed part?! Ive had the car in 3 times since I bought it less than a month ago for the same issue and now that they FINALLY know what the issue is the snippy sales manager refuses to pay for a $650 part? After dealing with them for 8 years and 3 different cars, and my mom and I both purchasing brand new cars from them, this is the treatment received? No thank you! They just lost 2 long-time customers and I will tell everyone I know NEVER to go to them!* Response to the owner (who I know damn well is the snide sales manager I dealt with):I can see the extended warranty being an issue if I had had the car for 3 months when the check engine light came on, but not 3 DAYS. Ill go to another dealer or service station to get it fixed with my extended warranty and will never give RA Nissan my business again. Ive had issues with both your sales and service departments before and have overlooked them. This was the last draw. There is no doubt in my mind that the electronics system was reset before the car was purchased so the check engine light would go off, since each time Ive brought it in over the last month your service department did so and the check engine light would go off for about 3 days before coming back on. Not a surprise since Ive now seen Google reviews with similar experiences at RA Nissan. So thank you for your response to my review Kenny, but I will never be back and will tell anyone who will listen my terrible experience.
I had over $3000 of maintenance & service work on my aging truck. the mechanics did not pay attention to details. for example I had my cooling system flushed; well the mechanic did not tighten the hoses post flush, luckily I noticed coolant leaking. that is just one of the many overlooks by this service dept. I DO NOT recommend them for service!!!
We were on a cross country Road trip. And we had a broken wheel. It was Saturday and though they didnt have a spare wheel, they made a couple of calls and figured a way to get us back on road as soon as possible . It took only an hour to fix the car. Facilities are maintained very well. On top of great service, Dallas Allen and David Bruno were very friendly and took time to give us the best tips on how to take the best scenic route to Glacier National Park. Overall we left this place very happy despite a huge hole in the pocket for the new tire and wheel.

Robert Allen Nissan was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I have gone to several dealerships that weren’t the best. They have jacked up prices for older vehicles with high miles on them. Sam King was the hands down snakiest salesman I’ve ever dealt with and was unnecessarily arguing with me via email. I have been working with J&D Automotive’s on Montana ave in Helena Montana and they are the best dealership in town- very straight forward and won’t blow smoke up your butt like Robert Allen Nissan. I highly recommend going to any other dealership.

Brought in my truck to Robert Allen Nissan and arrived at 7:30. The service guy asked me, where would you like to go?. I said I need breakfast, something like Burger King would be ok. He looked at me funny and said how about a real breakfast? My face must have glowed with delight. He went in the showroom and found the very pleasant shuttle van driver. He dropped me off at Shellies Cafe.The breakfast was so good here I ate the whole thing.Robert Allen Nissan, located in Helena, Mt will treat you with kindness and respect. Even drive you to get a decent meal. Any other dealerships do that for you??
On holiday in Montana, I was driving a rental Altima and Managed to damage a small part of the car. Not wishing to return the car damaged, I stopped by to see if I could buy the component and fit it myself. Robert Allen Nissan insisted on replacing the part themselves and then refused payment. The part would only have cost me a few dollars but them replacing it free of charge while I enjoyed their complimentary coffee left a lasting impression. Thanks guys. My dad worked here from the first day they were open up until the day he passed away. Bob Allen was very supportive of our family when he passed. Do not buy anything from them, they are dishonest, and over priced. I bought several vehicles from them and also purchased extended warranties and GAP contracts thinking they were good people who cared about their customers. Years later when I traded in a vehicle at another dealership I learned that Robert Allen had been cancelling my service contracts and pocketing the money without my knowledge. When I brought this to their attention and the Office of Consumer Protection, Robert Allen fabricated paperwork and lied to the Department of Justice. The story they told me was completely different then the story they told DOJ. Never again will I ever buy anything from these dishonest people. Save your money and buy from another dealer, youll likely get a better deal anyway.

Every shady stereotype about car salesman was live and true with my experiences with Robert Allen Nissan. Most seriously, I was sold a car before I asked to buy one. High pressure sales doesnt even come close to describing it. Then a warranty was added to my purchase without any mention to me, when I called to express my displeasure and started reviewing the contract with the gentleman on the phone, I discovered that they has actually CHANGED the DETAILS of my SIGNED CONTRACT WITHOUT TELLING ME after I had left the building. The price numbers he was reading me were different than the numbers on my signed contract! To top things off the car has had nothing but problems - and the warranty I bought just signed me up for fighting with them to get ANYTHING covered. The only reason the vehicle even got fixed was because I did the troubleshooting and told them what the problem was. To top it off, when I got it back from being worked on, by their service department, there are little bits of damage and filth that werent there when I left it. (upholstery filthy, plastic cracked, fender not flush with body) This was absolutely the most miserable retail AND service experience of my life. Go anywhere else.

Last June, we came in to test drive a 2016 Toyota tundra, they told us we couldnt be approved for that but were approved for a new titan so we test drove a 2018 Nissan titan pro 4x, it was awesome! had the tow package and most the things we were looking for in a truck except we didnt like the color. we asked if they had a different one and they said yes they would deliver it to my husband where he was working at the time which was Cutbank, Mt. When the truck arrived the salesmen then informed my husband the payment would be more expensive than what we agreed to and the truck was not like the one we test drove, it did not have e the trailer brake or the step in the back. we fought with them for over a month to get that stuff back in and we ended up having to pay for some of it. They lied about what rebates were on the new truck and what was going on with our trade in. we are not satisfied at all with our experience at Robert Allen Nissan. The Salesmen were pushy, the managers were not willing to help us and backed up their lying employees. 0/10 would not recommend.

However, just wanted to say Tyler did a great job of explaining the situation and confirming that my concerns were addressed with care and understanding. I was pleasantly surprised with the swift response and professionalism that he represented Robert Allen with. It would be rough to betray Subaru being that I love my Subarus. The dealership and service department are both a great place to be employed and shop, and bring your vehicles in for work. I would, and have, numerous times over the years, recommended both sales and service to many people, and will continue to do so.
I have dealt with Jason Depizzol on several occasions that had nothing to do with car sales or repairs. They had a VIP movie ticket promotion and without ever being a customer of theirs, he gave me two tickets for myself and my son to see The Last Jedi after learning I was low income and my son wanted to so badly to see it on his birthday. Again, just recently, on a Saturday i was in need of a notary on my car title for a different reason without being a customer of theirs still and yet. They happily gave me a notary signature, without charge, which to me was not only a kindness, but a respectful service to a community they serve. If and when I am in the market for a new or used Vehicle, you bet, this is the first place I will think of in the future. All of the gentlemen were very kind, soft spoken and I know this spills over to a low pressure, honest approach in the sales of their cars. Yup, FIVE STARS! (and I do not give these away easily! :) Give em a shot.

I was asked to give a 5 star review for Robert Allen amidst their transgender bathroom debacle and, because I was working for him at the time, I did it. Im taking the time to edit that review because I dont want anyone to be confused about how I really feel. Bob and his son, Tyler provided a hostile environment for both employees and customers. Id never seen a manager yell at a customer until I watched Tyler scold and berate a very nice older couple in the showroom because they decided not to buy a car. I cant recommend this dealership. Customers and employees should steer clear.

Jen said she was selling me a bumper to bumper warranty I paid over $3000 for a bunk warranty......I called the warranty company to make a claim for some malfunctions with my vehicle..I was told it was not covered....The warranty company stated they do not even sell a bumper to bumper warranty.....only power train warranties......If I would have known this...... I would have saved the $3000 for the purchase of my next vehicle......somewhere else.....Dont trust em...

Very unhappy we had an appointment at 8:00,in the service department and they supposedly dont open until 8:30. But nobody ever opened the doors or showed up. Is Robert Allen Nissan permanently closed and is my warranty still going to be covered. I will be calling someone on Monday.
Just had our Murano in for service and it was in and out in a short time,service all done and washed to boot. The service department has always been great. When we bought our Rouge and then the Murano the sales staff have always took excellent care of us. The vehicles have been outstanding.

The owner of this establishment has publicly threatened physical violence against transgender individuals in a you tube video. There is no circumstance where it acceptable for a business owner to threaten violence against a patron of his establishmentor whether regardless of that patrons gender identity. I recommend that everyone avoid this establishment at all costs.

Every time I take my car to their dealership I receive amazing customer service from all the salesmen and service men. They always treat me like family and have even taken out the time to remember my name. Whenever I get an oil change they inspect the whole car from the brakes to the engine to make sure my car is 100% safe to drive. Here’s my process: Call 10+ dealers, get numbers on the vehicle they had I wanted, and my trade in, compare those numbers, then reach out to the dealer that was my favorite vehicle, tell them what they have to match to earn your business. If they don’t don’t sweat it.Next reach out to the dealer you like the most and tell them the numbers they have to match to earn your business.Lastly, take into consideration, you’re giving $1,000’s of dollars to a company, a corporation, a dealership, and 2-5 employees at that dealership. I’d prefer to give my hard earned money to the location I like the people at the most.I didn’t luck out here! I set myself up to get a great deal on my number 1 vehicle of choice from the dealership I preferred to buy from.I gave them my word on what it would take to earn my business, and they did exactly that!The salesman, Chris Partin, knew his stuff about the product he sold me, he was willing to meet me when best for my schedule, and was willing to text me, instead of call or email me. As with many big car dealerships the forward facing service starts off great! We went in to look at a specific car they posted online, upon our arrival the salesman said they no longer have the car and the salesman who posted it No longer works there. He asked us to come in so he could find a similar vehicle that fit our needs. We spent time answering specific questions and gave him the absolute best description of the vehicle we needed being an SUV with 3rd roa that would be able to tow our boat. Unfortunately another customer came in from their test drive and we had to be handed off to a new salesman. 1 1/2 hours later the salesman finds us to tell us he had great news; he pulled up a Nissan Frontier and said its the perfect vehicle for us. Clearly out of the 5 people we spoke to our original salesman was the only one who listened. I am furious, they wasted their time, my time and really showed me that private party is ultimately the way to buy.
I have been shopping for cars and I am new to the state. I called in and the guy asked me if I was a black lady. I have to be honest part of the reason I moved to Montana is to escape such bigotry. I started to tell my friends about my experience and I was told about how Robert Allen feels about minorities. If you are a person of color I strongly suggest that you stay out of this place of business. I normally dont give less than a 2 star review but I saw all the fake salesmans reviews and want these folks to be put in their place. It sounds like it just doesnt end at this place and I just wanted to send a warning to anyone that may think about doing business there.
While I was there for an oil change there was a staff meeting for everyone in the middle of my service. It added on 15 more minutes to my appointment which ended up being around an hour for something that including the service checks should only be around 30 minutes max. Staff meetings should not take away from customer service.

Had my truck serviced and all was done. Plus a fixed windshield from a rock chip.
Had an oil change and they left off a super important repair that was coming up on my vehicles scheduled maintenance. Voided the warranty. I even purchased the car there, the salesmen pressured me into it and even took my keys so when I wanted to leave I couldnt. Very frustrating experience. Gotta hand it to the salesmen though, they know how to sell cars. My headlight even went out on the drive back from the dealership. (Thats right... my headlight on the new car I just bought which was a 2013 with their *Top to bottom inspection* had a headlight go out... on the drive home.) And when I took it in to have it repaired... they told me I was out of luck because I didnt buy the even more expensive electrical warranty with my car. Shady business, my buyers remorse for not going across the street to the other dealership. They at least didnt try to pressure me into something and I have a feeling had I purchased from there... they would have fixed my headlight.

I was looking for different choices of cars within a specific budget awhile back. I looked around and there was quite a good selection for cars/trucks but there were a couple things that I didnt like that spoiled the whole experience. It didnt seem like the salesmen wanted to work within my budget offering a shoddy looking truck they just got in at about 172k miles. Thats not exactly a good selling strategy for a lower budget if you just got the car in a couple hours ago by not doing maintenance on it. The worst part was that the salesman forgot my name after driving around a couple cars and then saying he had to go somewhere else, handing me off to somebody else. With all due respect, thats not professional, sir. Good luck selling cars with that kind of attitude.

This Nissan dealer made a ton of promises and specials it couldnt deliver on. Every time I was asking about specific features on cars they carried I received exaggerations that were clearly false but could mislead anyone with little knowledge about cars.I went to the Nissan dealer in Missoula and I had no problems. Seriously if you want a Nissan vehicle do not waste your time in Helena, go to Missoula.

The sales people do not follow their own contract, they change the terms of the agreement around on you and they have lots of hidden fees, they also do not follow their own warranty or there free all changes. They are criminals and they are crooks. If you try to confront him about anything or Try to correct anything to show that they were wrong they will call the cops and throw you out they take a advantage of young people and elderly. Do not buy vehicle here go to a different dealership. The owner of the company could care less about his customers, Look him up on YouTube and you’ll see what others have told me that I found out after it was too late. Do not buy a vehicle I repeat do not buy a vehicle from Robert Allen Nissan the company is a sham they are crooks and I hope the federal Bureau investigation comes in and does a raid on the place which I’m anticipating will happen very soon after what I sent to multiple companies showing their altered contracts
