I am always very impressed with the service here. When I was in a time crunch, Travis took the time to help me package my items securely before shipping. Robin and Megan are also so friendly and professional. The staff does an excellent job educating customers about their products.

Called to try and fix an adress someone has been sending packages to... when I got off hold the person I was talking to was rude, terrible customer service, the kept cutting me off and wouldnt listen to what I was saying. Extremely rude. Dont contact if your trying to fix errors.

I had a huge shipment of items and this store helped me accomplish it! Michael was awesome! He was able to even help me unload some of the very large items and for the amount of boxes I had to ship he was fast and efficient!

They charged my friend 24.00 for a USPS EXPRESS letter on top of the 20.77 shipping cost. I am appalled! This place is a ripoff.This is the response I received from the owner, I understand she needs to charge a fee but over 100 percent of the cost of shipping could be considered price gouging and is sickening. I made an appointment for notary services and was told by the employee that I cant notarize this because you already signed it. She was correct--I had, and that was my mistake, as I started filling out the form before realizing it needed notarizing. I asked if there was any way we could fix it, and was told, You need to get new forms. Maybe that was the only solution, although I thought maybe we could acknowledge my mistake in writing and include it with the form, but I dont claim to know if thats possible. What irked me was the tone of the whole encounter. The employee was rude and sharp and offered no real explanation or empathy. I will not use their services again.

I was so pleased with the service I received at this location. I had some clothes I had to ship ASAP so they helped me fold and get them into a box and found the most cost efficient way to get them there in a few days. I really appreciated how they went the extra mile to help me.

Horrible service!They lost my return package (or did something else) to the Newegg’s.com, and I lost 64 dollars.They did not provide me a receipt after I dropped my package, and they said we can not help you because we do not scan ups-ground packages.Would put 0 starts.

I took my Amazon return and had the code supplied by Amazon to my local UPS store. I cannot begin to tell you how seamless and wonderful this experience this was. In fact no sooner had I returned the item with the barcode and they processed it within 3 minutes my account with Amazon was credited for the return. what a great service and I recommend this UPS store to everyone
Happy to report that, as of today, The UPS store has let me know that they will be honoring the claim. Thank you very much UPS Store!The service at this store was extremely disappointing! As the owner of two retail businesses in downtown Helena, I have quite a few occasions to utilize shipping services. I will never use the UPS store again.I hired them to pack and ship three rare vintage lamps for/to a customer. I also paid to have them insured. Unfortunately the shades (packed in 1 of 2 boxes) were badly damaged. My customer sent photos illustrating this. I contacted the UPS Store and they instructed me to forward the photos and proof of value to them, which I did. I was also told that my customer (the one who received the damaged shades) should hold on to them as a UPS driver would need to inspect them. They did.Weeks passed and I heard nothing. I called many times but the manager, was never available. I NEVER received a call back. Months passed, finally I phoned and was told by the store supervisor that because my customer refused to relinquish the shades to UPS that the claim would not be honored. Not sure why we would have to surrender the damaged items in order to have our claim honored, they were very clearly very damaged.The employee at the UPS Store explained to me that they have no affiliation to UPS (never mind that they are named The UPS Store share the colors and logo).In fact she claimed that it says Mailboxes Etc on their tax forms (and I would know this, how?) She assured me that it was not them but UPS who refused the claim. Also, assuming this was the case, curious as to why they didnt honor the claim given that the UPS Store packed the lamps, themselves.As, I mentioned before, I will NEVER use them again.
I use this store every month to send an overnight package. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. The only issue I have ever had is when there is a new face and they havent figured out the computer yet. Otherwise it is an easy in easy out visit. The hours are normal working hours and the location is about central, right off Montana and Cedar. The prices may seem a bit higher but really they are right there with the other pack and ship places and they are fairly close to the post office if you add in shipping supplies.
I was given an original quote much lower than the actual shipping charge. The staff were unprofessional and also told me that I packaged my item incorrectly but didnt offer any advice on how to repackage. I felt uncomfortable leaving my item with them and will try USPS or FedEx in the future.
After relocating to Helena Ive been here twice. Both times I experienced helpful and friendly staff. Download fee I thought was a bit high but it beat driving across town to do it myself. I look forward to dealing with the competent staff on my next visit.

Notified to pick up my package here. First time I called employee told me nope not here. I said but I was notified and tracked it to your location. She cut me off abruptly saying it takes 24 hours. It is not here check on Monday. I then contacted UPS and they confirmed the package was delivered to the UPS store yesterday at 11:43. I called back and employee still stated not here. I asked can you please check. She rechecked and said oh it is here. I have never used this store and probably will not again.Worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. It was apparent she did not want to help me. I have always had great customer service from UPS just not this time.
I was so impressed when I shipped a package here. I expected to wait in line for a long time because its five days before Christmas. They were busy and I was the fifth in line, but service was so fast that I literally only waited about two minutes.
They charged me a pick up fee for a package and said its because they have mailboxes. Yes, guess what? I rent a UPS mailbox and the reason I do was because they could forward my mail (nationwide) to another UPS store. So not only did I have to pay shipping, I then had to pay a pick up fee. The counter girls tried to pass it off as different franchises (not that either of them knew the word franchise), but every franchise has some sort of corporate cooperative agreement. Regardless, this service was misrepresented at every level. Very disappointed.

Horrible service if they can’t find your address they make you use the website then the web site tells you to call a number that won’t give you an option to get your package customer service won’t answer and the store in Helena tells me it’s not my job to know where your package is terrible service and horrible customer service
